The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. Jessica did everything with kindness while she gathered pertinent information to prepare the paperwork. She quickly established a repport and answered questions thoroughly, and was patient and pleasant during the entire process. The Doctor was thorough in the examination. She had a very calming presence, and worked through the entire exam with directions easy to follow,. The doctor very patient with me, as she waited my response. Step by step, methodologically and professional she explained what and why we were doing with each direction. I would highly recommend Shopko for your vision needs. When shopko closed, my first thought was oh no now I have to figure out a new vision care provider but when I found the optical center was relocating it was a huge relief. I had my appointment today and as always the staff was courteous and polite and very professional. I will continue to be a loyal customer and will return as long as I am able. From years before to years ahead.

Staff was kind and courteous. Exam was thorough. But my prescription was stronger than needed and hurts my eyes. I paid approximately $165 for the wrong glasses and prescription and then turned around to buy 3 pairs of the correct prescription with the same features (blue light blocking) for $15 off Amazon. Disappointing.

Everyone there was super nice and extremely helpful. They were all making sure everything was super clean and comfortable for me. They even went all the way as to help me pick out which glasses looked best on me, and which ones I liked also. Even though I wasnt able to afford the glasses, they kept everything on file for me for whenever I wanted to come back. I will definitely go back when I can afford the glasses. The whole experience was so clean and comfortable and I loved everyone there.

This is my favorite place for eye exams and glasses! Dr. Steen and ALL of the staff are super nice, very helpful and professional! Dr. Steen took her time in explaining the photos of my eyes and she even had me try the lenses thru the special glasses so I had an idea as to how I would see with the strength. Out of all the eye doctors in my life (since third grade) no eye doctor has done that with me! I love this Shopko and will be going to them as long as I can!

Nice, helpful staff and doctor. A lot of selection of frames but no designer brands. If you need glasses but don’t have a bunch of money to spend I highly recommend stopping in.I’m upgrading my rating as of 2/28/19. I went in a second time to get additional glasses. I loved the ones I got but wanted polarized sunglasses and a pair of glasses for working on the computer that had a special coating. I was almost ready to spend nearly $600 dollars (no vision insurance) but Grace was wonderful enough to tell me that a sale was starting the next day. Because of the awesome customer service they save me $200! They took my order while I was there and told me they would call for payment the next day and they actually call as soon as they opened to get everything moving. I didn’t have to do anything additional. I highly recommend Shopko optical center for all you optical needs!
