The pickup online grocery people are very friendly I love being able to just shop online and drive up and theyll load it into my car.

Still torn up, remodeling & merchandise everywhere but where it should be.Theres been times that its taken 5-10 minutes to track an employee down to get help with merchandise &or answer basic questions.The remodeled bathrooms dont look much different than the public restrooms in the criminal justice facility downtown.Dont really know whats going on at this Walmart but it definitely gave my spouse & I a creepy vibe so we got what we cane in for & promptly took it to 1 of the self checkout lanes, paid for our things & quietly left.Again, dont exactly know whats going on at this location but it definitely felt...odd.Just saying.

Great place to shop if they quit changing everything around the store 😊

I went here today to get a phone for my grandson. I met Blake team leader from OSL. He was so helpful. He knows his phones. I am so glad he was here to help. Thank you Blake! I hope he stays and is here to help others the way he helped me.

I shop here often and while this particular review is about the people who work there, I also have had good shopping experiences. I stopped here after Fall Diddley with my daughter and somehow lost a bracelet that I had just purchased from the Fair. I was certain that I wasnt going to get it back and I was heartbroken. I did call and leave my number just in case. They ended up calling me today to say they found it! Im so grateful for the honesty of whomever found it! And thank you to the Walmart staff that looked for it! Good people!

The store is so convenient. The two men greeters, Joe, and Bruce are so cordial without a forced in you face hello. Just a mild, friendly recognition and never too busy for a small pleasant exchange. The pharmacists are always quick to answer any questions or concerns. I like this store.

Parking is not good, not good at all. The staff actually cobtribute to any negative energy you may have been feeling and I find that by the time I am leaving, I am actually quite miserable now and I feel like a lousy human being.......True story, its that bad.From now on we will bring our business to the other location in Rockford.

I use to love shopping here but the democrats have ruined it with their $15 an hour minimum wage now all lanes are self checkout. We have no carousels like the cashiers did and if you load your cart its difficult to organize on a 2x2 tray/scale for bagging... not sure if or when I will be back

Picked up most of needed items. Some shelves empty, but mostly stocked.

Stood in line forever, only 2 registers with cashiers, plus the self checkout lines were backed up all the way to produce. If you choose this Walmart be prepared to wait in line 10-15 minutes

Holy cow... there was 3 registers open... all Wal-Marts are going down hill!! Another Kmart!! If there was a minus button you would get -5.. starting to hate shopping there..

Walmart gets a 1 star for failure to properly train employees on mask mandates.Clearly says on the sign upfront toddlers and those with health issues dont have to wear a mask well Im not a toddler, but I do have my fair share of health issues, and when a small Asian lady follows me with a mask and tongs in hand harassing me about not wearing a mask I dont appreciate the lack of customer service and employee training.

Wal-mart has gone so far down hill. Employees just dont care, it seems as if you are a bother to them just being in the store. Remember when customer service was important to employers? Yeah, wal mart is the reason it no longer matters, they figure you have to buy what they have and if you dont someone else will so they dont give a darn about your buisness.

Used the Walmart pick-up service--as usual. And it was great like usual: fast and courteous loaders, and the pickers do a fine job of trying to make sure you get everything on your order. Its fantastic for someone who still takes COVID-19 seriously and wants to maintain safe distance in shopping situations.

Normally shop Walton St. Went to Belvidere today Instead. Amazing difference. Belvidere store was neat, clean and in stock. It will be my new go to Walmart.

Absolutely NO checkers at the Belvidere Walmart. If it happens again, Im going to fill a cart with meat and dairy and leave it at the checkout.

This location seems to be more clean and better managed than others. The staff they had was working very hard to stock the shelves and the few I interacted with were very friendly.

Its a mirror image of what im used to. Still all the same products except for a few items. Seemed very busy from what im used to as well.

It was good didnt have much for Halloween stuff

I like many of Wal-Marts Equate brand products and their Great Value brands too. Great Values Alfredo Sauce is wonderful in any Alfredo recipe.

Grocery stock is usually decent... Veggies arent always fresh. Paper goods and home goods usually pretty bare with little to choose from.

It was my co workers Birthday and I wanted to bring in cupcakes. I only like the whipped icing but they had none to choice from. The lady behind the counter (Karen) asked if I needed help. I told her what I wanted and advised those were special orders only, she said give me 20 min and she would put together whatever I needed from flavor to icing color to little rings on top. She was amazing and finish in less than 20 min so I wasnt late for work. Thank you so much Karen you made my day.

This store is awful. What happened to the grocery selection? Why are all of the employees rude people that dont want to do their job right? Why is there always trash on selves and items misplaced on the wrong selves for weeks? This place is horible you wouldnt want to shop here. I feel sorry for Ricks employees seeing as hes the worst store manager ive ever had the displeasure of meeting.

This Walmart is one of the better ones! They alsmot always have what we are looking for and the grocery pick up people are always so nice and have an upbeat attitude most of the time.

Bought a 65 inch tv. The CSR was very helpful in bringing the tv to our van. The box size made it awkward to handle and his help was welcome.

The Pharmacy personnel is the best I have ever experienced. They made me and my wife feel very comfortable during the COVID-19 vaccination.

I have gone to 3 other shops in town and wont go back to any of them for the service combined with the price this is my new oil change place. Eddie in automotive was very professional and respectful. He handled my issue in a jiff all while explaining exactly what he did while showing me the problem. Oil changed successfully and on my way I went. Thanks Eddie great service keep up the good work, I will be back!

I had an appointment at the Optical Center for a grossly overdue eye exam and new pair of glasses. I will admit, I was about 5 to 10 minutes late and probably the last customer of the day. The technicians were courteous and helpful, but their optometrist (who is NOT a Walmart employee) was sarcastic and a little condescending. Talk about a terrible bedside manner!!!Although I did not feel I had to offer an explanation of why I hadnt had an eye exam in so long, I cheerfully said I had a lot of things going on and many life changes in a short time. He grunted and told me, Ive heard it all i promise you, he has not heard the things I have been through during the last 5 years!!!Not only did I find that inappropriate, it was just arrogant and rude. Just because he has a doctorate degree does not elevate him to any type of status where rudeness is acceptable. I have a doctorate degree, but it has not caused me to forget how to treat people. I made a point of asking if he was the only optometrist they had. I will drive twice as far to see a provider who behaves professionally and 3 times as far to see someone who doesnt act like they are somehow superior to me or anyone else.Oh well, at least I got my glasses. 😎

I get my prescriptions there and drug items like shampoo, conditioner etc.!

They have really nailed down the curbside pickup. Their plastic bags however have a very off-putting smell to them.

This WalMart is dirty and seems like its not very busy. I understand WalMart wanting to maximize profits, but you dont need stores all over the place. Atleast this WalMart has registers open and not enormous lines.

Belvidere one is my favorite few substitution. And good service. They are all good the workers cant single out one in particular.

Everytime we go theyre out of stuff, theyve moved stuff, tried to get a bathing suit couldnt try it in. We took our business to Kohls and Meijers. If I wanted to work a register, Id get a job there!! HIRE EMPLOYEES!

Have been trying to call. No no one will answer the phones it just keeps ringing and ringing.. Cannot get through to make an appointment to have tires changed. This store is a joke

Visiting from out of town and very pleased to see this Walmart follows the same safety protocol for staff and customers that we have in AZ. Store well stocked, clean and organized.

Walmart in Belvidere on Genoa Road is by far the best Walmart in the Rockford area. Very clean, very safe and the shelves are always full. No rude people at this store. Definitely can tell the difference here in the quality of the polite people.

Love this Walmart. Ive worked at another Walmart for 17 years. This store definitely tops it. Very neat, clean and super friendly employees. Hope to move to this area soon.

Did online grocery to be ready between 1 and 2. Not ready on time and so far 40 minutes past due and no updates. Never had this happen with their online orders.

Not a good selection of products. They seem to be out of stock of a lot of items all the time. It’s ok if you don’t want to run to Rockford to do real shopping.

I dont mind doing one stop shop but I dont want to check myself out and that was the only registers open. Taking jobs away from people should not be the American way.

I went in for a lite bulb for my stove $11.50 for a bulb went to dollar general same exact bulb $1.50

Wal-Mart no longer has more than 2 checkers working, forcing customers to self-check. Also, too many items run out and not replenished even after 5 days!
