My wife called to explain we were going to be cutting it close, since they closed 5pm. The gentlemen we spoke to said not to worry he would wait for us. Thank you, it really meant a lot and really helped us out! Also they were the cheapest priced in the northern Illinois area!

They knew what I needed for a lawnmower part and were happy to order it.

Repairing was great. They are good so there was a backup of riding lawn mower to repair. They didnt have have to shot mine and they brought it back to life.

We had an older tiller (Troybilt) fixed here. Tine seal and drive gear shaft. We also asked for them to put - there is a shim you can put in to reduce or eleviate play in the tire/that was not done. The tine seal/gear shaft repair is good as far as we can tell/only used 3x since spring. This was a costly repair. Not sure we would have done it had we known it would be that much money. About 1/2 of what a new one would have cost. Im fairly sure we paid Daniels $570 and in addition to that my husband sourced and bought /supplied most of the parts. So, yes they did a competant job. I also think there is a point where you say, this machine is tired and Im not sure that was said. My husband brought it in so I wasnt there for the drop off but I was the one who paid the bill before it was picked up. We are happy and grateful its running.

If I could give 0 stars I would they picked up the riding lawn mower said it would be about a week and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to change 2 belts now I have to hire somebody in to cut and get all the dead grass out cause it got too out of control!!!!! And were also very rude when calling to ask how much longer it would be! THANKS A LOT GUYS!!!! 1 month later the belts broke again! Guess I ll just fix it!
