I went in there to get front brakes, and they sold me back brakes and when i called they said it was my mistake and they made me feel like i was incompetent. I had my fiancee call and they kept putting him hold and just told him that he was wrong too. When we went in there they were super rude and all huffy. I told the guy three different times that i needed front brakes. Im sorry but that is unacceptable and then to make me feel like that. I will never be back in to that store. I was very disappointed and very upset.

This is our companies go to store for parts. With the knowledgeable friendly staff, quick service, and easy convenience this is the best parts store by far. I cant say enough nice things about this store and its team. Thank you Auto Zone and team for all your help throughout the years!

Funny, Autozone is competing against 5+ auto parts stores in Belvidere and willing to kick out potential patron for non-compliance of face covering. We happily gave our money to another competitor and will continue to do so when we need parts for any of our four vehicles.

Wipers had rubber just falling off. Stopped in before last rain storm. Super nice and helpful staff. Got me what I needed, and installed on my car. In and out with outstanding customer service.

Regardless of what people say about Auto Zone, I have never had a problem with the service I receive from them. General knowledge about automobile mechanics is helpful when you enter and they can definitely help you.

I was trying I was trying to put a new wiper blade on the rear of my vehicle, so I asked young guy that worked at AutoZone if he could give me a hand helping me to put that on he took the new wiper blade and went outside and did it all for me and I really appreciate it. Great service, . Thanks

They lied and told me my two year old battery was bad just to make the sale. They took it in the back room and allegedly tested it. The problem was a bad starter.

Poor experience, got charged for my part twice. Its been over 2 weeks and Im still going in circle with the store manager to get the $100 plus charge of my card. Doesnt even seem like he is trying.

After spending over $500 here in parts to fix my car, one of the first things i bought were new spark plugs. The spark plugs ended up being junk and made my car worse, after buying different plugs my car was fine. I went to go return them and they wouldnt give me a refund for $40 worth of spark plugs. They said i needed to go get a bank statement proving i bought new ones...REALLY!?! Thats your customer service! You just lost a customer for life over spark plugs!

Poor service I will NEVER be back here again. The guy teller in Belvedere actually laughed in my face when I was trying to tell him I was having problems for the second time with my windshield wipers. Refused to help find, remove, or install new replacement wipers. I asked to talk with the manager and he smugly told me the manager was in Mexico and asked wasnt that nice and I replied no not for me, I need help. I left the store without a purchase and will never be back. I made a purchase elsewhere.

Not nearly enough staff. Spent 25 minutes in line to pay for a pair of bulbs. Finally got sock of waiting went across the street and was in and out inside 2 minutes.

Horrible experience give me wrong parts, vehicle is taken apart and no way to get back to get correct parts !!! Asked for them to bring them to me since they were in the wrong and they won’t . Don’t recommend these guys at all !! I wish I could not even give them 1 star!
