Friendly staff, I ordered the new drink, the Magonada, and I was expecting something different than a regular smoothy. Theres nothing especial about it, a 12 oz costs $6.99.

Always love coming here after eating at Sierras Grill around the corner. Friendly costumer service and as always, lots of flavors to choose from.

Really sweet hardworking lady there today. Ice cream was on point. My 7 year old got his usual cookies and cream sugar cone he was happy with. My husband got rum&raison sugar cone he was pleased with and I got the coffee ice cream sugar cone that I was more than happy with.

I come to this place with the kids all the time like once every week ! The place is always on point with the ice cream flavors and varieties. The people that work there are helpful and courteous. They are very patient I must say! I walk in there with 3 kids with 3 different requests. This is the neighborhood ice cream place to go!

I think I may have ordered from this location about 4 or 5 times through DoorDash and each time they’ve screwed up my order. It’s to the point where DoorDash will no longer refund me for anymore wrong orders. I don’t know if the staff just doesn’t care or what but this location SUCKS! I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Exactly what I needed on a hot and humid August day... In May. Employee was a pleasure to talk to, serving with a smile and a good sense of humor. He was very courteous.

Different varieties. Customer service was good. There were only two people working but they moved fast and efficient.

Everything is really good. The service is really good too. But some workers over there are really lazy and we can tell by their face that they dont wanna take our the order. But some workers are really good and friendly.

I will just stick to buying Ben and Jerrys at the grocery store. I paid over seven dollars for ice cream and air (three completely hard balls of ice cream, a whisper of fudge and peanut butter sauce, a scoop of whipped cream). The ice cream scoops are so small that they dont reach the sides of the cup! Inexcusable to the lady who worked inside today, Im not a happy customer and will never be back.

Pretty straightforward visit. My gf got at sundae for her bday. She like it....I dont eat sweets. They make you fat

We went here because we wanted good ice cream quickly. Well, we struck out twice on that. Ice cream is not very good and it was not quick. Plenty of other and much better options in the area.

One employee on duty with a very long line and the pralines ice cream didnt taste as good as I remember

They closed the store 30mins prior to tere closing time, tried to opening the door, he just waved us off like we were dogs.

Walked in and was completely ignored. Asked for rum n raisens, didnt gave any. Perlines n cream... didnt have any. Guy was rude, looked away as he spoke to me, I couldnt understand a word he said.

Go somewhere else. Went there at 8 on a Sunday evening, all but one light was turned out making it look like they were closed. I tried the door because it said they were open until 10 and it opened. I went in, there was no one visible working but there was a lot of noise in the back. I waited for a few minutes amd 3 teenagers finally came out from the back. I ordered and was told they didnt have that much ice cream and probably couldnt make my order. I looked to see what they did have and almost every bucket was empty. I left, wasnt worth the trouble.

Not much seating and the service was efficient but not friendly.
