I wish I could give negative 5 👎. We went to the Beltsville MD store on March 26 2021 to upgrade our phones. A female associate ( said she was the manager) after examining the almost prestine phone with a UV light said the screen seems to be lifting. We told her it was like that when T-Mobile sent it and she went on to say that the screen would have been blacked out if we got it like that ( now a samsung manufacturing expert). Another male associate came and this whole visit turned into something else. Zero customer service, blatant display of poor or lack of training and no regard for customers who are paying for a service after being T-Mobile customers for 10 years.. This negative customer experience happened to 2 other customers while we were in there . Tmobile needs to re-train these associates who were there on Saturday before you lose all your customers to competition. We went to another store and same phone was examined, accepted and upgraded. The other 2 ill-treated customers also came to the other store and were treated as valued customers. Tmobile please fix your Beltsville store manager and the other associates, they are driving your business to the ground.

Terrible experience at this location by the short lady ( manager) and other male rep who had his name tag turned. They argued with clients almost yelling and exhibited irresponsible behaviors, poor customer service and poor knowledge on the service. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Go to Laurel or verizon. This is bad customer experience. They did not politely explain the situation, the female was rude, left to serve other clients and same thing happened so the clients left. Tmobile should check this Iocation. Inexperienced manager and associate. This was Saturday 03.26.21

Wish I could give zero stars! Lost my phone Nov 4th started a claim with Assurion! Nov 5 went to this store because lost my phone. Said nothing they could do. Went home Called t mobile who gave me Assurion. Assurion said my phone was in stock and get it Tuesday Nov 10. No phone Nov 10. Called T-Mobile and Assurion said give drivers license to t mobile store. They never phoned us to say why I didn’t get my phone. Assurion said again to take drivers license to store. T mobile called at 3am Nov 11 to said they would look at our claim and take another 7 to 14 days. Nov 12 went to T-Mobile store again! Told us they had no claim for a lost phone! Someone is lying somewhere! All they do is sell new phones ! Lousy customer service. Think twice before choosing t mobile!

This store has to be the best store I have been to! I came in for an issue, I was helped right away. Francisco was amazing! he helped me out and fixed my phone right away. he was so phenomenal, was patient, answered all my questions without a doubt. he knew what he was talking about and doing. this is definitely and certainly my only store to go to.

I went to this store this week to transfer my five line activations from Verizon. This young lady named Jenifer (Jen) she was very helpful. She explained what I was exactly paying for each line and how much I would paying for my phones monthly. She told me what I qualify for! She was very helpful and patient with me. She offered a water bottle for the wait since Verizon didn’t want to give me my account number. She gave me an estimate of how much I would pay that same day and it came out way less than what I expected it to be. She was very helpful. I recommend every customer to go to her if you need help. Her name is Jenifer (Jen)

I came about two weeks ago to switch my cell provider. I was greeted by Francisco, and he was the most professional, most helpful, and attentive sales representative I have ever dealt with. He took the time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. He explained everything perfectly and was very straight forward. I am more than happy with the customer service he provided. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had. I would recommend this store to everyone I know and I would recommend working with Francisco as well.

Just got my new phone today at the Beltsville mobile. Stephanie made sure I understood everything on my bill as well. I was even given a bottle of water why I waited by the manager his name was Adrian. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone!!! Ill definitely be back!

Horrible customer service. I was not greeted when i walked in.Waited in there 30 minutes. They never said gives us a minute please sir. They only had two other customers in there. The employs were to busy playing around. So i walked out and went to verizon. Better customer service. Better phone deals.

She reviewed the paperwork with me which i believe everyone should be doing! If you ever need help with anything i suggest going to the store in Beltsville and asking for Jen’s help

Outstanding customer service! The reps there were very knowledgeable about the plans an services! They had a line when I went and I was offered a bottle of water while I waited! Never had that happen ANYWHERE!!! They took the time to make sure I was set up and understood everything regarding to my plan. I will definetly be returning to this location!!

They have a very slow service speed besides a waiting time management system. The store was filled with no more than 5 people but I waited for 30 minute in the line to get my things done. The beauty was they made a decent compensation for me.

Never seen more incompetent employees than here. Manager and employee were of no help. Literally had to walk the employee through directions already in his system on the phone. They were trying to overcharge my brother for his sim card when I had already paid for it. Manager was very rude and did not take my call, and instead said he was busy. Since they were so useless, My brother had to drive to another T-Mobile location. Process went a lot smoother, and he had no trouble with anything. Do not recommend coming here if you are trying to get educated on a T-Mobile plan or any help in general. I just left Verizon for T-Mobile. If I had come to this store first, I would not have wanted to transfer. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I recommend the Laurel location 2 miles away. Also had a good experience at the Annapolis location.They should train their employees on how to use their own system. The rep couldnt figure out how to look at authorized users on an account, couldnt figure out how to read memos on the account, and couldnt figure out how to look at passed receipts. He couldnt even do his job. If I could, I would give this place a negative score. Wasted so much of my time and my brothers.

Really great service! The manager Heather was really helpful, she went far and beyond what was necessary e.g. I wanted to get a second line and she suggested Digits which saved me like 40 bucks. She made the case of why I should get the galaxy note 8 which I dont nt think I will regret because it has the best reviews. Really great experience. If youve had bad experiences in the past the new management will more than make up for it. Trust me. Really glad I came here 5 stars👍

Katherine and a tall beard associate at this place both dont care about customers they were busy in their own phones. Katherine was very unwelcome and untruthful, actually she told me that she dont mind if I go to another T-Mobile store for help.

Customer service is #1 to me. I left Boost due to poor customer support. I am even poo saying almost double. BUT I must say although the change took some doing, Morgan was exrllent. Her willingness to see the process t hrough, her professional yet friendly dimener was a plus. To know I have a PERSON I can go to and get help and she assist me with a willingness and not be aggravated is a plus.She was sheer delightful to have as a representative.

I just would like to say, I just recently spent ALOT of money with the Beltsville store between the new Note 8, the Otter Box Case, Screen protector Etc...& I was so afraid I was going to go in to the store & have issues when I brought the phone in because my screen protector had popped off in less then 3 months!! But I went in & there was a young guy who after explaining my issue too, proceeded to the back, & spoke with the manager Heather, who came out & greeted me & I explained to her the issue & that it shouldnt have came off this soon & she agreed with me & had the young gentlemen who was also pretty friendly, to replace it for me. Even though they were working in a store under horrible conditions they had No air!!! & it was MISERABLE!!! Believe me!! & on o e of the hottest days of course, it was up into the 80s which made the store feel like atleast the 90s. I could hardly stand it & I was only there long enough to take care of the issue @ hand, but they had NO CHOICE!! I guess, but to stay all day in that miserable hot & stuffy store & still managed to be friendly, & took great care of their customers. I actually just had to come back to the store now Saturday April, 14th because for some reason my protector came off again.... Once again they were there working in the HOT!!! Store & honestly, I think it felt even worse this evening & I came close to closing time luckily they were still there, & once again Heather was there & was very friendly, & extremely Helpful!!! She realized the protector that was on there was not working with the case on my phone. The case was actually causing the protector to crack around the edges where u couldnt even see it. So Heather suggested a different protector which goes around the edges on the Note phone better. I just want to say, Heather & the staff @ this store have always been very helpful, & on point!!! It really makes a difference when u get GREAT!! Service, & r treated well. Thank u Heather & everyone else that has ever helped & given me great, friendly service. Please keep up the good work!!! I hope after writing this things dont change now. lol

Worst customer service. My family tried to switch from Verizon to T Mobile and all buy new phones at the store in Beltsville. Long story short, one of their employees accidentally cancelled my phone number from Verizon so I was given a temporary number for 24 hours. Then, after 24 hours it turns out they gave me my brothers phone number and he got mine! My brother and I live an hour away from each other so we couldnt switch SIM cards. Been on the phone all day with customer service trying to get it sorted out. Also, their in-store wifi is incredibly slow so my new iPhone took 50 min to download the system update, 20 min to install, and then the iCloud restoring process froze. Didnt have a functional phone for several hours. Overall, their employees were very unhelpful, inexperienced, and didnt try to make this experience any easier.
