Came here for body work on my baby back in February. The car was brand new at the time the accident happened still had paper plates and I chose this place because of the good reviews. I’m editing this review because the manager showed concerned and I came in and we looked at it together. I attached a photo of how the side panel looked before the incident and how it looks now after Honda collision repair. It is still a noticeable gap, but I appreciate the customer service.

Great place to take your car for repair. Excellent assessment of your repair plus time frame to pick up your car. The price is very reasonable. They have the best customer service and you will want to go back again! My car looked like new!

I have been a valued customer of College Park Honda Collision Center since 2014 and they are the only body shop I trust to take care of my luxury vehicle. Of course over the years, you make a rapport with the reps, and so when I visit Honda Collision, my go to Representative is Ryan. Ryan is honest, reliable, sharp, and witty. I can literally have the worst of the worst (which I have) happen to my vehicle and he would assure me that everything is gonna be okay. He keeps me up to date with pricing, time frames of work, honest cost of the work, and what he thinks is absolutely necessary and just unnecessary cosmetics. I also like to come here to pretty up my paint when other drivers dent my car a little too much, so Honda Collision will have my baby looking off-the-lot brand new. Ali was thorough and fast when estimating and repairing my Mercedes, after I was rear ended and my license plate and tail light were damaged. I appreciate the kind staff and that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than expected. I was even able to leave my rental car with Advanced Collision and they knew the Hertz rental staff personally, so I can trust the relationship between the two separate companies and that everything is taken care of. If you need work done to your car this is the place to go. I unfortunately have had to get work done to my car twice, and both times i have come to this location. Make sure to ask for Peter! Chris the manager really went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I must admit I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to my vehicle. Now I usually never leave bad reviews I just never come back to the place. I took my car into this place after my insurance recommended them from an accident I was in during Thanksgiving holiday. Not only did they break my wheel bearing, my windshield wiper fluid wasnt replaced and the fluid tank wasnt even fixed. I took it back a second time for them to fix the situation and even stated my windshield wiper fluid wasnt replaced even after they billed it to my insurance. After the second time taking it back to fix the issue it still wasnt replaced. I called into the shop to make a complaint to the manager but due to my schedule I wasnt able to reach him on a day and time he was available. They offered to leave a message but I preferred to talk to him personally so I know my message was exactly verbatim. At that point I didnt want to take my car back due to the fact they broke my wheel bearing so I went to the store to replace the windshield wiper fluid and told my insurance to take it off my claim since I replaced it myself. After that I come to find out the fluid wasnt coming out to later find out that it has a leak in it when I went to get my oil changed and they told me it was leaking. At this point Im frustrated and asked my insurance the next steps on where to take my car because I dont want to go through this place anymore. Ms. Lisa that helped me through everything was very helpful despite my car not coming back 100% like it was before. My bumper wasnt aligned properly the door trim for my door is off a little as well. After taking it to the Lexus collision center they fixed my windshield wiper tank and even realigned my bumper properly after being told from this shop it suppose to look like that. I would highly recommend you check your car thoroughly after they finished up any work and make sure they actually test drive your car and inspect it for anything they missed.

I just got the truck back today. This is my second time for me. My truck looks nice and clean like new. The workmanship is superb. The mechanic team was very prompt and knowledgeable. Great job on communication and repair. I have a rarer plug-in hybrid and they were able to follow the correct procedure to safely work on the car and ensure it was safe after a collision.They are very well connected to online services and tracking your status is relatively simple. They also always appear to do their best to address any issues as they come up. I also appreciate they took their time to ensure their paint work was up to their standards.

Had my car (2015 Accord) there to replace my front bumper that had been damaged from a hit and run. This shop came highly recommended by my insurance. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They do shotty work. My front bumper doesn’t line up the way it should and I’m missing the inner fender plastics. The paint work is near immaculate tho, they blended very nicely. But to be a shop that’s a part of a dealership group it was a VERY disappointing experience. I guess I should’ve known when I had to ask them to replace the trim on the bumper that was damaged it would be some other issues. There’s also a grinding noise when I reverse to the right. I’ll have to get these issues corrected out of pocket as I wouldn’t trust this shop with my car again for them to correct their issues or lack of quality work.Update: Thank you College Park Collision for being a stand up and taking the time and effort to address my concerns and to correct the issues. Definitely would recommend this shop to all those in the area. Good people

I had my Honda civic car repaired in College park collision, the back was totally wrecked, after 5 days in repair shop they told me my car was ready for pick up .I got my car with EXTREME SATISFACTION, it was done so clean and neat like a brand new one .I definitely recommend this shop to everyone, the technicians are very skilled in their task and fast in their action as well. This place is amazing. I received excellent service from Miguel and his crew. I only needed a taillight replaced, but he went above and beyond, reattaching my bumper (because it came loose when I hit it on a pole), and even filling my tires up with air! All for an unbeatable price too. I would recommend this place to ANYONE in need of collision repairs.

I’ve been at college park, collision center two times, the last being a week ago. In both occasions, my Honda Civic 2016 got fixed well and it was like a brand new car! I applaud for their quality work! The service manager, Mr. Chris, was a great man and he made me happy with his professional and quality work. I recommend anyone who visits this location to first ask for Chris—he’ll be the right person to get the right professional advice and friendly care.But their work was very pricey. To replace my windshield(OEM part) and some repair work on front right fender, I paid around $1, 638. Also, one of the ladies who I spoke with over the phone (to get updates about the progress of the work) was a bit rude and lacks some courtesy customer handling skills. I recommend to give her some training on customer handling.Overall, if anyone wants quality work, this is the right place to go.

My experience with College Park Collision Center happened to be a memorable one when I had accident late April 2018 and my car was towed to the Collision Center for repair. My car was not only fixed within the time frame given to me which was one week; but, the repair exceeded my expectation. I was having lunch when someone ran into my car - they left a note and I decided to contact a trusted collision center that is close to where I live to see how I could get it fixed. Once I called, I spoke with a representative, named Diane, from the center where she explained to me the process - from entrance to exit, as well as all the specs about pricing and costs. Once my car was taken care of, they cleaned it and I was shown the areas that were repaired by Diane and Ryan, two representatives from the center. The prices are competitive and the service is great - everyone is pleasant and always willing to go out of their way to help. If you are having car problems or have gotten into a fender bender, I suggest visiting College Park Collision Center.

Even though their body work is extremely good their customer service skills are pretty bad. No customer should be yelled at and treated so poorly. Customers should have a pleasant experience. Having your vehicle in the shop can be a stressful experience. However, the receptionist Karina was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. She was courteous and pleasant during all my interactions with her.

Top notch service! I have had the same car serviced here within the last year due to accidents not caused by me. Each time I have received my Toyota back it looks almost brand new. The repairs to the body are undetectable. I highly recommend Miguel and his team. The service was fast and friendly. I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else and if the need should arise, Ill be back.

Had my vehicle from 10/23 to 12/8, spoke with more than a dozen times and even stopped by to make sure things were going accordingly. Today I was informed they didn’t receive payment from insurance. I had to pay to take the vehicle. It’s not my job to make sure you’re paid when you don’t mention it. Paid my deductible 11/27 and still no one mentioned insurance hadn’t paid. Do your own job please. Even if it’s a job done well, this payment issue nullified that. I’d actually give a zero. Take responsibility for all facets of your company. Tell people when you’re having an issue. Don’t just say ok to end the conversation.

WARNNING:College Park Collison has the worst customer service I have ever experienced they are very unprofessional and has very bad customer service.I took my car there to have the bumper repaired and painted and they did the worst paint job I have ever seen and to make matters worse they refuse to repaint it.In the rear of the facility looks like a junk yard full of old RVs and Junk cars. Dont go there!

This collision shop had my car for over a month and when I came to pick it up it was dirty inside and out but they claimed to have washed it twice. It was things that wasnt fixed so they had to take it back twice. Stay away from this horrible place. FYI Ive been waiting for an hr for a car that was suppose to be ready for pickup.
