I have brought my vulcan classic to rob for a couple things now. This guy is and his shop are great. This is my first motorcycle and im super glad i found his shop. Im going to use this place to service my mule 4010 just because I like that the owner responds to negative reviews and totally blows them up with facts from the other side of the story. The owner doesnt take lip and stands up to keyboard tough guys trying to throw shade on his business- I like you Sir and Ill be calling you soon. Its time us reasonable folks stand up to the BS.

Rob has done both tires, oil changes, installed a stereo, replaced a battery, and an internal upgrade for me in the last two years. Hes been quick and I havent had problems. Thanks.

Stop in for some advice about some parts gave me the best possible answer greatly appreciated his time was really nice and professional.

Took my 01 Dyna Low Rider here that had sat for a few years. Rob went through it and got her running so smooth that I forgot it was carbureted and not fuel injected. Extremely happy with what he did, and even had my Dad bring him his Road King to get up and running again too.

I called to ask about getting a Rear tire swapped and the person i talked to was so rude ..I asked how much was the cost and he said $80 dollars and that was it then i asked was that including tax or not and he with a rude tone said 80 as if i was bothering him...Did not make me feel welcome as a potential customer and will not be doing business there..

I bought a used Sportster 1200 that had a few minor issues so I took it to Rob and he fixed it right up. I also took it in to have it lowered and have the new handlebars installed that Rob recommended. My bike fits me perfect now!

Found Robs shop on a Friday and stopped in for a quick visit to get a first impression .. kinda impressed. He was a Harley certified mechanic but not a Harley snob. I saw all makes/models he was working on. So, Saturday, came back for an inspection and asked him the question I have asked at least 3 other shops ... what can I do to my 103 Street Glide to make it RUN. I was expecting the stage 1 or 2 blah blah + 3 to 4 grand typical answer. Instead he pulled out catalogs .. got all excited .. said well we could do this or this etc. So Monday he had my bike .. Friday I got it back .. O my goodness, Christmas all over again. I now have a 107 Street Glide and the $$$$ was total something I could afford. Rob did some extra work for me, treated me and my bike and my $$ with respect ... professional but informal/friendly. Found a home .. check him out. By the way this is my first review ever, so yes I was impressed.

I just bought my first Harley but it needed some adjustments to fit for a safe ride. I asked the dealership for what I needed and the pricing, that was like buying another Harley. So then I decided to pay Rob a visit to see what he could do for me. Turns out he just earned a new customer. He ordered my parts and did a great job and the cost was no where even close to the dealership. The following weekend I had no lights and no air in my suspension shocks, I called rob and he said to bring it in so I did and he did all the repairs and showed me everything he was doing and didn’t hide any secrets either and also at no charge. Live close and pass by daily.... stopped in a couple of times and the guy presents himself as arrogant.Today (Saturday) i stopped on my bike and asked if he was doing business or shop upkeep. The answer was does it look like Im doing business? With that attitude im surprised youre in business at all.And missed out on selling 2 tires an oil change inspection and detail. Too bad for you jerk!..After your response..... fair enough. There were no visible hours of operation posted and the response was still very rude. Maybe have a conversation with him about respecting YOUR customers.

Every time Ive gone to Rob he has helped out with getting any of my issues resolved. Helped one of my brothers out too. I am thankful a guy like him is around so I dont have to go to the dealership or worry about getting stiffed by a shade tree mechanic.

I was traveling thru Texas and my bike broke down. I could not figure it out. Was trying and trying and after a couple hours I went to Robs shop. Took it in and in about ten minutes he figured it out. Taught me some tricks as well. Went above and beyond. Thank you rob. Definitely would go back in a heart beat.

Shop runs like you want your bike to: quality performance, fair deal, fun rapport, good music, timely, and with gusto.

Recently had a tire change and state inspection there. Service was quick, owner was honest, and overall it was a good experience. I will be using KMA instead of the HD “stealerships” around the area.

The people of KMA have become good friends over the years and continue to take care of me and others. Ive been in there countless times and seen first hand how Rob will make the impossible possible. Today alone I witnessed him sale a customer a more expensive tire for the price of a less expensive tire (what the customer wanted but he didnt have in stock) so that the customer could be back on the road by today. He told the same guy he would replace his brake pads for free since he would already have the tire off--even after the customer was expecting to pay what he was quoted from a different shop. Ive seen him bleed brakes, fix chains and do countless other minor repairs for cheap to no charge at the benefit and awe of the customer because he thinks its an easy job. Bottom line he is loyal to his customers and always gets the job done! For all the people crying about getting their feelings hurt because you didnt get to take full advantage of a mom and pop shop that is already doing you a favor--maybe you should ride Vespas or take up crocheting and leave motorcycles to the brothers and sisters who understand the code of loyalty!

Bought a brand new tire from this shop. Less than 200 miles later its flat. Wont fix it due to liability. Was told to use slime/fix-a-flat.... If I could give half a star rating, I would.

If your motorcycle is broken, take it to Rob, he knows his stuff and is fair priced. He also does Inspections. Its where I go.

I called them to ask for help on my Indian Scout and he flat out told me I dont deal with Indian motorcycles. So, if you have an Indian motorcycle, go elsewhere!
