Evan Smith & Semco did a phenomenal job designing and installing the stone on our new construction home. Semco has great displays and you can actually see the stone on site. Evan had the vision to create a gorgeous exterior front elevation, fireplaces, pavers and built in grill that were far more beautiful than we could have even imagined. Semco provided exceptional service and expertise from beginning to end.

This place had a good selection with great customer service. Tara was awesome in helping me find what I needed to complete my home project. Next time I’m in, she will definitely be my go-to. I’ll be back for sure!

Tara was awesome! Stopped in 10 minutes before close, but Tara was in no rush to get me back out the door. She thoroughly explained retaining wall options and pricing with me, as well as some specific details for each option. Placing my order this week.Additionally, the showroom is top notch. A lot of full scale mock-ups to help visualize your project.

Excellent customer service. We ordered our landscaping rock on one day and the next day it was delivered. The driver who delivered the rock placed it exactly where we asked. For landscaping needs this is a great place to work with. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definately will be going back.

I needed some rocks for my yard and stopped here ordered a whole pallet. It was cheaper than I expected. Delivery was on time. I love this place with so many selections. It is easy to access from Belton west. If stone and rock are you want, then this is the place!

This company has an amazing selection and showroom, but their customer service is what sets them apart. Zach Pickett was so thorough and followed up on everything to make sure we were happy with it. We had some pretty specific requests, which with natural stone can be hard to pull off, but he stuck with the search until we had just the right slabs and they turned out perfect! Would absolutely recommend this company for any stone project.

Driving behind one of their trailers - cracked windshield. Saw that there was loose rock scattered EVERYWHERE on a half loaded flatbed. Called the company and was told sorry, that was an act of God. Not an honest company.

I went in at 4.45 the Thursday before Memorial day with a trailer and wanted gravel. Everyone wanted to be gone for the upcoming holiday. Even though they were ready to go they stopped what they were doing helped me get in and out the door quickly. Not only were they efficient they were all so nice and helpful.My experience back then lead me to go in again yesterday to get more gravel and sand. Again I came in towards the days end but Everyone again from the inside to the outside staff were happy and helpful. I will definitely recommend Semco to others.

Excellent customer service! We’ve been to Semco many times over the last 10 years. We have always been greeted right away. We have always had excellent personalized service. They are knowledgeable, helpful, competent, responsive and have been very dedicated to our projects. Our experiences with Semco (Steve, Sam, Crystal?) have always been very good. Worth the drive!

What an outstanding experience at Semco Outdoor. Yesterday was my first visit and customer experience at Semco Outdoor, but not my last! Horrible customer service! Agree with the other reviews on this page regarding their poor customer service. You can absolutely tell that they are more interested in contractor business. We were told to go out to the yard to look, take pictures of what we were interested in, and then go back into the showroom to get a price. Someone couldnt have come out with us to let us know the price or confirm what rock we were looking at? There were 3 other employees all sitting on computers. Surely one of them could have helped us if the girl who was talking to us couldnt. Then when we pick out one, they said we dont have any of that. Really? Then what did we look at? It was under the wrong sign and way more money than the rock that was listed on the sign. What a joke. We wont be back.

I walked into showroom feeling a little overwhelmed and confused about how to pick out what I needed for my driveway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Tara was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I walked out of showroom knowing exactly what I needed!

Excellent selection, staff goes out of their way to help. I was putting in a sidewalk w/ only a little experience. One of the guys gave me his personal cell number so he could help me out. That’s great service!! I’m looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend!!

We visited Semco today. We have a very small project that needed done for our new house. We could not have received better treatment from Sam and the others members of their team. The best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. We have a much larger project that we will be undertaking and, based on todays experience, we look forward to working with the Semco team.

Today was our first visit and we were helped as soon as we walked inside the showroom. Jim showed us paver and edging options and since he’s a contractor he gave us helpful tips too as we looked at all the natural and man-made options, for example dark gray pavers can get really hot on a sunny patio. We’d never have considered that. Great place and helpful staff!

Called to get a quote and the gentleman that answered was extremely rude and short with me. I received a call from the General Manager apologizing for the bad experience. I will definitely give them another chance. Any company willing to reach out and make things right. Is a business I’m willing to retry.

In and out quickly and efficiently

Ive had nothing but excellent service everytime Ive used Semco for my projects. Tara, one of the sales design conultants actually came to my home this week and spent two hours with me. She brought samples of stone for our new indoor linear fireplace. This was way beyond the help I was expecting. Shes very talented and has an eye and education in interior design. Ive had advice from Brad, Evan & Jim too and they couldnt have been more helpful. Make sure to speak up, ask for pictures, etc...They have so much knowledge, they sent me to some parade homes in the area that had the outdoor stone I was looking at.Makes me sad to see the negative reviews. Never had a bad experience!

They are really friendly but they are definitely not committed to selling their salt for snow and Ice management!!!! Snow and Ice management takes people that are willing to work no matter what time of day it is for sure!!! I know on several occasions this year they are sitting on salt and the roads are icy but they arent working !!! Im not sure why they even have a winter hotline number because it never gets answered !!! Like I said they are really nice people but they definitely are not a good place to depend on for salt!!! I think they should quit selling salt all together and definitely shouldnt be price gouging on the salt for sure!!!

I went to pick up some gravel and the office tells me to drive on to the scales then wait out in the yard by the gravel and they would have someone load my truck.Half an hour later I drive back up to the office the doors are locked and everyone had gone home

Their amazing staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the selection and design process of the new patio remodel. Geoff and Matt were a pleasure to work with throughout the process and answered all of my questions with their expertise. I have made a few different purchases now from these guys. I first bought a bulk load of mulch for the front and back yard. They offered to deliver the mulch, I had no clue that was an option. I had them deliver it. So easy that way! Since then I have had them deliver gravel and I have purchased some pavers and a fire pit! Hoping to do a patio soon! Thank you for the help guys.

As a new(er) homeowner and amateur DIY-er, I was a bit nervous about beginning my landscaping projects. I started my project with the pavers you lay over cement pads – it was so easy! Semco was very helpful throughout the entire process, explaining what type of pavers would work, the correct poly sand, and how to complete the full process. I have continued to use Semco for my landscaping needs, as I appreciate the expert help with their friendly customer service attitude!
