I was very impressed with Kelly Spiller today. It was my first visit with her and she explained everything in detail and took such good care of me. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to care about their hearing and have true care and compassion for their patients.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous as I entered the office. Dr. Spiller is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My favorable experience is identical to that of several family members and friends who utilize Professional Hearing Center and Dr. Spiller.

I appreciated the professionalism and personal care that was extended to me. They showed me they really wanted to help me and Kelly is personality plus with a big heart. I walked out with hearing aids and havnt taken them off in 4 hours. Work great with very little adjustment necessary would be my guess. Very comfortable as well.

I was up here training from out of state (200+ miles from my audiologist) and had a hearing aid emergency. I contacted Professional Hearing Center on a Thursday night via website. Not only did they contact me the very next day, they were able to schedule me in and get my device working again. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very impressed with their dedication!!

They went above & beyond to get me in with their ENT in less than 2 hours when the needed work had to be done audiologist and ENT before another procedure that was scheduled at 7:30 am the next day. Thx !!

What an awesome group! My hearing assistants have changed my life and in an almost emergency situation, Dr Spiller got me in as we were trying to leave town. I learned my lesson about not using Urgent care with an ear issue because they totally missed a dome that had gotten lodged in my ear and diagnosed me with swimmers ear.Thank You Dr Spiller!

I went to the office today to have my hearing aid checked. Dr. Kelly Spiller performed some maintenance on it and replaced a part, and I was on my way in short order. She does a great job!

The staff was exceptionally kind and worked with my schedule. Dr. Spiller took time to educate me on potential issues I can work through on my hearing aid allowing me to maintain the device on a daily business. Also, I was provided items which will allow me to troubleshoot minor issues!

She made very comfortable with what she was doing. She also explained in detail what was going. Very professional.

This was my first visit to PHC and the first Audiologist type of testing in about 30 years (while in a corporate setting) . It was very pleasant to be served by people who seemed to care about me rather than, as in the past, being herded through the process by someone who was just doing their job in a hurry to get back to their coffee break or go home for the day. Very nice experience. I learned that ears should be checked once a year just like your eyes. I also learned that bone conduction is a real thing not just an advertising gimmick to sell headsets.

Dr. Spiller is helping with trying to find out why these hearing aids have a beep, cant figure out why? Trying to be patient until this is resolved.

You know when you walk in to the doctors office and you have that thought ... I hope this doctor listens to my concerns and doesn’t dismiss what I’m saying ?When I saw Dr. Spiller she listen to my every concern. She explain everything so I understood what was happening with my hearing. When I left I honestly felt like I had not only found a great doctor but also a friend who cared.I trust what she says enough when my daughter was having issues with ones of her ear Dr. Spiller was the first call I made. She wasted no time in not only Listening to me but also helping us with a treatment plan ! What a great doctor and staff!!!!

Was having trouble with my aids so stopped by the office and they cleaned and replaced my filters in just minutes and had me hearing again!

I first saw Dr. Spiller some time ago when she was practicing with my regular ENT doctor. Although it had been several years since I’d seen her, I was thrilled to find out she had an office nearby. On my very first visit, she remembered all my issues and jumped right on my needs. Dr. Spiller is the consummate professional, always conducting a thorough exam, taking whatever time is needed to explain things in easily understood terms, and doing so in an incredibly caring and personable manner. Every time I’ve been to her office, the other audiologists as well as her support staff mirror Dr. Spiller’s care and professionalism. I recommend Dr. Spiller and her team to anyone.
