The store is clean and well organized. The staff is very helpful. They have a pretty good selection of products. We found what we needed and we will definitely be back.

The store was busy busy and as with every place these days they were short of help and it took a very long time to be assisted. Not to mention the Belton mom that I felt like clotheslining several times did not help lol. Great store, just lacking in customer service people.

I went specifically shopping for yarn, and the shelves were pretty bare. Im guessing since a lot of yarn is made in China, the supply chain is still behind. Fortunately the yarn I was needing was available so I can finish my project. I checked the website and was happy to see the stock on the shelf matched what was shown online.

This store has the most unhelpful staff! I’ve been here on several occasions and it’s just a disaster! No one knows where the etching cream is, I was looking for amazing epoxy I was told it’s a couple aisles down......... ok...... WHAT AISLE?!?!?! Right? left? The guy that works there he’s the most knowledgeable one! The glitter selection is horrible too, I rather go to michaels for glitter it’s a candy store in there!

I wanted to give it 1 star because of the many times Ive been in and Sandy was either rude or too busy to answer questions about products. She always acts bothered. However, I decided to give 2 stars since not all the employees are like Sandy. Thank you to Anecia? For trying your best to answer my questions. Stocked well with great bargains. The majority of the staff very friendly and helpful the exception being the the staffer at the fabric cutting table who acted like they just wanted us done and maybe her day over. They kept checking their watch and sighing.

Very poorly stocked and there was not very many options or variety to choose from. The store is on the smaller side and definitely geared more towards JUST fabric. The staff was friendly, though.

Prices are higher than other places for things like polyfill....but you cant beat the selection of fabrics. I could spend all day just browsing them all. My son is making a pillow in one of his classes so we were stoked to find some chiefs fabric for him 😊😊

Went looking for embroidery thread found what I was looking for.

Not a good selection of fabric or laces, and other notions. There system would not take any of my cards. Debit card is good because I had just got paid and had just used it. And my credit card is good as I have no balance due and thus have my full max to use. I wont go back.

I recently was in there for a little something. I saw they had cricuits on sale. I asked the cashier what the difference was in the one that said bundle and the others. He was very accommodating in getting one down for me to look at. He explained a lot of similarities and differences. I was very impressed with his customer service.

The associate was so helpful to me. I was just looking for a basic sewing kit. I was completely lost in the store.

Because I cant sew, I dont go into fabric stores much. But yesterday, (Thursday) afternoon, I went in looking for Peppa Pig fabric to have masks made for my daughter. I couldnt find it, so I asked one of the two ladies at the cutting desk. She was new, but very kind and personable. She helped me search the shelves. Ultimately, when we couldnt find it, she explained to me how to search for it on the website. I ended up having a choice between several Peppa Pig fabrics locally, and my RetailMeNot browser extension found an additional coupon, bringing the fabric down to half price. Its already ready for pick-up, and all for about seven bucks.Im very happy, and would like to thank the new employee for helping me through a new experience. I also felt quite comforted that every employee was wearing a mask and doing their best to practice social distancing.

Terrible customer service specifically at the fabric cutting station. The lady is almost always lackadaisical, unhelpful and rude. She was very dismissive and ignored us. After cutting our fabric she didnt even pass it to us-just left it on the table and walked away. We will not be returning.

I haven’t shopped in a Jo-Ann before and it’s 3 workers here I’m walking from the back to front to steadily ask questions instead of someone helping me out! The customer service is horrible, I’m so frustrated I been from store to store trying to figure out my project and get here I just gave up! I feel that customer service secures a sell and they failed horribly!!!

Tried to find some material for a job, and no one would help. I tried talking to the manager about the issue and she couldnt car less. Really this is how you treat your customers.

This place is great. They had some door buster t shirts we ordered them online and went to the store to pick them up. When we got there we called they put them in a basket outside the front door and we were gone in a flash. They even gave us an easter decoration for free. It just dosent get any better. Thank You. By the way the Easter decoration cost more than our purchase.

Joanns fabrics is so soft

Storefront well lit and visible to main street traffic. Inside clean and organized. No reason to complain.

They really need to update their website/appWe drove over an hour to purchase yarn and we are told by an employee that they are closing, at 5, it was 4:55The app and website and maps says open till 7pm. Very very disappointed!

I have frequented this place quite often. The current review is for recent visits. Generally overall the store is always clean and organized. The staff i have mixed reviews. Generally always pleasant. They do tend to be short handed. I always use a coupon if i buy anything there. The app is easy to use. The only thing about their coupons that there adds and coupons are conflicting. Even the employees seem confused about it. I do like them in Belton MO. Easy for me and a short travel.

Unfortunately the Belton store doesnt carry a good variety of supplies for the crafts I do. Paper crafts, knitting and crochet. I dont blame the store but corporate for not knowing the region. The people working in the store are always, always kind and helpful. The store is always clean!!! Joanns is really not a fabric and craft store anymore. It is more a fabric and home decor store. I used to go to Joanns 2 or 3 times a week, now I barely go once a month

They are very friendly and store is nicely organized, but they dont have a whole lot for yarn crafters. Other locations have more but I have found their sizing of knitting needles overall is limited. Also, practically all of their yarn is acrylic. I think some other natural fabrics (besides cotton. which they have a plethora of) would be ideal.

The people at Joanns were fabulous the service was wonderful my problem with Jo-Anns is most of the discounts that they have in their ads particularly over Black Friday and through the Christmas season are pretty much non usable and thats really the truth stuff that they have on sale is fine but the ads are terrible either have to use them within a 5-hour window or nothing that Im shopping for is it regular price and most of the ads are take a certain percentage off regular price items thats my beef Im sticking to it thats why they get one star
