I had a great experience here. I came in because of a flat tire. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The mechanic who worked on my tire was professional. Will be coming back for future maintenance or state inspection.

I am very thankful to all the workers at this place, weather was terrible and my tire pressure showed it was low on my dashboard, thankfully quality tire was near by, they rapidly helped me out, my tire wasn’t in good condition, they didn’t have my size in stock but they went out of their way to find a place where they did which soon was going to close, I was ready to pay with my card for their work and he said “ there is not time, they are soon going to close the other shop so just be on your way” he was awesome because I made it just 10 minutes before they closed. They really care for their customers!

This place is great! I bring my car here monthly for maintenance (cause I drive quite a bit for work). The crew is always friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Randy and Jeff of Quality Tire in Belton Texas deserve five of five stars. I went to them to have my tires balanced to help eliminate possible causes of vibrations in the steering wheel. While balancing the tires did not resolve the issue, they were very good about taking the time to be thorough, and communicated with M&B Auto who is also helping to definitively find the cause and remedy. One thing that struck me as odd about the shop was the cleanliness; even the restroom was clean. I dont mean presentable, I mean better than some restaurants. I will give them additional business in the future. I wish I could have bought my tires through them, but I work in Killeen and had a tire delaminate, which forced my hand to get tires in a hurry. It is worth making the drive to Quality Tire for the customer service. I received great service at a competitive price. If you are going to wait while your vehicle is serviced, there is a Valero two doors down, where you can get snacks. Had I known they were a block from a BBQ joint, I would have scheduled my appointment during lunch. Go across the street and there is Mexican cuisine. This is a prime location to have your vehicle serviced and support other local business. I point out the availability of places to go other than the waiting room, because usually, I feel stuck while waiting for my vehicle; not here, as there are plenty of options within a very short walk. So... Great customer service, clean, and something to do other than sit and wait for your vehicle to be ready. 5 of 5 ***** is a legitimately earned rating.

I came here for the first time today, after reading reviews. I must say I had a great experience. I was quoted a price that was almost 400 dollars cheaper than a local chain location. The staff was friendly and professional, I was even educated on tires that I knew nothing about. I will continue to come here and highly recommend it to any one looking for good service

Great quick service, honest guys. Once had an issue with a tire that I had bought at another shop, they could have just sold me a replacement but instead told me of the other shops policy on tires and was a cheaper solution for me. Always recommend them with no hesitation.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. One of my tires had a flat and upon taking it to the shop, I was quickly told by the manager that the tire was completely ruined and they did all they could but could not fix it. When I went back to shop to get my tire, I asked the technician why they tire was not fixable and he told me that nobody even looked at the tire or tried to fix it. He said he thought it it could be fixed but his manager told him not to worry about it.With that said, I took my tire elsewhere and they patched it right up and it has been holding air no problem. I am not sure whether the management at Quality Tire genuinely thought they couldnt fix my tire or were just trying to get me to buy a new one. Either way, I would have appreciated it if they would have at least looked at my tire instead of wasting both of our time.

This place is a gem! I havent found an auto service place thats genuine, honest, and has great customer service in 5 years. I hit a hog and needed my inner tie rod replaced and a new alignment. It only took them a little over an hour and their prices are phenomenal! Randy went above and beyond with his knowledge and customer service. You cant beat it! I hardly ever write reviews but this place is worth the effort. Im losing coolant in my car and it was just dropped off today. I have no doubt that they will work diligently and effectively to find a solution to my problem. This is now my go to place, hands down!

I love this shop! Purchased front end alignment and complete brake job with new rotors, best work ever. Sent my son for tires and they were able to install tires, replace his worn brakes and malfunctioning water pump the same day. Trustworthy company with established history. First choice from now on.

Had a nail in my tire and needed a patch. Good quick repair, no pressure for extra unneeded services. I still had my jack and tire changing tools out in my trunk and they went the extra mile to put them away neatly for me. Id go back again, and would recommend to friends and family.

When my car broke down on a Friday afternoon when I was traveling through Belton, this was one of two shops in the area that said they could assist. Jeff and his crew were awesome. I was at their mercy and they did not take advantage of me. They were fair, reasonable and offered great customer service.I would return (if I lived in the area) and would highly recommend!

Installed a set of shocks on my new F150 - the price was right, service went exactly as scheduled and Randy was most helpful and informative about the whole process. I was completely impressed with the care taken by the alignment specialist as well. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole process.

Called in on Monday to order tires for my travel Trailer. I spoke to Randy who informed me the tires would be in on Tuesday and set an installation appointment for 10 a.am. on Wednesday. We arrived about 9:45 am and was informed by Jeff to go to a big parking lot and wait for his call as they needed the finish a vehicle that was being worked on in the only spot for me to park my 30 foot travel trailer. I was promptly called about 10 minutes later and told to bring the TT over.Work was started immediately by one of their employees. Sorry I didnt get his name. He was very courteous and answered all questions I had. I had four tires changed and it only took about an hour. I cant say enough about the service these guys provide. I used to get my vehicles serviced there about 3 years ago when I worked in Belton. They were great then and continued to do a great job. I live 40 miles away. Still I towed my trailer there, purchased tires there and had them mounted by people I trust.Keep up the great work guys and as my wife and I travel around the states towing our trailer we will always return to Quality tire for our trailer Tire & wheel service.

Prompt and quick for the actual inspection. I was uncomfortable, as I was never greeted and waited over 20 minutes before someone spoke to me. Seemed to be a small quarrel going on between an employee and customer. They were both unhappy and it was enough to be noticed by another customer. They did however give me directions that I asked for and were very helpful. The lady that assisted me had really great customer service skills and recommend a business for my son since she took notice that we moved here. Thank you

This business is not only incredibly skilled and outstanding in the service they provide, but they are amazing humans. My daughter was on her way back to college when her car began to have serious issues close to Belton. I found this amazing business and directed her there. Jeff, the owner treated my daughter like his own. He took in the car immediately, diagnosed the issues and presented us with inexpensive very fair solution. Hes honest, ethical and truly skilled at troubleshooting and problems when dealing with very complex issues as was the case with my daughters car. Im encouraged to know these types of business that are skilled and ethical still exist. Rude. We used to go there several times a week for nearly four years. Didnt have much of a choice. But got tired of the guy behind the counter. Hes ALWAYS grumpy, inpatient and quite frankly a smart aleck. Im glad Mcguire Tire opened up on the other side of town. Weve started going there.

As always, this morning I got what I feel is an honest assessment of whatever problem I bring to them, without the feeling theyre ever trying to talk me into something the vehicle doesnt need.

My GoTo place for tire work for over a decade. Good work, done quickly, and at a fair price.

Went to get a vehicle inspected. They said it wouldnt pass because of the power steering is out. So I drove home to to see if I can buy a new pump and my dad asked what I was doing and I told him so he called the dps and I went to the dps Website and put what type of vehicle it was and class it is and on the the check list to pass inspection doesnt show anything about power steering on the list. Befor yall start saying with out power steering its dangerous to drive wrong I bought this car just over a year now the power steering been out the hole time its 21years old truck steering is stiff but I can turn the wheel with ease and the day that I took it in the steering was so smoothest I ever felt it.

Wow, I was turned off immediately by their counter service. Their door has Visa/MasterCard stickers but the guy treated me very rudely and insisted they take cash or check only. Avoid at all costs.
