These are honest folks who know their stuff. They do the job right and at a fair price. They even saved my family money by directing us to the dealership for an item that was covered under warranty unbeknown to us!

After a year of noise issue that no one could diagnose, the lady at the front desk at Pro Alignment found my problem in about 60 seconds of examining my tires. Then got me in quickly to replace the faulty tire in 100 degree heat. Great professionals all the way around!

They take good care of my car. And are able to fit me in if I leave it there for the day.

Very thankful for the help. My daughter and granddaughter came to visit and had issues with their tires. Pro alignment checked all her tires and made sure she had all the info she needed to get home safely. Very grateful for professionalism and time without trying to upscale. I took my 06 4runner here for an alignment. I told them that it was drifting slightly to the right when driving down road. The truck has 2-3 inchs of lift with stock UCAs. So getting it to factory spec is really not possible. But they were able to adjust the caster to the best of there ability. Truck drives straight as arrow now. Happy with the service.

These guys are great! I own a diesel repair facility and I send all of my jobs that need alignment and all my other customers to pro alignment.

Initially I was happy with my service, but I have come to realize they never truely aligned my vehicle and charged more than the average. .. Over time it seems this is common with people opinions about this place and I regret not just going to Firestone... Summery alignment not in spec but good enough is what they said

I want to first explain the lack of 5 stars.....they are always busy giving their time and energy to their customers and so sometimes Im not able to get my car needs taken care of the instant Im in need of help. So they arent a drive-through car care in our fix-it-quick world.I have been a single mother of 3 teenage drivers and I also use my car for business. Its an older car and has some special issues.I find the team at Pro-Alignment to be quick, efficient and so helpful. Rich takes the time to not only evaluate but to educate me about my cars, and if Rich isnt available Dee knows quite a bit as well. If she doesnt know...she asks. The others guys in the shop are equally knowledgeable and will also take the time to educate.I truly could not imagine the last decade without all of the help and patience Ive found at Pro-Alignment.Theyre busy, and thats a good sign. Finding a shop to trust with something as important as our vehicles these days is not easy. Im sure we all have encountered questionable prices, parts and services when handed invoices over the years.My family and I drive older vehicles and have trusted Rich and his excellent team of mechanics for nearly ten years now. Sure, things can still be more expensive that wed like them to be at times, but I have never felt more comfortable knowing that these guys are doing the right thing and not taking advantage of our lack of knowledge when it comes to all things mechanical.We have mechanics within a few miles of home, but we go out of our way to get our vehicles to this little family-owned shop in Belton for all of our maintenance needs. I went in for a wheel alignment got a lesson on how the crown of the road makes my car do that. I understand that theory but I have had the car for 8 years now and think I know how a car should drive. He did not like my disagreement as I told him the crown of the road simply can not be the case I asked him to just drive it first..Then I asked him about tires for the car which he gave me 2 highly inflated prices and said he would have to order them in anyway. His excuse for the high price was that My tire size 215/55/18 is a low-profile tire which I stated Actually it is not a low-profile tire to which he jumped up at me handed me my key and said I just want to argue with him and he has enough business without me I should go somewhere else!So I did and lo and behold it was NOT the crown of the road and according to the men at Firestone or the men at Goodyear and even google. Also my tire size is NOT a low pro tire. I have had many cars and am over 40 years old I know how a car should drive.I am lucky I did not have to deal with Pro Alignment in Belton Mo any more. Alsomaybe he learned something new in his 50 years of experience, today.

These folks at Pro Alignment have saved me many hundreds of dollars AND they do good work. I live in Belton and no longer have to drive out of town to have our Chevy HHRs and Ford F150 worked on. They have done it all; alignments, wheel balancing, shock replacement, strut replacement, serpentine belt replacement and other miscellaneous repairs, etc. Rich and his crew were recommended by a close friend of mine here in Belton and I have not been disappointed. Nice to have a trustworthy shop here in town.
