My brother does not advertise it is word-of-mouth business for him. He stays busy. You ought to see his toys completely restored Mustang mach one. A Viper. And also I believe a Camaro. His state-of-the-art color mixing system and paint booth. Just sayin.

Two stars is only justified because of the front office personnel. They were professional and courteous. However, my graciousness ends there. I took my vehicle in On July 21, 2017 to have a SRT hood fitted and painted. They returned my vehicle on the 28th of July. I keep it for the weekend and returned it that following Monday. The gaps and lines were off, the sprayer nozzles were popping out, edges were not painted, runs in the paint and it was apparently not block sanded. I explained my concerns and even offer to pay another $250 to ensure proper completion of the hood on top of the $500. I left it with them on July 31st with a list of items I wanted fixed and even the manufacturers painting recommendations . A couple weeks later I return to pick up my vehicle. To my dismay I immediately noticed several issues. I paid for blended fenders but there was again runs in the paint. The spray nozzles were still not seated correctly and pop out with vibration. In addition, an epoxy like substance was on the roof of the vehicle, the paint was flaking off in a couple locations. and area near the intake was bubbled up, a 4 inch long split in the filler was clearly visible, the gap on the passenger side was 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch, the hood sat to high. While they said if your not happy with anything please lets us take care of it now, I was not about to leave my vehicle there for another month. If they were not able to complete the task within 3 weeks and 2 attempts I was not ready for a continuous cycle of substandard work. When I got in my vehicle a couple of my preset radio channels had been changed. Also, it was apparent the windows were down because dust was everywhere. Hand prints were on the steering wheel and door panel. My engine compartment is dressed up. Once returned the engine compartment with covered in a fine white powder. Pictures have been provided for reference.

Best paint and body bar none. Cant say enough good things about Cortez Collision. Family owned and run, great staff, attention to detail. Love these guys...and you will too. Perfect every time. They wont gouge you or your insurance.

My fiance and I took his Mitsubishi Endeavor there because his back hatch back window got busted out and they were to replace it. It took about 3 days before we got the car back. They replaced the rear hatch back window but it wasnt lining up with the frame so obviously wasnt installed correctlyWe had to take it back Down there so it could be corrected. It just seems like the problem started out simple and straight forward and was made to be difficult and stressful. They should have caught their mistake before they had us come pick it up. It was poorly assembled and was rushed. Staff was very friendly but quality of service.....POOR!

Absolutely gorgeous work! They made my sons 14 year old jeep look like a brand new high end model! Lowest price estimate and I went to Caliber and Big Johns before coming to Cortez.

I only trust Cortez Collision to repair my vehicles. They are professional, honest and show true quality workmanship. My family and I have taken a few vehicles there and always 100% satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!

This building is the front of another business in the back. Did not do business with Cortez. Probably wont ever as an unknown older female came out and very bossily informed me I was on private property, with no signs posted. Even tho she knew I was there for the other business. She further told me rather rudely to clean up after my puppy. The puppy urinated only. She is not professional in anyway and will drive away more business. I will not ever go back.
