What an amazing surprise we had today! Erin Boles, owner of Glitz & Go personally delivered about 60 sets of beautiful Valentine balloons for the residents at Oak Park Place. This act of kindness was initiated by Erin herself. What a delightful, considerate lady! All of our residents thank Glitz & Go - especially Erin! Love that there are so many services offered for future creative ideas.

I didnt get to finish this yesterday. But when I tell you you open the doors and it smells so good the customer service is awesome the store is neat and clean all the way to the bathrooms. You can go in here and probably get anything youre looking for and they have awesome party selection. Any and every event you can think of. But when you first walk in it puts me in the mind of like the apple orchard or something. And that is the best part I love the store. And they will come through for any type of needs as far as in printings and copies and everything like that. I just really do recommend them. They are in Beloit Wisconsin and I am in Rockford Illinois and yes I will take that drive. So go check them out🥰🥰💃🤞👏

Convenient place on east side of town to get packages shipped. Has space available to rent that is nice and clean however I have never rented only attended a few festivities. Ordered flowers for a funeral over the phone they were able to off the best price vs other local floral shops. Overall I would recommend.

This place is AWESOME! I love all the unique party items they offer but I have to rave about their customer service. I needed to get an item scanned and emailed to a friend who lives overseas and they were on top of it she received it within minutes and they hardly charged me for it! Check this place out you will not be disappointed!

These people ripped me off when I shipped fragile items to a buyer in Washington. I told them to wrap each item in bubble wrap and to provide $3000.00 in Insurance. Buyer received the items in original packaging with no special wrapping at all. Item were so damaged they are useless. Now the owner told me they never gave me insurance either and now they wont pay for damages either! Very dishonest!!!

I visit Glitz & Go weekly to mail packages. Every staff member is amazing, and quick to process my packages. I have been able to get everything I need for parties here also. 5 stars all the way.

Great service and pricing!

I was frantically trying to find an open local venue to send a fax, which had a deadline (legal documents)! This party store was recommended to me and sure enough, there in the back, is a service with postal box rentals, shipping and receiving, and yes, a FAX! They rescued me with graciousness, kindness and professionalism! I will return in future to look at the party supplies! Thank you!!!

Excellent place with great service. I mail from here at least once a week and the staff is always very friendly and fast. Ive been to several events at the banquet hall and it is always very well done. Always an amazing experience!

Poor customer service when it came to printing invitations, no one knew how much they were or hiw long it would take! I would have to wait for an email?!

We were looking for some fun things to use to cheer on runners at a 5K and thought we would visit this store. What a great selection of items! Some things we have never seen before. The service was efficient and friendly. We especially liked the availability of an actual party room downstairs for our family or company celebrations. We plan on having a graduation party there.

What an awesome store and great staff. We just opened our store here in Beloit and decided to walk in the Beloit Memorial Day parade and needed a banner and sign made. Lori was a huge help and knocked it out of the ball park. We highly recommend them for all your party and signage needs. Its good to work with a company that is truly glad to see you walk into their door.

If you want a graphic designer to listen to what you want done go to Glitz and go they did an excellent job on my signage on my truck help me design the logo and the wording cant give him enough praise for the job they did at a very fair price
