Love it here, variety selections & friendly staffs.

Do not work for this location. Management is very unprofessional. They will cut your hours if they think you are not contributing to enough sales. They don’t care if you have a family to support. They will make you feel like you are not part of the team and set you up for failure.

I know this is a bit of a rant, but dont go here. Worst store ever, the person running this place needs replaced.This is the 3rd! Yes 3rd time Ive had a shipment go to the store and then not be able to find or receive it .Not only do they NOT call and let me know the order has arrived, they dont EVER answer the phone so I can confirm before driving all the way there.So NOW they get to have an unpleasant interaction with a customer whos been calling for a week after finding out the order really lhas been at the store for a month. (Ordered it April 14th).I was just in there TWO weeks ago, looking for the order and made a purchase as well.Everytime Ive been to this location there havent been ANY other customers in the store so I know they arent so busy they cant answer the phone!Between horrible customer service (or lack of) and the completely downgraded quality and design of the products, Im done.Lesson finally learned, one time ok, twice maybe, three times in a row? Seriously poorly operated and managed, not worth the money or my time.Will never shop there again, not that the loss of a single customer matters to them at all.

Stopped in with one of my daughters, whos autistic.. Felicia & Dani were extremely helpful, patient, & polite.. Love them.! My daughter is very particular about bottoms & we couldnt get her on board with their selection but, Felicia recommended another place that may have what she likes.. She really liked the tops Dani picked out for her so, we bought them.!

This store is so beautiful and welcoming! The staff are so friendly and genuine, and dont get me started on the clothes. They are so soft and luxurious! They are well made and very fashionable and yet still very affordable! The staff will go above and beyond to help you find a style that suits you 😁I bought this super cute top there and am in love!

I LOVE Maurices. Nicest employees, amazing customer and superb selection. When I walk in they know my name and are extremely helpful in helping me chose what to try on. Have been a loyal customer for a few years and have never been disappointed. Very welcoming to returns. Prices are high but its worth it.

Amazing outstanding friendly customer service

Absolutely AMAZING! The ladies here are so accommodating. I went in on a weekday evening and picked a bunch of stuff out. They set me up with a room and wrote my name on the cute little sign attached. I told them I had to come back after I picked my child up. Hours passed and it was almost closing time, I called and they told me they would save it for me. The next day when I arrived the gal who greeted me immediately knew my name, she led me to that same room which still had my name on the door. When I went in, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that they had gone above and beyond and created outfits out of the items I chose.

It was recommended to me by a co-worker of my husbands. The best clothes shopping experience of my life!

I usually shop Maurices online, and it has overall been a good experience. Recently purchased a variety of pieces and had a big order delivered to my house. I was happy with everything, as usual. There were 2 pieces I wanted to return. I decided to make the return in my local store. The first thing that I noticed about the store is all of the plus sized clothing is way in the back of the store, as if they were hiding the merchandise rather than promoting them. I was also shocked at how small the area in the back was, and there isnt much to choose from either. It bothers me that around 75 percent of the store caters to average size women, and plus size women are stuck in a small little corner behind everything else. I have spent alot of money at Maurices and consider myself a good customer and a frequent shopper. I think its horrible to walk in there and see all the cute clothes displayed only to be ushered into the back of the store where you then find out those items do not come in your size.Very disappointing.

Overly friendly, over priced and the clothes just fall apart even with delicate wear and hand washing. Not worth my money!
