Best experience ever picking out my first wig!!! The attendant that took chair of us was so sweet and knowledgeable about her wigs. Will be back for more :)

I love this place. Over the years I’ve resisted going into beauty supply stores like this because of terrible experiences with people following me and being rude. However, I stopped by this store several years ago when I was desperate for a product and I’ve been in love since then. The staff is very polite and helpful. When I’ve called to ask for the availability of a product they have been kind and helpful just as they are when I’ve visited the store. And they have everything! I travel from a nearby suburb just to go here.

THEY HAVE A GREAT VARITY AND BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME.

I love their customer service, always greeted with a beautiful welcoming smile. Great products, and if for some strange reason, an exclusive product is not there( cause it has to be to not be there)👉🏿 trust he will have it there when he says ( I know personally). Clean, stocked, Beautiful clothes, jewelry, hair products that I would have to buy on line ( in here), an essentials and did I say freaking amazing customer service. I just love there presents. Always puts a smile on my face. An by the way the products are NOT OVER PRICED. I’m in and out and my husky does not bark at me that much when I go in now 🤣🥳🥰 just watches. Love this place.Ps. They keep a great stock of perfumed oil🤫

Nice people & they listen to KLove on the radio. I dont feel they watch me well I shop. They have nice dresses & wigs, nice earrings cool stuff but they do not have a lot of braiding or twist hair. Please go check them out

Nice selection, excellent service and reasonable prices.Well, during my 2nd visit I am very sad to report that I was charged for a bottle of Johnsons baby lotion. It was a rainy Friday night, I had a long work week and I purchased 3 crotchet hair packages for $9.99 each. I thought the total of $35 was high, but I had my dogs in the car. When I arrived home and glanced at the receipt I saw the $2.49 charge for baby lotion and of course no baby lotion in the bag. I will just order my hair from Amazon. These beauty supply stores treat us like thieves, dont contribute to or respect our communities and now they are being dishonest. Its disheartening and Ill rather order from Amazon than support dishonest, irresponsible businesses.

The wig I get is beautiful such good prices very good service!!! Processed and shipped very quickly and I receive my wig fast as well great packing of the wig so every time I get one its just beautiful!!!! I order one at least every month or every other month!!! I never order from anywhere else!!!!!!

I needed to find a certain brand of hair for box braids. I came here and the woman at the counter took me right to what I needed. The prices were reasonable and she was friendly. They also had a nice variety of products and brands.

Friendly staff there and had everything I wanted. The only problem was I brought a hair bonnet and on the package it says exlarge I opened it up and my 4 year old can wear it!!!! thats how small it was🤦🏾‍♀️

Plays Christian radio. Free pack of wig caps with purchase of wigs. Employees dont harass you when trying on wigs. They dont charge for wig cap or limit the number of wigs you try on
