Today, I bought and took home a Bintelli electric bike. I had a great sales experience beginning with Leann and ending with Byron and Tony. Everyone was highly professional and very nice. Tony and Byron explained to me how to safely operate the bike and pointed out key features. I appreciated their expertise and their genuine concern that I am happy with my bike. I highly recommend Harley Davidson of Nassau County. I had such a pleasant shopping experience and know other shoppers will also have a positive experience.

I originally gave 1 star do to customer service but was contacted immediately by the general manager Byron and he apologized for everything and did not even ask for my service back but said that if I needed anything to give him a call even knowing I was going to a different dealer. I decided to give them another chance and he definitely made everything right. Himself, the owner, business manager, and Matt my sales guy went above and beyond to get everything corrected and I picked up a 2021 Road Glide Special. This happen and people get overly busy and things happen but it does speak volumes when a company and its employees go out of their way to correct an issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.Oh and I could not forget the ladies in the merchandise department are amazing and will get you looking right for your new bike!

I went in there today for help and advice on an old bike I just picked up. Thinking I may have been sold a clunker.Phil in the parts area gave me great advice on how to get parts for this 1981 sportster.The honesty and guidance of Phil brought a f’ing tear to my eye. You don’t find this kind this kind of customer service anywhere. What a great dude.Bike selection is amazing.

If you want to lose your entire riding season and be talked down to by employees for doing your own work, I strongly recommend this dealership’s service department. But if you want to use your bike, enjoy your summer and not deal with constantly following up with a service department that couldn’t care less about you, take your business elsewhere. This has been the worst dealership I have ever used.

Out of all the Harley-Davidson dealerships I went to, by far, this one had the best service. Even better than that, they beat the other dealership prices.Matthew helped me with my purchase, recommend asking for him if youre looking to purchase.

Andy in sales and Mike in finance are one of the greatest people to deal with. I went with my son to look at a new Heritage in May 2021. After dealing with Andy, he made us feel so comfortable and the hospitality was outstanding, my son bought it. Because of how we were treated, a month later I bought the Electra glide ultra limited from Andy, my first Harley. I have to say everyone there are nice people and Im glad we dealt with Andy. My experience with Nassau County Harley Davidson was second to none ! The entire staff was very courteous and professional. Our salesman Paul comported himself with professionalism and was respectful. The sales manager Mike was as transparent as possible and he took time to explain all the options that were available. He also was very patient with us during the purchase process. This was very welcomed when making such a large purchase. When the sale was complete, we expressed interest in having the Motorcycle delivered due to the inclement weather. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the following day Tommy from service shown up in front of our house at the designated time and offloaded the Motorcycle. He too was very courteous.This dealership is very friendly, welcoming and comfortable. They are extremely low pressure and will not make assumptions about your ability or desire to make a purchase.So don’t hesitate to stop in and check them out !

I live in Sayville less than 2 miles away from another H-D dealership ( HORRIBLE!!!!) I travel to Nassau HD which is way out of my way because Nassau HD knows how to treat a customer with respect - professionalism and quality - I’ve dealt with every single department in this dealership and have had nothing but amazing service - Guy and his parts consultants have never ordered my parts incorrectly or had me make multiple trips due to wrong or missing items - Ellen and all the woman in motor clothes have been beyond helpful and professional - always greeted with a smile - in service they sent a lift gate truck to pick up my CVO Street glide because it needed a new engine - Lou my consultant kept me updated and worked hard on my behalf to get the coverage approved and Tom the technician made sure my motorcycle was repaired as if it was his own- not a single scratch - chip - dent and not one bolt or part missing and returned to me immaculate - Thank you all for the great service you provide - I will never go anywhere else no matter how out of the way you are from my home

Philip Cappuzo was absolutely amazing. He helped us out with a kind of unique situation but his expertise on parts was beyond helpful. Now I can finally instal my rear fender correctly and get back to riding!

Incredibly dissatisfied with the service center here, employees are rude and the work always takes way longer than expected. Every time I call for an update I’m told someone will “call me back” which never happens. If you need service on your bike, go somewhere else. I will never use this dealership again.

We where recently in NY to attend a family wedding. Of course we needed to get t-shirts to add to our collection. The sale staff were very friendly and helpful. I also got some great deals on the t-shirts and a regular shirt which was 60% off. Plus the cashier gave us free key chains as well

Came from out of town over 200 miles away. Robert Kennedy was extremely helpful and courteous over the phone and answered all the questions i had in a timely manner. Mike in finance was able to answer all my questions regarding the esp and was extremely patient with all of my questions. when i arrived everyone was polite and professional. special thanks to the woman in apparel who helped me find everything i needed. overall it was a great experience and i would recommend nassau h-d to anyone looking for a smooth, simple buying experience.

Staff is the awesome! I had a clutch issue...called out to HD in Riverhead and was told it would be 1 month before they could look at my bike. Called HD in Oakdale, and was told to leave it on Tuesday and they would let me know when it will be done...within a week or two. I called Nassau Harley and they said to bring it down the next morning and give them a couple of hours. I dropped the bike off at 9 a.m. and was on my way to Jones Beach by 11 a.m. Nothing but top class service since coming to them a year ago.

Andy and Mike are top notch. Little process with my out of state purchase, but they made it work and took care of my entire family while we were there. Maintained great communication throughout the process. Had a slight issue with with a non mechanical part, was taken care immediately by Mike and Andy, and Louis was extremely helpful. They really go the extra mile. I was treated like family, and not just a sold bike, unlike many other HDs throughout the country. Thanks guys. I bought a used Street Glide in November and I spoke to Andy. We were able to come to a deal and I must say when I picked up the bike, it was like I bought a new one. I felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me. Im short and needed a kickstand extension and they had it in stock and put it on without any hassle whatsoever. Had to pick up a replacement seat I ordered and the parts guy was awesome. I ended up taking a different seat than what was ordered for me and it was no issue whatsoever.On the way out I thought Id look at a few shirts and picked one out, when I went to pay, found out it was buy one get o e half off, so I got another shirt. Girl behind the counter even gave me a few Keychains. If I could give 6 stars I would. I have to say they have earned my business moving forward, and I live 40 miles away, I have 2 dealers closer to me.

Great people, great place, great bikes and great prices. I went to a few local motorcycle dealers in my area and it was the same for all. They say hi and follow you around like I was dropping money. They dont leave you alone. When I walked into Harley Davidson of Nassau County, I expected the same but it wasnt. The second I walked in I felt like I walked into a family members house. I was asked once if I needed help and I said not yet thank you. They let me walk the store. When Maryjoe (my first dealer) was free, she asked me what I was looking for. I told her and she looked me up and down and said No! Not a chance in hell will I put you on that bike. She sized me up and showed me other bikes that fit my height. At that point she showed me that she wasnt there to push sales but to help me. Paul was there to close the deal and he made it simple. A day later, they delivered the bike. Called about something regarding a sensor On a 2014 883 and was told they couldn’t help me because “the mechanics “ do it. All I wanted to know is what needs to be removed to get to the sensor. Why he couldn’t let me speak to a mechanic or ask a mechanic makes me feel like they will make zero effort to assist a customer that has had all work done there thus far.

My son and I went to LOOK at a few bikes just to get a feel of what we wanted. Bobby was very helpful showing us what we needed. With in a few hours Eric, my son, was the proud owner of a new Sportster. Thanks Bobby!

Cant say enough good things about this dealership. Bought a beautiful 2002 Ultra Classic Firefighter Special a few years ago and have always received courteous and professional service from the entire staff. Recently drove the 80 or so miles there and back to have them check the cam chain tensioners (they were fine!) - bypassing several other HD dealerships that are a lot closer to where I live. This is in response to a reply from my previous post. Byron, why is it that I couldn’t be assisted yesterday? It was a simple question, and the service department wouldn’t assist.

Went in to get some shirts, the sales woman was very helpful and very nice .Did not know that I had to call before arriving so they could meet me at the door ... should update the information on the Google map so we know before getting there .

If I could give them a zero, I would. I could only speculate that my race, gender or maybe the fact that I came straight from the gym and didnt look like the type to spend money, was their excuse to not acknowledge my presence- as I was the only customer in the store. Not a soul said hello or offered any assistance as I was looking through their selection. To their defense, after a while of looking around, a guy who puts the bikes on the showroom floor was personable. But when he introduced me to the sales associate, the salesman couldnt be bothered to even introduce himself and offer assistance. Out of principle, I refused to entertain buying a bike from these people. Its a shame because they missed out on a cash in hand sale. I guess my money wasnt good enough. But Im glad to see that Im not the only one who experienced this type of customer service. I guess theyre business is booming.

Beautiful bikes a wide variety of accessories. However the pricing is way out of line. Im certain they would do a lot more business if they were a little more reasonable on the pricing. This goes triple for the service department. I love to take my bike to the dealership but theyve made it impossible.

Best dealer in new york!

I recently purchased a 2019 Road King Special from Paul. We sat down and discussed everything from A to Z. He was incredibly patient and helpful. He set me up for a test ride and from there I knew exactly what bike I wanted. Paul and the managers Byron and Mike were able to get me a fair price. I made the purchase on a Sunday, the bike had to be shipped to Bellmore then have a full stage 1 put on it. I had the bike by Thursday. Paul introduced me to practically everyone that works there. Guy in parts, Ellen in merchandise, the techs downstairs that assemble the bikes, I even met the owner Larry. They say when you purchase a Harley-Davidson it’s not just a motorcycle it’s a family, it really feels like a family. Everyone is cheerful and willing to take the time necessary to help you out. Paul followed up and called me the next day to ask about how the bike rides and we had a 20 minute conversation. An entire purchase starts with the relationship between the buyer and seller and the bottom line is that Paul went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was never pushy, always asking thoughtful questions to determine the right bike for what I want to do and took the time necessary to facilitate my decision making process. I highly recommend Harley-Davidson in Nassua and when you do choose to go there, head to my man Paul, I guarantee you’ll get the motorcycle you’re looking for at the best price on Long Island.

Walked in cash in hand. Not one sales person said hello or greeted me. They all just looked at me and I guess I don’t look like the spending money type cause no one even made eye contact. One white haired gentleman sitting at his desk completely ignored me when I said hello. If you own a business I recommend you take your employees here to teach them what not to do.

Arrived there with a friend on our current Harleys looking for some deals on newer models, but not one salesperson came to greet us or offer help. We walked around and browsed the showroom for about 10-12 min. Staff walked by us like we weren’t there. Lots of them were free too. We’ll try another location and hopefully we get a better experience.

Excellent customer service ! I was looking for particular items for my son as a gift. I called as their website recommended it due to limited stock. The person who answered was pleasant, transferred me to the parts department. Phil answered quickly, located the items I was seeking and advised me that he would hold them for me at the parts counter. Quick check out, great information.

Best Harley dealership I have found. The entire staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I cannot say enough about my salesman Paul, top shelf at his trade and I highly recommend him . The parts department has a thorough knowledge base of the bikes and is beyond willing to answer questions and offer advice.I had a particular request for my new bike and they knocked it out of the park, 100% perfect without one problem. That brings me to the service department. When you want something done to a brand new bike, of course you want it perfect. Well the mechanics( Tommy in particular worked on my bike and is a true tradesman) at this dealership will treat it as if it was a family members bike and complete the job with zero problems. When you are in the market for a new Harley, used Harley, parts or service drive past the others and pull into Nassau Harley and rest assured they will treat you right and help you out.
