If I could give this place no stars I would. Completely rude and disrespectful after an unsuccessful delivery. Nasty tone over the phone and extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend dealing with this, go somewhere else it’s worth it.

Unfortunately 0 was not an option. Im 58 and this is my first review ever. I felt compelled to write it to ensure no one ever does business with this place. The manager is the absolute worst customer service person in the history of customer service. He is rude and unprofessional. We were trying to order a sympathy basket but shortly thereafter cancelled the order. The good news is you can call the store in Massapequa Park and they are wonderful.
I literally just called to ask what time they close. And the guy over the phone was so nasty. This was all prior to reading the reviews. I’m like gosh is he having a bad day ? SMH people underestimate how important customer service is and it’s such a shame. I’m going to the westbury location instead.
Have a real issue with the way the owner talks to customers. Whatever is wrong with you is your problem. Treat customers better you loser. Read the reviews on Google. Youre better off hidden in the back preparing the baskets than speaking to anyone over he phone you pathetic piece of trash. 0 stars
An arrangement & box of chocolate covered strawberries were delivered to my home Mother’s Day morning!!!!!! What a surprise. The fruit was extremely fresh, (4 days later it’s still good today) and the chocolate covered strawberries were to die for. Highly recommend if you need a quick gift, apparently they deliver the same day ordered!
Cancelled a sympathy basket order because they claim they don’t do timed deliveries, yet had no deliveries scheduled for the day. Left a message that they cancelled an order without actually speaking to the person, even though cell phone was also provided. When family called advising waiting for the order, did nothing to make it right. Support local Bellmore business that refuses business? You didn’t do the right thing here.
Chocolates were amazing but if they are going to give you left over flowera might as well say they dont have any more not over charge for only the stem && on top was being given the wrong item good thing i told my sister to double check honestly i didnt check the reviwes would have known shouldve droven further to get what i needed 🙁

I called to inquiry about an item and the supposedly MANAGER was the most rude and unprofessional person! why would they have someone like that work in a customer friendly place!!! If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Manager @Fred or whatever his real name is, since he wants to be called fred HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. He does not need to be working there if he can’t fulfill good customer service. Maybe a senior home playing bingo would be better for his fat rude self. Managers customer service is terrible. He was very rude on the phone! Didn’t have a good experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any location besides this one.
Was spoke to and treated disgustingly by the manager. When i snipped back finally after being spoken to like a POS for 5 minutes, he responded with you know what, ill just cancel and refund your order and thats it. and he hung up. I called corporate to file a complaint and they were so apologetic and reassuring that this is not how they do business. I will post about my experience on every LI review Facebook page.This was all because the delivery driver, or the manager, whoever tried to deliver, didnt knock on the door and instead of leaving the arrangement by the door like i requested (and another delivery was left there from edible arrangements (different location) just shortly before.Oh and also continued to question whether it was really for my wifes birthday, like it would be so hard to believe that i have a wife instead of a husbands.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Beautiful arrangements! Very fresh fruit! Wonderful gifts! Brought a platter to my Aunts home and she loved it so much she wants another! I highly recommend this store!
Such a nasty attitude given to me over the phone when I called up to ask a question, just disappointing thats the service given when your paying $100 dollars for fruit. I went to Hicksville instead and had such a better experience!
Picked up my order on Friday, it was fresh and delicious!! The girl that took my order on the phone was great from start to finish!! Been going there for years and always great quality on all my orders! Highly recommend them!

I called to try and place an order to pick up from work since Im down the street from them and just had the worst customer service. I get that you might be busy but all I was trying to do is get some help and the guy just had the worst attitude and was just extremely rude with me on the phone.I know never to call this store again, I just takes one person to reflect the whole business.
They make beautiful arrangements of artfully sculpted fruit nestled in baskets, vases etc. I love consumable gifts. Sad but true...this is the best sympathy gift idea (IMO).

And I’m sending a get well gift tells me kitchen is closed... but Hicksville can make my simple SIMPLE $30 order in 5 minutes for me.. mumbling on the phone when telling me what they have and can’t evrn confirm they are the closest to east meadow...Garbage attitude & not what I needed to deal with at this upsetting time.
