This review addresses my experience on two (2) occasions:THE FIRST VISIT ONE MONTH AGO:The Penske Truck Rental that is part of this establishment is a rip off.I wanted to rent a truck for $64.00 for just one day EXCEPT since there is a Coronavirus they were force placing insurance on top of that as a precaution!?! I could not get over it, besides being a storage customer and even though I carried liability insurance related to my car insurance. (The price increase went up to $115.00) So I went to Penske in Deptford and got it for $64.00 instead.THE SECOND VISIT WAS TODAY, I was quoted approx $79.00, (I told them I already have insurance) they took my credit card information over the phone and when I got there they now were going to disclose to me, that they wanted to put a hold on my account of additional $150.00. So now I was going to be charged $229.00 on my card.So I went to UHaul in Collingswood, gave them $100.oo deposit only, returned the vehicle and my total costs was only $41.00.

Excellent customer service coupled with very well-maintained equipment and a network of service facilities Nationwide make Penske the go-to choice for all of your truck rental needs. We have been renting from Penske for years now and have been thoroughly impressed.

Asked about a tow dolly to move my car they said only way to get a tow dolly is if Im going one way and I also need to rent one of their trucks...... first and last time I ever call this company.

Truck was not running right in Michigan. It was a Sunday nothing open. Had to return the truck to dealership in Flint then fly home. Never heard from Penske no credit given.

I work there, nice people, and MB can solve any problems, find any truck....
