6 STARS IF I COULD! Thrilled by the job Barton’s did for me! Our material had a production date of about a month. Kevin, our salesperson, did a great job communicating with us throughout the whole process. Once our hardwood arrived, they delivered for acclimation and a few days later installed the product. Palo and his crew were all-stars and the job is absolutely stunning. I feel like I’m in a new home!! Love it. Will be back soon for the bedrooms!

Scheduled estimates 3 times. No one showed up the first 2 times. The 3rd time, the owner showed up. He came with only a few samples of laminate and carpet, which is not what I requested. I specifically asked for hard wood samples. Either way, the owner measured and gave me an outlandishly high estimate for the laminate portion of the job. I did agree to have them do the carpet. That was until this man stood in my home and said to me ... NONE OF MY GUYS WANTED TO WASTE THEIR TIME DRIVING OUT HERE BECAUSE THEY FIGURED YOU WOULDNT HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE JOB. With a smile on his face like this was a pleasant conversation. This company has done multiple jobs for me prior, in my home and my rental property. Never again. DISGUSTING. Ill be going with a different company who did not think it was acceptable to disrespect me in my own home and isnt trying to overcharge.

The friendliness of Matt, really made me feel comfortable. They try to accommodate with your schedule to install. The job was beautifully done. I love it. JOANNE EVEN CALLED TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS Done OK installers did a good job I highly recommend BARTONS thank you and soon on to the next project

I purchased flooring from them over 6500.00 in June told me would be ready by July. That never happened since it was on back order. Did I get a call to let me know….nope not one call. Their customer service is the worst I have encountered. Called to tell barton carpets I was unhappy but he just assumed I wanted a refund and was very ignorant. He hung up on me. Beware of this business it has horrible service with no call backs to update any of your order. Will never buy again from them. Read the reviews before shopping there.

Would of loved to get carpeting for my large living room but unfortunately the guy kept changing times told me that he had to reschedule because he was at the other end of the block waiting the next day and he changed the times again

Bought carpet and LVP. I had Barton install the carpet, and a friend install the LVP. The prices were fair and the girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful. Jerry was also really helpful with the items I needed for the LVP I ordered. I called Jerry multiple times and he was always helpful and delivered the items I forgot to order when the LVP was installed. The carpet installers were clean, quick and friendly to talk to. I wish I new the names of the girl who answered, and the older couple who installed my carpet. Thank you guys!

My husband and I went to look at remnants for our bedroom. We found one that we really liked and it was a great price. We went to go get the sales clerk. Apparently it was mismarked but they honored the price that it was marked.

Have wide selection of luxury vinyl plank samples but not all colors in a manufacturers collection. Basically try to find something that interests you and regardless if they have the sample there or not. The actual product is ordered and installed by a contractor. So your paying extra for doing what you would be doing without them anyway. Pay exactly 3 times more to them than what you can pay installer direct for. Plus 3 times of what the planks cost. So a 1200 dollar vinyl plank living room installed costs 3600 going through them. I ordered samples at same time as them and had mine weeks before they did. A year and half after paid cash and installed. Still not a call to ask if I like what they did or if I had issues or if they want to do the 2 other rooms I need done.

I have waited three years to post this review, I am not one to leave bad reviews - I hate it. My carpet and hardwood (the pieces you put together not actual hardwood) looks T E R R I B L E. I had my entire house remodeled and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that the floors are only three years old. . I came into Barton - mind you I look a lot younger than I am (that was mentioned by multiple staff members as well) and I just purchased a house. I had a budget but I informed them I have room to wiggle - I would rather pay a little more now and have the work last than have to pay over double to have it re done. I came in there specifically needing the hardwood like flooring for my living room - which I would have installed on my own and carpeting which I needed them to install . I specifically told them regarding the hardwood - I have a baby, she was only one at the time - but I knew she’d be running around soon enough and I have a dog.. I needed scratch resistant flooring that resembled hardwood. They directed me to a few choices and I picked one that wasn’t exactly cheap and decided it would be worth the money. Now, I am not ignorant I knew it wouldn’t be 100% scratch proof - everything has something that can ruin it but I was NOT expecting it to be this bad. I have gates surrounding my living room, my dog is mostly on the tiles and the carpeting. My daughter does not have bikes or hot wheels inside, there were not any pieces of furniture dragged across the floor, I made sure to take care of it like I was told. My floor looks like it’s used as a skating rink on the daily. I tried my best to take pictures but it’s hard to get the full picture with such dark flooring but I did my best to take pics of the scratches that are actually DEEP. You can not run ANYTHING along this floor, the scuffs although not deep are not washable and then as mentioned the scratches that are actually deep are irreparable. Now the carpet - the only reason I gave this two stars is because the man I worked with was exceptionally nice and helpful with as much as he could but that’s about it. About a year in I contacted them and informed them the carpet is bunching, someone came out with this “tool” with nails and “pulled” the carpet... that lasted a few months. And then it got worse. The carpet is lifting around all of the edges, the strips on the ground aren’t close enough to the walls. There’s all types of little pieces just coming up in the stairs. It’s bunched in every door way and then just randomly throughout. I am just so upset over how it looks. You would never know I had the floors redone if you looked at it now. The carpets look like that of houses that have not been taken care of for YEARS. I hate hate hate leaving reviews like this, but I wish I had seen one like this. I don’t know if it’s just luck of the draw, if it’s that I was just played because I was a younger pretty girl with money, or if it’s just - I don’t even know. I tried my best with the pictures but since the color scheme is dark it’s hard to get good shots of the bad areas.

One of the only place in the area to find remnants along with quality rolled carpet to chose from. Ordering 2 bedroom, price with install is very reasonable.

Where do you find what you are looking for? The only bad thing is the Boy who works in the Garage is very unfriendly and speaks to you in a bad way, now the owner or manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Recently replaced a bathroom pump and we discovered a screw fallen inside the pit. Later on when we reset the toilet, we realized one of the screws were broken off and fell into the discharge pipe. They failed to reset the toilet back properly when they installed vinyl flooring.This explained why Ive notice watee seepage.Becareful of their workers as unfortunately in my situation, whoever did the work, took a short cut.

Jerry was great with helping me find a carpet!Antonio was a great installer and answered all my questions.They even called to check in when the installers were here.When we get into a new house we’re coming back :)

DO NOT GO HERE. Purchased roughly $5000 in 860 sq ft of engineered hardwood floors --absolutely one of the worst purchases we have ever made. Everything that touches these floors ruins them, they scratched when I dropped an empty plastic cup, my car keys, cell phone, etc. A light breeze ruins these floors. Owner, John, indicated via phone call he would get me money back and offered me $400. I had paid almost $8000 with install.

Wide selection of materials, but the service is questionable. I was given a verbal estimate over the phone for material and installation. Not to mention it took several phone calls on my behalf to initiate the follow up. I asked for a written estimate weeks ago and never received it.

Got a very small vinyl floor remnant and they were still very helpful and very friendly, price was great too. Jerry is awesome

I had carpets installed in November of 2017 and the carpets are fine but the installation was not good! The thresholds from my wooden hallway to the rooms are all cracked because they didn’t install the carpet properly under the threshold leaving it hallow. I thought it was the wood so I called the company that installed the wood floors before and they said rug that was previously there was properly installed under the threshold and when it was replaced they only butted up the the threshold leaving empty space and that’s why they all cracked.

Wish I could give less than one star. Not responsive at all! Sales rep John Foyle is not consistent. They overcharged me several times. They have also billed me for installs I never had done!!!! Done with this place really wish I could find another company close by.

They showed up the same day and installed it for me. I called in the morning and it was done that day. Very impressed.

Went to Barton carpets after being disappointed in a few other shops, everyone there were very professional and they listen to what we needed and pointed out a few things, then they backed off and let us decide. We ordered a few jobs, the first of which was done last week and the second was completed today. Both installation were done very nicely and the installers did a great job. I would recommend Barton Carpets to anyone in the market.

I had my flooring and carpet installed it was professionally installed. My complaint was that the carpets did not look like the carpet I picked out and the padding was uneven . My phone calls were ignored repeatedly promising to get me a resolutionI, until I stopped calling. Seems like they were waiting for me to go away because they were paid in full.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff is excellent and they have a ton of stock. I totally recommend them.

Everyone seemed nice, picked two sample products-John came out to measure two days later then......nothing. Ive followed up twice and gotten no response. Small projects need not apply I guess.

We had a vinyl floor installed over a year ago and have had nothing but issues. The owner sent a guy out to fix it twice but the problem persists. The floor was not installed right from the get go. In fact, they initially brought the wrong flooring which I would assume was an office issue but the installation of this vinyl floor is bad. The floor itself was laid crooked. The corners were not cut out properly and there are little gashes in the floor and every time the weather fluctuates there is a new bubble. There was a point they mentioned reinstalling the floor, which I dont know if they would have done or not but we had already installed the trim over it and painted so you are talking a lot of work which could end with the same issue. In the future we will not have any flooring that isnt carpet installed. We have had carpet installed from them which is fine.

Just had our Hardwood floors installed from Bartons flooring and very satisfied from start to finish. Excellent workmanship very meticulous planning and attention to detail of my individual taste. Living room, dinning room staircase looks like a new home.Thank You, Anthony P. Mozzo
