Tony was so wonderful to work with. He spent a lot of time trying to help me find the right pieces. He was so helpful getting things delivered quickly (when every other store is back ordered). I highly recommend this place!

Horrible place will never spend my money there again too much to even list. If you want to wait 6 months for your furniture that you spend $2400 on and be lied to every time you call on this is your place to go. I’ll pay triple the cost next time somewhere else just to not have to deal with these people again.

The staff is friendly. The prices are right. And the furniture is quality. And other than the unusually long wait to have the furniture delivered (which the staff kindly lets you know when you purchase) I have no complaints.

I meant to write this a while ago: I came in to browse and to my surprise I found an amazing deal for a sofa/loveseat set. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Although I had to wait a few months for my order, it was worth the wait. I got exactly what I ordered with no damages and it was delivered in a timely manner. Do not purchase anything! Once you get your Merchandise they are through with you if your merchandise becomes defective within three months of having it they’ll string you along for five months and make you call them once a week to find out about a replacement item after five months I was just told today they’re not going to replace the defective item so I wasted five months of once a week calling them they’ll take your money give you your product but they are through with you where tear defective items they don’t care do not do not shop with them they are liars and ignorant they lied to me for five months tell me my chairs would be replaced

I went to get some furniture & I had the whole family with me. I have 2 autistic boys. They were very helpful & patient when my son was uncontrollable. He helped us find the furniture that best fit our needs & was very polite & accommodating. And we got a great deal.

I just purchased a real wood full bedroom set for a very good deal from this place (Bellmawr location). Not only am I 100 % satisfied with this purchase and quality of the set, I am even more happier with the excellent, top of the notch customer service I was provided. Ivan, the salesman is a genuine guy that worked really hard with me to pick out my bedroom set. He was very patient, very accommodating, and very attentive in making sure that I was going to purchase a quality set at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, and Ivan as well. Tony was a delight to deal with. I was out all day looking for a living room set for my new house, with no luck. Tony helped me pick out a nice set with a big, comfortable reclining chair for an incredibly reasonable price, and had it delivered within days. Would definitely recommend.

I will never give this place my money ever again.I had stopped in to get a coffee table for my apartment and they just directed me to a kiosk that I chose my coffee table from. They told me they would call me when the table was ready for pick up.A few days later, they called me saying that the table was ready for pickup and so me and my girlfriend went to pick it up. After arriving at the store they asked me for my receipt, which they never instructed me to bring or have at the time of pickup. I told them I did not have it and the man at the front desk had the nerve to not only say Well how do I know that you are you. but also Oh you are the guy that ordered the coffee table in the same breath. He also had the nerve to try and get my girlfriend to try and agree with him even though he was incorrect in the situation.After a few minutes, they told me I had to drive a few minutes to a warehouse to pick up my coffee table. A WAREHOUSE! My coffee table they said was ready for pickup was at a warehouse that WAS NOT EVEN PUT TOGETHER YET. I was lucky to have someone there to put it together, but Modern Furniture Outlet is one of the worst furniture stores I gave money to and you should steer clear from them.

We had a very positive experience buying our furniture from Modern Furniture Outlet. We met and worked with Ivan to select a kitchen set and living room pieces. He was professional and knowledgeable about the type of furniture we were interested in and he presented us with several good options all at very reasonable prices. After making our selections Ivan keep us informed of our order status and set up potential delivery dates that worked best with our schedules. The furniture was delivered when promised and was pre-inspected at the store to insure everything was fine. The delivery team was courteous and did an excellent job of setting up the furniture. We worked with Ivan, a very polite salesperson. Ivan explained the product quality of the selections we made. He also discussed various payment plans that are offered. The items we selected were made available for delivery within the week. This was at least the third time in six years that we chose Modern as our go-to store for furniture purchases. The delivery guys were also polite, timely and most of all accommodating.

Mike and Nisha were extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted and at a great price. Best customer service we have experienced in awhile. Much better than the big box stores. Would have no reservations in recommending them for your furniture needs.

I ordered furniture from the Bellmawr store back in July and it’s December 2020 and I still haven’t gotten my furniture. Every time I call I get excuse after excuse. Maybe my review will change once I get my furniture. Until there only getting one star. :-(

We received our furniture and we are very happy with it. The store had a lot to choose from and more online. The furniture arrived a week after it was ordered. The delivery was free and on time. The Sofa and Loveseat are so nice and are very comfortable. I will be returning for my next furniture purchase.

At my Father’s request and insistence, I went to Modern Furniture with him to help get him a new living room. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much. Ivan helped us through the entire process and he couldn’t have been more professional and helpful (even though I was quite skeptical). It was clear he was an honest guy who cared about his customers. He gave an approximate delivery date and was on point. He made it a great experience.Delivery day was just as pleasant. A mover named Brandon gets off the truck and shakes my hand and introduces himself. He and his Team were incredibly nice and even listened to a couple of my Father’s stories that probably property boring but they stayed with it.I personally shop at Ethan Allen or Arhaus typically. Unfortunately their professionalism or courtesy even remotely compares to Ivan or Brandon. I was truly impressed at what a great experience they made it.

Ivan was nice, gave us great service, and was clear and concise, but the only thing that sucked was that we waited an entire month for our furniture, so expect a wait if you ordered something coming from Ashley furniture, or pay a little extra and just go to Ashley furniture. We were supposed to host Christmas and we couldn’t get a set delivery date until I called the company I purchased my furniture through that I wasn’t going to pay for something I don’t have. Suddenly we receive our date (after Christmas!) and we love the couch. Delivery team was quick and although my long wait gave me a negative experience, I would still purchase through Ivan and MFO

Always a great experience at Modern Furniture! Ivan is very helpful, found a server to match a kitchen table I purchased. When the table leaf was broken on delivery, they had a technician out to try to fix the next day. When it couldnt be repaired a new table was ordered and came in within days. Highly recommend.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Spend your money elsewhere! This establishment has made furniture shopping for my home horrible! First the furniture didn’t come at the time I was told it would then when I called I got told I must have been mistaken! I ended up waiting over a week for it! Finally the furniture arrived but didn’t fit in the space provided after I had the measurements and told the salesman Ivan it wouldn’t even though he assured me it would! You can’t get your money back (which was never mentioned or on any paper work I signed.. it’s on back of the receipt!) After asking why something as such wasn’t mentioned to buyers he says I can get only half my money back or get something different! He goes to pick out this other sofa set (which I didn’t like but had no other choice) and tells me it’s more expensive so he’s “going to eat the difference”. The new sofa finally arrives and it’s missing an arm, looks cheaper than the original couch I picked out and turns out other places are selling that same sofa set for $200 cheaper than what I paid!! Ivan knew that, And instead tried to make it seem like he was giving me a good deal which he actually upcharged me!! This business is shady!! Go elsewhere!

Our salesperson, Ivan, was very patient and very attentive. My husband hates furniture shopping and actually enjoyed this trip. We found a nice sectional, coffee table, and ends tables. We opted to have it all delivered vs. picking it up. Ivan ensured we were able to get our furniture in less than a week and we received it in 6 days! Every other place we looked at, we had to wait several weeks to have it delivered. The delivery guys were very professional, friendly, and efficient. This is by far the best furniture buying experience I have ever had!

I browsed the store, inquired about a bedroom set and its price. To lock the price I put down $50.00, this does not order the furniture or put it in lay away. I returned to ask for my money back as I found a used set I can afford. I was told I cant get my money but get something in the store. There was nothing lost but them using paper to write down a quote. Learned my lesson on not being told of rip off scheme. Read instead of signing.

All of the furniture in my home is furnished by Modern Furniture. I have a 3 year old son who is as rough as it comes and the furniture has withstood him climbing, jumping and playing on it! Customer service is exceptional even down to the delivery. They dont just drop off your items without care to your walls or doors, they are very professional. They measure your space before bringing your furniture in to ensure your items will fit, cover your floors so that they dont track your floors/carpet and they take their time to ensure your furniture is installed PROPERLY. I am a very pleased customer!

I shopped on line for high end sofa tables and end tables and a kitchen set. I found Modern Furniture had just what I was looking for and they beat all of the competitors on price. I saved over $400.00. The delivery was flawless, Brandon, Jay and Fabion had my furniture set up and in place in a matter of a half hour. Hi, I had bought bar stools few weeks ago just looking at the furniture booklet and after delivery I saw the quality of those stools is that good. I dont think these stools will survive even for 1 year. They should improve the quality of product.

I purchased a dinette set and a sofa,love seat and ottoman from Ivan. I took a leap of faith and ordered my sofa set and ottoman without actually seeing it in person, only revieved the catalog picture. The sofas were not in stock but only took less than a week to come in. The delivery and assembly was quick and they were not only on time but a bit early which was a relief to not have to sit around for three hours on a Sat. waiting for a drop off. The delivery guys left minimum mess (which I appreciated) and were done in no time. Only gripe is that I wish the trash from the furniture encasement could be collected and disposed of as well,but at least he wrapped it neatly which made it fairly easily to take out on trash day . Overall good experience . No review on quality and wear endurance as its still fairly new and unused, as of now the furniture is aesthetically pleasing !

Writing this review for my mother: She recently moved and had to start over with all new furniture. She called me everyday for a week straight talking about how helpful Ivan was. She said that he was very accommodating and not pushy. She went to all of the furniture places in the area and ended up getting everything (a total bedroom set, mattress, box spring and all, as well as her sofa, loveseat, tables and even lamps) from here.She said its quality furniture with reasonable prices. A friend of mine recommended me to this furniture place and said they were very reasonable and would work with me. I stopped and was blown away by how nice and helpful the staff was. I had a great experience. I mean i ordered the furniture unseen from the internet and at such low prices didnt know what to expect. I am pleased with the furniture and am happy with the service. I thought the furniture was great in person. I called the store and worked with Ivan. The delivery guys were wonderful. They were polite, careful and did a wonderful and fairly quick job. Over all i think it was a great experience. The delivery charge was a little steep since a lot of places local offer free delivery, however all and all i cant beat the price even with delivery and everyone i worked with was wonderful. I havent actually used the bedroom set yet so i will follow up once i make use with quality.

Reasonable price for dinette set. My only issue is that they said it would be delivered within 5 days, and you took over 2 weeks. I had to call to check the status, and I felt as though they should have contacted me to let me know that there was going to be a delay.
