Eased edge looks horrible!!!!I reached out to company and waiting on a response. If issue is corrected i will adjust review. Here are some of the issues - edge of counter is wavy, back of sink edge has a bump out, sink shape has no symmetry, eased edge of sink hole varies around perimeter, there are chips at edges of counter meeting wall, no clear silicone at undermount sink. The silicone may not be something that is normally done but everything else is not acceptable.*UpdateThey came back to do everything they could to repair or fix the issue. They let go of the person who cut it wrong and came by and spent hoursto adjust it. Also offered to come back to do anything else that may help the situation if i still didnt like how it was Plus came back down the road and added a free splash to the back and return walls. Overall happy.

East Coast Marble and Granite has the best customer service of any vendor I have worked with. Their service is exceptional. Additionally, and as important, their products are of superb quality and their prices can’t be beat. Taylor and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. So far, I have purchased a large granite kitchen counter for my investment property and a quartz vanity top for my master bath in my home. I will use them for all of my stone work needs and I highly recommend!

I stopped in to get pricing for granite countertop on Friday 4/23 at approximately 2:00pm. The salesperson, Taylor, was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. She took my measurements and quoted a price which seemed high to me but I came to find out it was in oline with most others I received. I was going to order from them but needed to confirm my new kitchen cabinets install date. Taylor told me she would forward a picture of the piece of granite I selected the next day, Saturday, or Monday 4/26 at the latest. When Wednesday 4/28 came I called her and was told by her she would do it later that day. I also inquired about getting a smaller sink than what she had proposed and she told me she would have to check with her sink supplier and get back to me. Its now 3 weeks later and still no pic of the granite or answer on the sink. I just couldnt in good conscience order from a company who drops the ball so effortlessly with getting back with answers to questions. I would be concerned that they would drop the ball on meeting fabrication and delivery dates.

My company has used East Coast Granite for years. I have never had a problem. Any questions I have are answered immediately. The selection, quality and service cannot be beat. I highly recommend them.

When I visited the showroom I was treated with respectful and they took an interest in my needs. Additionally, between Taylor and Betsey they took the time out to educate me about their products and services. Now, we all know granite countertops are not a need it’s a want. It’s a major purchase that doesn’t come cheap. However, the team at ECMG was able to work within my budget to satisfy my needs. From the point of sale to the final installation it was flawless. The installation crew showed up on time and was professional and courteous. They cleaned up behind themselves and treated my house like it was their very own. We had such a great experience with East Coast Marble and Granite. We walked into the building on a Saturday afternoon picked out a few Granite counter tops we liked. Called that Monday to set a appointment up for them to come out and measure. The following week we had a beautiful new counter top. The installers were very professional and nice. Their selection and pricing cant be beat and I shopped around. The did an amazing job. Their workers are courteous and professional. I recommend them without hesitation.

They did a nice job. The only issue bother me was instead of cutting trim they cut the marble. That made no sense. I wasn’t there when they installed. I would use again but only if I’m there after that mistake.

The bad review is fake news. This business has been nothing but helpful & accurate through the couple times we have used them. Would recommend them to anyone!

Had them come out to do my kitchen, and they messed up the dimensions on my island. when i called Betsy to fix the problem she yelled at me and said it was my fault.... i payed you over 3k to give the dimensions i asked for, and you didnt!! after make hours of arguing they decided to give me $600 back, a new counter top costs $1,200. so they ripped me off for $600 on top of messing everything up. dont waste your time or money here!!
