This was the single best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop, and Ive been to a bunch. Tom is the man! He was extremely kind, professional, and more than fair.. I needed a new bumper for my Dodge Ram and he helped me to order one online correctly. Once I dropped the new bumper off to him, he took the old one off and installed and painted the new one in less than 2 days. The work was great.. you cannot tell this bumper was replaced! The price was extremely affordable.. I can now say I will not look anywhere else for auto body needs on the future. Thank you Tom and the rest of J&S!!

This auto body has had my suv for 7 weeks now.. i was told it would be done 2 weeks ago.. then a new date of 1/19/2018 was uploaded via claims. now we just stopped in and they havent even touched the vehicle. They dont even have the part yet? how is this acceptable? I was told that they did not have an employee to work on it two weeks ago. This is the most unprofessional treatment ever!!! it is a new roof was not involved in a MVA or massively damaged A NEW ROOF!! I feel like this has become a hostage situation. I am making car payments on a car that I can not even drive. They cannot even give me an estimate on the repair completion. Never in my 43 years have I experiences such unprofessional behavior.
