I went to WWS in hopes of getting my snowboarding boots boa system fixed. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my boots within a few hours. I highly recommend this shop for all of your snowboarding needs.

This is a f*ing rad local shop. The staff is super knowledgeable, easy going, and kind. I am an old head snowboarder and Sydney did such a great job educating me on all the new equipment helping me find the perfect new board for how I like to ride. Unless you wanna be stuck with broken equipment for weeks because they wont exchange gear damage or failure under warranty, dont buy snow stuff here if it fails youre screwed for like 2 weeks and they give no other options, this store is useless its like buying black market equipment, the retailer holds literally no responsibility for any items they sell NONE
