I could not have asked for a better experience in renting an instrument. The employees were kind, knowledgeable and very thorough. Having had experience with several music stores in the past, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. I had a lot of beginner questions for a child that was about to start band for the first time and they answered all my questions, they made me feel that I was in good hands. Highly recommend coming here for your musical needs.

The most knowledgeable group of people in the business. Awesome selection of instruments and equipment. Ive had two overhauls done on a professional clarinet and saxophone, and its some of the best work Ive ever had done on my instruments.

I highly recommend this shop. First, they do good work, for very reasonable prices, on a variety of instruments. Second, it doesnt matter if you are a rank beginner with an entry level instrument (to put it kindly) or a highly accomplished musician, the staff is friendly and helpful. Theres a good, work-a-day vibe here, where every musician, of every ilk, is welcome and treated as a valuable customer.

Went in looking for some reeds and was shocked by the massive selection and GREAT prices. Even impulse bought some new reeds i couldn’t find at shops down south!

Took my clarinet in for a crack that had formed in the upper joint while I was on a band trip. These folks were able to get it done in one afternoon and give some suggestions for further maintenance. Good service and friendly faces inside.

Brought a flute in for consignment and was told we would receive a call letting us know what needed to be repaired and how much it would be consigned for. Waited over a week so we ended up calling them. Person who answered didnt work on our flute, so we had to call back twice. Finally got ahold of someone and they told us what repairs it needed but that they wouldnt do them or consign for us. Displeased with what was promised to be an easy process and disappointed they wont consign it after verbal agreement that they would.

Great place all around! Twice now they have fixed up valves on French horns of mine, they have amazingly skilled workers.

Went in for a simple cork replacement and it took 3 weeks. Too much time wasted on going in and checking. And at one point lost my whole instrument when it was getting re calibrated

Dropped of a bass for a refret and setup plus some minor repairs. They had the bass from me for three months and despite me making contact on five occasions to check in on the progress the bass was never done. I picked it up yesterday so I can take it to a different shop. I received a bill for a bit over $60 for a “crowning” and basic set up despite specifically asking for a full refret. The frets are still noticeably flat on top and still need to be replaced. I would like to point out that on every step the staff was very nice and courteous but three months and $60 for work that I didn’t ask for is a bit ridiculous. I’d save your time and money and take fretted instruments elswhere.
