My daughter and I stopped in after a few annoying Facebook messages by me. The owner was very quick to answer questions and after sitting on a few, we found the perfect short person sectional. AND it has lights!!! Excited for delivery and set up.

I called to ask about getting a queen size comfortable mattress. They had a lot of options for us. We were trying to get our house ready for a new Air BnB we are creating. They said we could have the mattress delivered the day of ordering it. It was delivered a matter of 3 hours from purchasing it. We live about 1 1/2 hours from the store, so I would say that is some kind of service. They are a great team, (husband and wife). We will be calling them when we upgrade some of our other beds. Awesome sums up our experience.

We searched all over town looking for a mattress. To say it was exhausting is an understatement. We came across Karly and Taylor of Box Drop. They are definitely a breath of fresh air! Karly and Taylor were very helpful in helping me choose a bed for my daughter. We got a twin 8 inch gel and it has worked fantastic. My older kids try to sleep in her bed because they like how comfortable it is. Thank you guys we will definitely be back for more.

We havent even had the bed for a year and its hurting our back. You can feel even the slightest movement from the other person. It also sinks in,in the middle. They even blocked us for writing this review on FB. The warranty that comes with it expires if the mattress has a stain. Anyone know of a bed with out a stain? Do not recommend

At first, the location feels like, “where am I?” Because it’s in a shared warehouse building and not super obvious on parking. But seriously. Once you walk in there is nowhere better to go. Amazing prices. Amazing people. Amazing service. I would 100% recommend this for anyone buying a new mattress. They also have reasonably priced mattress protectors and adjustable bed frames. My wife and I will def. come back if ever we need a new mattress again!

Had a great experience here. We were able to find the ideal mattress and accessories here. They were so helpful explaining all the different options. We loved having such a big selection of mattresses to choose from. We came here specifically to buy a mattress so their setup was perfect for a quick shopping experience. It felt like we could take as long as we wanted to try out the different mattresses and they answered every question we had about them.If I was just shopping for one and not intended to buy it today, it felt like here I can take my time and understand my options.
