They have the best stuff, and they will wrap your gifts for $2!
This is my favorite place to shop when Im visiting Bellingham. I have to come by at Least twice while on vacations. Ive been coming in 5here for years and do my Christmas shopping and unique gifts for friends.
Between Paper Dreams and Village Books you can find any gift or card for all your needs. A gem of a local owned business. A must stop at during the holiday season.
I felt very safe shopping here. They have such unique things. I love this place!
Had fun walking around to see all the offerings and was nice to have the stores linked. Was very displeased with the customer service I received when purchasing. I purchased a few cards and a fairly expensive mug. The person that rang it up told me to have a nice day and left everything on the counter. I had to ask for a bag...so she gave me a paper card bag and was just going to put the mug in with the cards unprotected. Had to ask for it to be wrapped in tissue. She wrapped one piece of tissue around the mug and and stuck it all together in the card bag. Not awesome on a rainy day to walk around with. Definitely left something to be desired after spending $40 there. Buyer beware.
Bellinghams best location for rainy-day browsing, greeting and holiday cards. While the kitchen, bath, jewellery and other novelty items are priced rather high, its fun to wander about and a great place to take children and out-of-town guests alike. The shop is connected with Village Books and items from both can be purchased at either stores counter.
What an amazing place! Its sort of like combining a library and decoration and sweet shops all into one place... with a great result! Definitely worth a stop for passer-bys or even first-timers in Bellingham/Fairhaven.
Great place to buy gifts or decor items and they always have seasonally themed items. Also have greeting cards, wrap, kitchen items, novelty items, scarves, personal care, socks, stationary and journals, jewelry....and candy. And, oh -- the fudge! This is one of my go-to places for gifts. Or just to pick up something fun for myself. Friendly, helpful staff. Paper Dreams is owned by and adjacent to (open to) Village Books and you can pay for things from either store on either side.
Incredibly well decorated gift shop. Its easy to spend over an hour here just looking at things. The prices are a bit too steep though.
A place to find quirky gifts and cute things for your home. They also have a selection of unique candies and great chocolate.
Lots of gift items, some clothing, candy/fudge counter, employees were very helpful.
My favorite place to buy thoughtful gifts :)
Bellinghams best card and novelty shop.
Awesome place!
My mother and I went into the store this evening and were yelled By Laura for not wearing masks!! We both are fully vaccinationated and disabled requiring us not to have to wear masks due to health concerns Asthma and Heart issues. We both have exemptions and cards stating so. And when we both informed her we didnt have to due to those concerns, she yelled/berated us in front of the whole store, other customers/employees heard Laura due this, which is very embarrassing. We will not be going back unless we get an apology from the Owner, Manager, and Laura!! How frickin rude to do to someone that is DISABLED and we even quoted the law and ADA!!!!
