Great central downtown Bellingham location. Located on the street level of the Historic Hotel Leo their warm cozy space is filled with delicious baked goods, healthy lunch to-go options, and espresso. A specialty grocery focused products from local farms and a well-stocked wine selection.

My go to for my morning coffee. I hope they staff up again soon so I can go more often.

I live in town and rely on this shop for evening wines for dinner dates, and keeping my morning energized. Really pleased at just how good the coffee is each time I go, and the pastries are lovely too. Would give it more stars if I could!

This is truly the last place anyone should grab a coffee or sweet treat. Bham is known for valuing quality and being woke, ESPECIALLY in the coffee world, but sadly Evolve continues to drop the ball at their new location and it’s lame and gross. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that supports and respects the coffee industry and it’s community, cause this ain’t it.
