I just cannot say enough good things about this shop. Everyone’s polite, on time, and professional. The service is a great value and they honor their warranty. Today I just got my rain sensor fixed from a windshield replacement done in December of 2020. It took about 15-20 mins. The windshield replacement process was also fantastic.I highly recommend this shop.

Ive had good experiences at this place in the past but now I dont know whats going on. If you try to schedule an appointment here online, it wont let you. Try to visit the location? Doors locked. If you try to call, you will never be allowed to talk to a human being. It just keeps telling you to schedule online and hangs up. Tried every option, still will not allow you to talk to a human being, even just trying to see if this location is still open or if theyve closed permanently.

Safelite was absolutely awesome in helping me out! After my car got broken into and a window busted out I called them to replace it. The technician that came was on time, worked quick was very king and professional. There was a small issue with the original installation where the window was misalligned slightly and having a second technician come out was just as quick and painless. Highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of their services.

Installed incorrect glass, contacted them and they got on it as soon as they could (2 weeks later). Correct glass was installed but huge greasy black handprints were all over my interior. I was able to remove it myself, but its just a subpar operation. They got the job done, but it was a huge disappointment.

Good place to go but the waiting time to get your windshield replaced was too long for me.

I needed windshield replaced on full size Transit van. They did not even bother to ask whether full-size Transit van or small Transit Connect, and ordered in the Transit Connect glass. To their credit they checked before I actually drove there, but I still lost a few weeks. Not a big deal but says sometime about their attention to detail. Which brings me to the real reason for the two star review...They left glass chips and shards all over the interior of the vehicle. On the steering wheel, in the instrument area, on the floor. They seem to have not bothered covering those areas during removal, and did notice that they needed to be vacuumed afterwards. Sloppy.

They didnt have the right windshield the first time they showed up so they rescheduled for a week later, and waited until the last minute to find the right windshield, and the morning they were supposed to be installing the windshield, they were still looking for the right windshield, and there was nothing special about it! So the business that I went to, to have my windshield eventually installed, had it in stock and installed the same day, they also provided me with a loaner car and a gift certificate at the end, which was a nice surprise! so I will never be using Safelite again! I was very disappointed

We were in and out in about 25-30 minutes for a small windshield crack (approx 1.5 inches)! Service was excellent! I would recommend checking out this shop first if need any work done.

Long wait time to just talk to an agent initially and I dropped off. The automated system has bugs and will not proceed.

It took three time ordering oem glass to receive one without flaws- unfortunately they scheduled us to replace our windshield which took the drive to their shop - a wait for 2 hours to find out the glass had a flaw -Manager Mark would not offer any concession for our wasted half day because of their incompetence.The more important reason for writing a disparaging review is they were going to charge us $600 more than their competitors.The manager said it was because of Geico.Turns out it’s because they are not a premier installer so the insurance company recommended Louis Auto glass as they are a premier installer which saved us $600 ——also Louis provided us a loaner vehicle at no cost.Save your money and your time and go to Louis instead. I’m glad we did.

I took my Lexus here and had a great experience. Same quote as the company the Lexus dealership in Seattle recommended. The windshield was an exact match, the service was fast (1 hour) and the results are perfect. Car is clean, no scratches, I can’t even tell it was replaced. It might even look better than the oem windshield. Very professional service. I hope you have just as good of an experience as I had.

I recently moved and had to locate a windshield replacement business . I had seen the Safelite ads and chose the location nearest to my new home. I set up an appointment on line and received a confirmation email within the hour. When I took my car in, I was warmly greeted and the technician doing the replacement came out to look at my windshield. Tony was very professional, assessed the job and promised to have the windshield done to my satisfaction. I was not disappointed. Tony did an amazing job. The windshield was beautiful, just like new, and ahead of the promised time. I am more than pleased with the whole experience, and I even received a discount over the quoted price. These folks run a great shop with customer satisfaction and quality workmanship as their goal. I highly recommend Safelite in Burlington, WA.

Had windshield issues and Trevor came to the rescue. This guy was proficient and detailed, definitely takes pride in his work and takes care of the customer. He is very approachable and willing to answer any question with honesty to the best of his ability. I recommend this company just because of how well he represented it.

Friendly and efficient service.

I was contacted by the Safelite agent after my insurance filed a claim to have my windshield replaced. I was told the appt. would be about 4 hours because they would need to take it to the dealership and have the windshield cameras recalibrated. Showed up for my appt and I was told I’d have to take it to the dealership myself AND that I was responsible for paying for it and then get reimbursed later. When I explained that this was not what the safelite rep told me would happen, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said “we don’t do that”. I called back the number that I was originally contacted by safelite with and got nowhere with them. Needless to say one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing and this experience was simply a joke.

Excellent service! And they cleaned my windows! Would definitely recommend and use again if the need arises.

Never been here before. I used to go to Novus when they were in business here in town.So when my windshield got a chip in it and it spidered out they were kind about it and calmed my nerves. It was kind of scary watching a small chip grow across my windshield.They took care of everything: from my insurance to the installation. Their store and shop is clean and tidy. I had two spidering cracks in the windshield from a road trip, I made an appointment online for the next day and was in and out in 25 minutes at most. The woman at the front desk (Isabelle) was SO helpful in helping me get the work covered by insurance, provided a ton of information regarding the work that was done, and they guarantee if their work splits at any point, it will be fixed. The technician who fixed the windshield (I cant remember his name, Im so sorry) was very kind and ran through the whole process before he got started. He was obviously very talented, you can even see the cracks anymore. I had to point out the location to my husband, it looks flawless. Thank you so much, guys!

Had our windshield replaced here and they did a great job. Large windows from the waiting area into the shop allow you to see whats going on. The staff was very friendly and professional.The comfortable waiting area with magazines, cable TV (you can even change the channel) snacks and drinks made a mundane chore so much more pleasant.

My husband took our Ford Expedition in recently and got the whole windshield replaced. He said the guy was friendly and experienced, that he worked quickly, that the price was as we were quoted and that he loved the work they did. The windshield is perfect and it was the lowest price in town, literally.

Talked me out of replacing my windshield and explained where the leak may be coming from. They were not going to charge me for canceling late or restocking the windshield. Decided to order a tinted rear slider. They ordered and received it quickly. Installation was a couple days later and early. Very nice job.

Friendly yes. Fast no. Called Thursday to have windshield replaced for Friday. Then they came with wrong windshield. Then had to pay extra for next day priority. Ended up paying almost $400 for getting my Ford focus window replaced.Update:Thanks for your reply but doesnt change what happened about being overcharged for you guys messing up. Or missing 4 extra hours of pay for your mistake. I should have been next day priority because you guys messed up, not because I payed extra money. After this experience I would not use this company again unless I have and extra vehicle to drive for at least two to three days.

Windowshield replacement. The job and replacement was excellently executed and it looks great. Safelite was the cheapest plus I got a great deal for windshield wipers as well. Id recommend Safelite to everybody.

I scheduled an appointment with them, and I was told they would not come out to my house or my city. I am literally 10 miles away from their office. So I went with another glass company.

Efficient and quick and polite

Waited around all day, no call, no text, no cancel, no windshield. Called call center, they couldnt assist, wanted to reschedule for 4 days out. Not happy.

We have gone to this safelite over an insurance claim and had great service..We went in to get an estimate on a non related mater.. The service was totally different..The man behind the desk was rude..wouldnt let us speak a whole sentence without interrupting us and had a very snotty attitude. He told us we didnt have any idea what we were talking about and he did because he was an expert having done this for years.. What?His phone rang and in mid sentence dealing with us he just answered the phone and ignored us for the next 5 to 10 minutes while he handled his phone conversation.. I think he should have had the person on the phone hold..finish dealing with us.. and then taken the call.. NOTHING like being totally ignored when you are the paying customer in the process of making an appointment.. We did schedule an appointment..but upon leaving both my husband and I decided we didnt need to pay someone to be rude to use..We have gone elsewhere now and got much better service and treatment.. We will NOT go back and will never recommend this place to anyone..

I set an appointment, made sure my truck was inside and they were a no show. This plus the annoying impersonal automated phone system makes it a double negative.
