Disgusting attitude. Stopped by today(7/19) at 2:05 to get my mufflers adjusted. I parked and approached the business were i was head noted by a white mail(owner more then likely). since i notice a sign that read employees only. I stopped and i asked the person what i needed from the entrance of the building and he pointed at me and called me over as if i was a 5 year old child with hes hand. I asked over and he said i cant hear you if your yelling from outside. I responding I was expecting for you approach me and ask what i needed I explain what i needed and he mention to come back at 3pm and asked if you could come back or wait. i told him i was actually at my lunch break and he responded well me too. In that case you should A. close the shop, B. place a sigh with the business hours, C. update your hours on line. I told him o would go elsewhere and he said well good. Based on the short conversation i can tell you he had a attitude. This place is a joke. Learn customer service Technics

I really did not need my muffler repaired. I only pulled because my Check Engine Soon light came on and I asked if someone could check the code to see why. I don’t know the names of either one of the gentlemen who took care to do this. The code had to do with my transmission (I had just had a new radiator put in elsewhere the day before and never had a problem with the transmission). Bottom line, they turned off code; told me if it came back on that it was something that the dealer should handle. I wanted to pay them because anywhere else it would’ve been $100 to check a code. Neither one would take any money. Soooooo if I ever have muffler problems, I definitely know where I’m going! Thank you gentlemen, very much.

Aladdin Muffler is a great place to go if you need muffler services! I was referred to the shop and called John about needing a tailpipe welded back on my truck. He first said that he was really busy, but said to bring the truck by to check out was it needed. I arrived around 4 p.m. and he gave me a fair quote to reroute the tailpipe. As we were talking I asked about getting a new muffler. Magnaflow or Flowmaster? He explained the differences and I settled on a Flowmaster. John gave me a great price and said that he would stay until it was finished around 6 p.m. His wife gave me a ride home while the repair was being made. John and his wife provided great customer service! Nice people.....

Quote way over priced just to replace mufflers. Went to another shop that was $150 cheaper. Shop wasnt even closed yet but they didnt want to work on my car because it was getting dark? Really? They make these things called LIGHTS... Maybe you should invest in some?
