Found the part I need so I didnt have to spend an arm and a leg on shipping. They were able to bring in the part within 24 hours for will call. I had such a positive experience dealing with affordable openers and the staff. I ordered a sliding gate, controllers, chain and remote door locks at various times. I had some technical questions about installing, Joe was very helpful and competent. He said Ill have you going in 10 minutes he was wrong it was 9 minutes. I am used to being disappointed by businesses as I constantly deal with part supply or technicians lack of detail or carelessness. This was not the case and I will use them an recommend them to anyone I can!

I purchased 2 openers for gates only to find they would not work in my application (my mistake, not theirs). I offered to purchase 2 different style openers in exchange. Affordable agreed and waived the restocking fee when the first set were returned in good condition. Joe has been VERY helpful with answers to installation questions. Their prices were better than other online sellers and far better than local dealers. I was a bit wary of a long distance high ticket purchase but it has been a very good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Openers to anyone who wants a fair deal and great service.

I purchased a All-O-Matic gate opener from you and you recommended an installer by the name No Gates no Glory I got a terrible mickey mouse installation, and the gate opener gives me troubles every time when is getting colder. Called and paid the installer to fix it and he did not then I called the manufacturer and Dan did not want to do anything or recommend me a professional to do guaranteed work

I purchased a repair part but was incorrect for my model opener. They were gracious enough to allow me to return it. They have great prices.

I have been working with Patrick the last couple of days . He has been absolutely fabulous . Extremely knowledgeable, very professional and helped me solve a problem I have been working on for a month . He has also been great at getting back to me by phone and email very quickly . If you are in the market there cannot be a better place to shop . I am in NC so location does not matter .Five stars!!!

I ordered driveway include pedestrian gates from Affordable Openers site.Even though I had bad customer service experience; called to make sure the items will get me on time, 6 to 10 days free shipping. Surprisingly I receive a phone call from a stranger asking me to come pick up one of the gate that is been ordered under.In return I raise my question and complain that the free shipping should be delver to my door.The end I find out the caller is a customer that had hard time the return unwanted gate; and the company, Affordable Openers, provides my name and phone number without my consent.Anyhow, this is not a safe place to have a business.Overall I am not satisfied with customer service and it ends up canceling my order.
