We booked with Paulette 2 weeks before my baby shower, we told her everything we wanted and she came through and made everything beyond beautiful. Very nice and helpful and understanding. Will definitely be using their services for all of our other parties

I was very pleased with Foxy Party Rentals! Paulette answered my requests online and through texts promptly. Prices were extremely reasonable. She tried hard to make sure I had what I needed. She was even willing to have a tablecloth made in the color requested to fit small tables I needed. The tables, chairs, and linen I ordered were in perfect condition. I asked for a 10 a.m.delivery, and the drivers arrived right on time, Everything went smoothly, the party was beautiful, and I highly recommend this business!

A family owned business, I been renting for years and always enjoyed the service and the products. I recommend booking online is fast and simple.

This place is trash they will not answer you call on your event day and wont bring you the stuff you order DONT ORDER YOUR STUFF HERE DO NOT RENT YOUR STUFF HERE or you will be surprise when they dont arrive to your event

If i could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would! DO NOT BOOK FOR YOUR EVENTS ! WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR! I ordered an inflatable jumper from them for the upcoming 4th of July holiday which I was also celebrating my sons birthday the same day. Due to the fact I wanted a water slide specifically on a high demanding holiday I made sure to book 2 weeks ahead of time and paid in full to secure my order. The date of the event came and after noticing they were over an hour late I called for an update. It literally took me 5 phone calls to reach a live person and the woman on the other end was a nightmare.very unprofessional and very rude ! I asked if they were willing to offer me a discount because of they’re poor communication and tardiness and the owner cancelled my delivery because she was over booked although she had no trouble taking my money originally. She then advised she didn’t need the “stress” and she “didn’t care” if my event was ruined. She also refused to refund me the FULL AMOUNT I was charged. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. these people should definitely not be working with the public !

Chan-non and her team made my 15 a mess. Not only was she not on time but she completely lied about her service and what she was going to do. Horrible experience with these people. Sad mess of a business. Not only did she not decorate what she was supposed to she also lied about everything and expected to keep the money. She really knows how to talk a good one but can’t deliver a thing. She will show you pictures of what she will do and not even do it. She acts very friendly and professional but she’s just a liar. I feel terrible for her business and what a joke it is.

Horrible joke of a business. Chan-non will lie to your face until the very last moment and then pretend there was a miscommunication. I made terrible mistake trusting her. If you need a decorator for your event go to a real business not this dump. Cheapest decorations ever and not even the right ones ruined the whole event.

Ordered chairs, tables and a helium tank for 10 am. Company was accommodating in taking last minute order and adjustments. On the day of the party, the tables and chairs arrived as ordered, but the helium tank was left behind and did not make it to my event until an hour and a half later. Customer service skills were minimal and could use improvement.

Easy to order rentals with a professional website. The girl in the shop is wonderful and very professional. The delivery boys are sweet and work very hard. 4 stars because I tried to get in contact with them over the phone, left a message and never got a call back so I had to make an extra trip into the shop. Also when I asked for a call about when the rentals would be dropped off, I didnt receive one and was surprised when they showed up 12 hours early (which was great to have more time to decorate, however a heads up would have been nice). I would absolutely rent from them again though and just know Ill need to try harder if communication is necessary.

Worst business ever!!!! DO NOT TRUST or give any of your hard earned money to these frauds!! They will make your special day a nightmare.

Very friendly on the phone... but delivery was a joke... the young men that showed up (an hour late) wreaked of Pot... and forgot the blower! One young man returned (an hour later) with an inadequate blower and did not secure the jumper... after colapsing numerous times we called for them to pick it up. The 2 boys that picked it up were unbelievably rude! I asked what kind of concession they intended to make for complete failure to provide service they were hired for... the really obnoxious young man said he didnt need our money...and not in a polite gee were sorry kind of way... I offered to pay half since they were only there for less than half the party... the boys left in a fit of temper refusing to take our money.My 84 year old mother in an effort to be fair called and offered to pay half only to be threatened she would be sued for the entire amount and were at our front door first thing in the morning demanding ALL the money in full.I honestly cant even believe someone in business of any kind would behave in such a rediculous and unprofessional manner.I would not only NOT recommend them... but STRONGLY recommend NOT using them.Hope you guys are proud of yourselves... you will NEVER do business in this area again...I would LOVE to have seen you humiliated in court over this.But instead you got your way by frightening an old woman... Way to Go!HORRIBLE BUSINESS... HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Worst experience ever. did not deliver chairs and canopy on time. very rude staff. do not use this company. they played us and our party was supposed to start in a few mins and nothing was here

Book online paid for it within a week in full 7 weeks in advance. The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly but the day of the party was the worst experience ever! They arrived with my jumper and tables and chairs keep in mind they were supposed to arrive at 10 they show up at a quarter to 12 I was already frustrated and worried because I thought they werent going to be on time then they get here and say the jumper cannot fit through the door which they didnt even take it off the truck and try I called the office she tried to make arrangements for me and accommodate me with two other jumpers I was disappointed but willing to accept that to make a long story short she sent the same!!! jumper back with different guys to help they got it through perfectly fine without scratching or damaging the jumper they got here around 1:30 my party started at 1 so they were setting up while I had guess was not a good look very disappointed it made my job stressful! On top of that they did not have a long enough water holes for the jumper which was a water jumper and the jumper was absolutely filthy and dirty if it would have got here earlier I would have been able to wash it down at least. I really dont feel like I should have paid for that jumper it was a disappointment all the way around never again! ☹ please save yourself the headache!
