Henry their owner is a great guy and probably the worlds best mechanic. I dont know how he works his magic I have no idea how he does it and I know a lot of mechanics have disability that being you can listen you can touch feels now I dont know and make a diagnosis on the spot. Okay not every time but Ive seen the guy do some mind-blowing stuff. On a personal level hes a good dude to you should give him your business.Some of the guys that work there are little rough on the edges or may appear that way but Henry runs a tight ship and he dont take no lip and if they were no good at their job and give him a kick.Fact Ill tell you a little story right now one day many years ago I was taking the two most important people in my life on a trip across the border Baja Mexico. Las Gaviotas to be exact. A few waves beers beautiful scenery that kind of thing. Now two people happened to be my mother and my wife but truck was acting a little funky and I had some brake issues. I called Henry said bring it down right now and well see about getting you squared away. Well I thought I was going to have to cancel our trip but Henry spent about an hour working on it and we are good to go. Now crossing the border can get dicey sometimes and can become a real nightmare when things begin to go south on you... you know like losing your brakes going down a hill getting stuck out in the middle of nowhere whatever. Listen I love the Mexican people and they are wonderful hosts, save for very tiny tiny teeny tiny percent of that population that like anywhere else on the planet are complete a-holes more than willing to accommodate taking your life more than difficult. For the point is I got in that truck and drove the 3 hours down there and never gave it breaks or anything else in that truck another thought I was driving with Henry insurance.Henry you the man.

I took my husbands 1997 GMC TRUCK to him to replace the gaskets so his truck wouldnt leak oil I paid him 1700$ for this job and he knew I was driving across the state after he repaired the oil leaks well come to find out he didnt replace any gaskets only cut the shield off of the bottom and put heat resistant glue all over the old gaskets we got stranded and had to tow the truck across the state hes refusing to answer my calls or messages so my next tep is reporting him to the AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS ASSOCIATION he needs to pay for our truck to get fixed right this is not over by far!

Rude, double talking Crook. The work was $1,800, when it was time to pick up the car it went up to $3,000 and now something else is wrong with it. Three days Turned into 3 weeks. 3 days later we had to take the car back that took an additional 3 weeks. He also refused to take responsibility for the missing Mercedes emblem that was there when he got the car. We will never come back here again. Hes lucky that I dont have time nor energy to sue him.

I took my wifes car into GM only and asked Henry to diagnose why the A/C was not working. The system was full but a/c clutch would not engage. Two days later he calls to tell me there is an electrical problem and it will cost $250 to fix it. He said it costs so much because he had to evacuate & recharge the system. So knowing that, I asked him to install an new receiver/drier I had while he was at it and he told me it would cost me $400 to fix everything. My wife has cancer and we were at the hospital for her chemo session when he called and said the car was ready. I left my wife at the hospital to pick up the car, paid the $400, and returned to the hospital 30 minutes away. It worked fine all the way there but when we went to leave, no a/c. I drove immediately back to the shop and they mechanic wiggled some wires and it started working again. I left it with him to fix and when I picked it up, it worked fine till I turned it off, then no a/c upon starting. I had a meeting in Mission Viejo the next day so I told him I would bring it back on Monday. On the way to Mission Viejo it started working again. But on the way back it stopped working. On Monday I took it in and he told me the mechanic didnt come in but to bring it back. I left it with him for 4 days when he calls me to tell me my system has a leak and needs a new condensor. There was no leaks before and the diagnosis would have shown that at the beginning. Now I still have the same problem plus now a leaking condensor and Im out $400.

My car was in for a basic maintenance. Now, my car running worst than before. I had observed that the owner instructed the mechanics to use OLD PARTS to test for problems.The owner Henry denied any wrong doing, got angry and start using profanity toward the other customers and myself. We are have a choice to choose any other repair shops. PLEASE dont choose this one.

Took Jeep in for repairs and for some reason alarm messed up and would not start. Had to leave it overnight. Came back in the morning Henry took the keys and fixed the problem, (wire came off while working on the car) took care of the problem at no charge. Good guys

Very bad service,I had sold my car,my wife car either to that guy Hinary,He didnt transfer the registration under his name,he keeping the pink slip until he sells the car to somebody else,during this time,The police auction sent me letter telling me they found the car on street,also parking citation came to my wife,she had to pay it.
