Helpful staff. They will let you recycle acrylic paint here, which is harder to find then you would think. The front door is currently boarded up for some reason so you have to enter from the back. Would be helpful to have a sign in front, I had to call from outside the store to figure out how to get in.
So I walk in, look around and grab quite a few items. I had been in the store for at least 5 min and had talked to employees and seen by even more. I go up to the check out counter and the guy checking me out asks me if Id like a mask. I reply no Im OK. He then proceeded to tell me he couldnt serve me. K lets recap lets pretend I have covid 19. I walk in without a mask talk to and seen by employees walk the entire store grabbing items. Then when Im about to pay and take said item out of the store with me. He cant serve me for something he could have stopped me at the door and turned me away and not waisted my time. But instead made me leave all the items I had touch so they could put the item back all over the store spreding covid 19. In my opinion is way worst then just letting me pay and leave with them if this whole thing was real. Dont give up you freedoms for luxuries. Just go down the street to Sherwin-Williams.
Good place for paint and supplies. Responsive to questions and provide solid advice for dealing with unusual circumstances. Ryan and John are great to work with as are the rest of the staff I have interacted with.
Was helped by Robert this morning. very knowledgeable and patient in helping me...not as an experienced painter, but as the homeowner. I do recommend, and will be back.
So helpful
Nice place
Great customer service and they sell Dalys products.
The paint is of poor quality. If you wash a handprint off the wall the paint comes with it (cured for 2 months). Do NOT use it in bathrooms! The water will stain the paint. when I went back to the store to complain, they didnt care, and would not refund. Poor customer service, and crap paint. Enough said.
Loved it!
Terrible customer service.
