I went to this location to pickup equipment for a new self install. The staff were friendly and the service was reasonably fast.Seems like most of the negative reviews on here are intended for Xfinity and do not reflect on the quality of the store.
Khalid was amazing!I went into the store with a pretty long list of things to do: transfer phones to Xfinity cellular, review and alter my internet and cable tv bundles, and more. Khalid was incredibly patient, kind, upbeat, professional, and helpful in every way. Not once did he even hint at upselling me. I was seriously impressed.Ill be honest. I entered the store thinking Id need to stand my ground a couple of times; but that never happened. Quite on the contrary, it was a very pleasant experience!One last comment: In addition to Khalid being so amazing, the general vibe in the store was great. Even in such a large store its easy to overhear other Xfinity personnel and customers. Everyone sounded friendly, helpful, and happy to be there.

Its amazing a $40 advertised internet plan actually amounts to $70 after the hidden fees.
I have been a customer since summer 2019 and i have had a great experience with them so far! I recently moved to a new place and Felix from their service team went out of his way to make sure I got a good deal for my new place as well. Even though the process was taking a while because of some unique scenario, he patiently made sure it was all done rightly for me. I am very happy with the service and i highly appreciate the teams efforts to take good care of customers. Thank you!
Edit: Came here during their new hours. Percy got me squared away with what I needed with friendly service and no high pressure sales. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. A refreshingly positive experience.Previous review: Hours are incorrect on the website. Came here only to find them closed.
I went to Xfinity at Bellevue Square today in hopes of switching to their internet and mobile service. I waited nearly 30 minutes and nobody helped me, while there were employees standing around not helping anyone. I left and nobody seemed to care. I would definitely not recommend going there!
I got here 30 minutes before they close to return a device. There was no wait and Chris was super helpful, handling my return quickly. He also told me that I could get a Flex streaming device for free and got it all set up for me! Great customer service!
Save yourself the torture of calling anyone on the Comcast customer service number and visit these awesome people. Both times I got off the phone, I was FUMING with Comcast and I got to the store and everyone that works there is so above and beyond wonderful, they completely changed my mood.Percy and Jane are absolutely incredible.
The worst internet provider I have in my life. I have issues with internet almost every day.
In and out for service quickly, however the gal who helped me (Ashley?) is super rude and speaks to you in a condescending way. Her attitude gives off the vibe that she would rather be doing anything else. My fiance has been helped by her before and said the same thing.
Helpful store. They were happy to set me up within mins. Xfinity might be costly but it is highly reliable better than most wired providers.

Dont go for an Xfinity connection unless you are a rich person who has a thick paycheck every month.Its super expensive and their television services charge unnecessary regional sports fees and other extra charges...Go for cheaper alternatives unless left with no choice in your apartment complex if they only offer xfinity.Its a rich mans service company which isnt good for people who do 2 jobs for a living or are lower middle class.Brutal reality,so soak it up.

Be aware, will try to rip you off by not explaining rebates etc. properly. You then get told later, after the purchase, that ‘unfortunately’ you don’t qualify for the rebate now. Wish I had stayed with AT&T now.

I ordered something online, but the website showed some extra monthly bill that I didnt want to include in my plan, so I came here. After speaking to a staff for a few minutes, problem solved, extra bill removed. Im happy to be a return customer!
Very disappointed in my experience at this store. There are representatives everywhere however I have been literally sitting here for 20 minutes without anyone helping me. Enough time to write this review. Hopefully I can add the photos that I took to this review. I can even see the manager, a guy with red short hair and a beard, sitting on his computer doing who knows what. All I wanted to do was pick up a box that I had ordered and I even made an appointment. Not coming back to this store for sure.
Tried 8 times to cancel service to business account because I have moved out of state. Still not able to complete the task. Agents are working from home due to pandemic and make up answers.
Came to the store to drop off a leased modem. Staff was super friendly, and handled this within a couple of minutes. Will come back if needed, if anything since there were zero lines and for the friendly staff.
Comcast opens a fraudulent account in Texas in my name and makes me jump through hoops to fix it. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Been a subscriber for 19 years and that is about to change. Never hear a good thing about this company and now I know why. They have absolutely no regard for loyal customers.

Drove across town in rush hour to come here - paper sign on the door saying they closed early. Its 2019, update your website hours if you have to close early. Useless.
Came in early afternoon, there was a total of about 10 staff and 3 of them were helping people. The rest were grouped up other places just talking. Tried getting assistance but just got ignored. Will not be coming back to this store.
It’s interesting to see an Xfinity store but not worth walking in to when 5 employees are hanging out at the front door. Makes it look super sketch
