I went yesterday with my friend for the first time. The skewers was so juicy and tasty. The steam rice and the soup was so delicious. Everything is very yummy. Will definitely go back to eat again next time.

Meat Lover BBQ Platter, Seafood BBQ Platter, and each got a Deluxe Combo of the Lotus Leaf Steamed Rice. Food was good tasting and service was great and accommodating. The server was attentive and patient. Since the presentation of the food is so unique, food great tasting, and service was not bad, this place deserves a 5 stars from me!

Luna Bistro has a very comfortable feeling when you eat what they offer so that it would make you feel very much at home. The chicken and mushroom is very satisfying and the Chinese sausage on the mix and match is excellent. The lamb on the stick bbq style is also outstanding. The first time I ate here I was a bit confused because I was used to Chinese food in a white box. This is wrapped in what I believe is lotus leaf or a banana leaf. The rice is superb and moist. Im excited to try other things here but that sausage and the chicken mushroom are tough to beat. I tried the ribs wasnt my thing but the lamb and everything so far is really delicious.

Food was good. The server was very nice. We got there right before closing and she still let us dine in.

Terrible service. If you dine in it takes them literally 1hr to get your food ready, and there’s no one at all at the front desk to welcome you in. They simply tells you to sit down and you’ll have to ASK for your menu. They missed the additional noodle we pay to add in our soup, and they tell us to wait for them to make another plain noodle on the side to make it up. That’s another 30min wait, and finally when we finish everything else on the table they bring you your plain noodle. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. Idk how much they paid for all these positive comments, there’s literally no one in this restaurant at dinner time and I simply feel stupid just coming here and try this out.

I’m a slim girl with a small appetite. Yet I spent nearly $30 for 2 dishes but was still not full. The taste was just average; nothing special. The most funny thing is I ordered to add rice noodles to a soup with extra 2 dollars, and it turned out the amount of noodles was just one mouthful.

The chicken cartilage skewers and the fried wings are very good. The steamed rice dish is a tad mild for my palette. Overall, I appreciate this place bringing proper lotus leaf steamed rice to Seattle.

The server was very very nice. It was a busy day when I was there last time, and our food came out pretty late. I understood that because I am a server as well. However, I was surprised the server offered us free lunch. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much, I will be back.

Convenient location, OK service. Interior decoration is simplistic at best - the owner doesnt even bother to put up a painting or poster on the wall. Tried curry chicken steamed rice, the quantity is good but tastes are nothing to be raved about. It is just another typical lunch combo for working professionals, with an expensive price tag not justified by its bland flavor.

Came with my family after working out. The rice bowl is perfect for a post workout lunch meal. The leaves add some nice flavor and aesthetic! We had minced pork patty, Chinese pork, and curry chicken. We all have our issues with seasoning (either health reasons or just dislike it) so the fact that the rice bowls were light on seasoning encouraged us to season using their homemade soy sauce and chili oil to our liking. Even without it, the bowls still tasted great and filling.The service was friendly and as expected from a Chinese restaurant (meaning you do have to wave them down for things).Definitely recommend if youre okay with lightly seasoned food and comfortable with Chinese level service!

Chicken and mushroom rice, beef vegetable soup. Everything tasted good. Just not a fan of the foil loaf pan the soup cant in and the paper bowls. Maybe theyll revert back to real dishes some day? But the food was solid.

I liked that Luna adhered to very good covid safety standards... food was pretty good, my favorite part was that it tasted pretty homemade which I enjoyed. Spicy pig ears were good too.

This place is clean and new, and has a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. You really get what you pay for and in quite large amounts! The employees are also very helpful and kind. Chill place with good music and tasty food! 👍😁

So, me and my wife ordered two of their most popular dish which was garlic spare rib and pork on rice. Okay. It comes in big bamboo steamer, so we were all excited and when they open it, it does not look like 13dollar bowl. Probably 8? Just couldn’t find value and taste was not unique. No reason to go back.

The food is very good. And service is awesome, though food delivery is a little slow, since they just started. But they gave us some free food to compensate this. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stand at the door inside restaurant and waiting for 5min. They notice us but pretend not seeing any new customer come in. They have a lot empty tables and they are not busy. But no one seated us. I feel like they don’t like customers. We leave and go to other restaurant nearby.ps. - -In this 5min, their waiters are rude to serve others with unhappy face.So disappointed! Don’t go!

Flavors are very strong and Ive been craving Chinese style BBQ skewers. Everything is well cooked, nothing was served raw and nothing was overly charred. Each steamed rice order is probably enough to share between two people or one really hungry person. The mackarel and chicken cartilage was delicious!! Im used to drinking hot water, but they only had tepid water.

Far too expensive for an extremely disappointing meal.

I ordered some steamed spare ribs with bok choy. The meat is hard to chew. $13 is a lot for this quality.
