Nice place with European style cakes (not extremely sweet as typical supermarket ones, which I guess can be off-putting for someone). The service is always good and the desserts/breads are fresh.Give it a try and taste for yourself, its worth the drive 😋

This place was recommended to me by a friend! I went in and got a cream horn, baklava, and a slice of their night & day cake. Everything is extraordinarily wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind. I look forward to the next box of treats I get there :-)

Not sure where all these great reviews are coming from. Ordered 3 different cake slices and a loaf of the almond bread and all of them were remarkably bad. Below supermarket quality and incredibly stale.

I had a really bad experience from this place. I bought 3 cake slices and all of them were not moist and feels like more than 2-3 days old. NOT FRESH at all

We got cakes twice from here. Both the times the cakes were hard and felt like they were prepared 2 to 3 days ago.

Its my favorite bakery! Loved everything I tasted here. Desserts are light and flavorful. And not too much sugar. If you havent had a chance to taste something from this place, you dont know what you are missing out on.

The cake I bought was moldy! Unfortunately I didnt notice it in the store, but fortunately mu husband noticed it before we served it to our guests and kids! Can you imagine??? Never again!

If you think the average American pastries are overtly sweet and inedible, you will love this place. Got the Napoleons and it was the best ones I’ve had.

Second time there. Showed up later in the day when their inventory was dwindling. Regardless, the cakes are wonderful. Highly recommended. Location is also next to some other international grocery locations making this stop worth going to for casual browsing and sampling.

It’s ok, but there is not much to choose from and bread is always stale for some reason. Wish they had bigger variety.

Dont know if it was my selection or what. I dont know what all the high ratings are about but I stopped by this place at lunch and tried their Opera and Eclair. They were both not as fresh tasting as I was expecting and they were both a disappointment. I am giving them two stars since the gentleman that worked there was nice and allowed me to use their 50% off pastry offer on Yelp.

First time to try eastern Europe cakes, very interesting, not too sweet. I like the honey cake.

I live in Connecticut and needed to buy a cake for my sons birthday and have it delivered. I called MANY bakeries in Bellevue and not one would deliver. Im so glad I found the Old Country Bakery. They no only delivered it, they also were happy to make the special flavor I requested and they sent me a photo of the finished cake. My son loved it! Customer service is very important to them and it shows. Make the Old Country Bakery your first place to go when you need quality baked goods and excellent service.

The chocolate temptation cake is to-die-for.

Bought a cake from them today, when I was eating it, it tasted a bit weird, I thought it might just be dark chocolate, but I looked at the cake again, and found MOLD on it! Stay away from this place!!!!

The baked goods are amazing! Its not quite as inexpensive as, say, The French Bakery, but the items are different and more exotic, and the woman behind the counter is always so nice anytime my boyfriend and I go there. The breads are nice, the bakery is just not located in a great spot, its kinda hidden away, which is a shame. This great place isnt getting the business it deserves.

I ordered a cake for delivery. Nune was very helpful and nice to help me figure out the delivery option and was super quick. The delivery reached on time. Though this was a really last minute order and I was ordering for someone from out of state!In fact thi was a same day delivery and she also on request put the Happy Anniversary on the cake since I was sending to someone! Will use it again if my friends stay in town :)Great service!

Ok, the place is truly hidden behind a bigger shopping center. No one would ever dare to venture unless you were lost. But my wife and I are adventerous. This little center is more like a Russian enclave, where all the shop keepers know each other like family (maybe they are?) We actually went to eat at the Thai place and walked around afterwards. But agreeably, the service is pretty sad, youre lucky if someone happens to be at the counter. They seem to be in the back doing something. The Tiramisu was surprisingly good. The next day we went back to buy the Neopolitan which turn out to be terrible (too soggy which made it too hard to cut). In Los Angeles, we pay quite if bit for just cake, the price of the Tiramisu is a baragain, although it was good, not really sure if they actually use mascarpone cheese. I did asked, I dont think he understood me. If youre go there for any experience, why? it just a hole in the wall bakery. No chairs, No tables, just a couple of large refrigerated display cases and nothing else. Just think of it as a Nazi Soup Kitchen and youll be fine. Enjoy.

This bakery store doesn’t throw away any expired stuff and they sale them to the customers, they think they are smart but they will loose their customer soon, I use to work in a grocery store I had a coworker every time when we discarded the expired foods or products she started crying, for some people it’s hard throwing away goods, it’s kind of habit, even if you change the label and print a new updated label people can realize it’s not fresh !
