Great dessert Cafe! They are always changing their cupcake flavors which is nice but also disappointing (last time, I didnt see anything too exciting). I tried the macarons, and they were very good. Nice size and good tasty filling. The outside was a crisp but the cookie part was also fluffy towards the center so thats important! Nice seating selection and FREE Parking with their validation.

Ok, maybe I just got an old cupcake or something, but mine was NOT moist or delicious. Very dry and Icing was nothing to write home about! It was below average and definitely NOT worth $5! Sorry! Ive had much better tasting cupcakes at much cheaper pricing!!My friend got the Orange Cranberry Scone and it was also very dry.Service was very friendly and the cupcakes look pretty, hence the 2 stars!

Very stylish cafe with mouthwatering goodies! Their macarons are to die for, and cupcakes are moist and delicious. I’m not a huge fan of cupcakes but these are good! Coffee is great as well. Atmosphere is enjoyable, good place to stop by with friends or just finish some work. Will definitely stop by for more macarons!

Go there for the tarts!!!We went to this place on a weekend, and it wasnt crowded. The sitting space is nice, and enough. The tables were not clean though which is why I took off 1 star.The cafe has really good tarts. I really like their tarts. Delicious!!!!The food is average, but its definitely photo worthy. Tried this place on a whim. It was a really good experience. Food was good and reasonably priced. This place is great. Plenty of choices and variety in their hot dog selection, a great fifties diner motif and the fries are crispy and hot. The food was tasty and I will definitely hit this place again when Im in town. And its open. The area rolls up the roads at 8 on most nights so come early.

Im not usually a fan of cupcakes, but I actually really liked this place. I didnt know they had more locations in Seattle, so I can only say I like this (Bellevue) location right now. Atmosphere is moderately loud, good to talk in without being overheard. They have a wide variety of drinks, which pairs with the variety of pastries they offer. And of course, their cupcakes are great!Tbh the texture is slightly soft for me, which made me scared itd be too sugary or buttery. But thankfully, they tasted just perfect. I tried the red velvet with a matcha green latte-perfect! I would also recommend checking out their offered entrees, they sound amazing.Also- ample seating, cute tables, friendly staff, and so many things to look at.

I work at a nearby tech company and have been going to Trophy for two months now, usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at lunch for a sweet, little treat. As soon as I walk through the door Im immediately greeted from the 1-2 staff members present. I tell all of my friends and co-workers how great and welcoming this shop is, with their amazing cupcakes.But today, on a Friday near 3p, I walk in with a co-worker, and there are five or so staff members there. A few glance over while one or two are helping a customer. I stand there waiting so long to even be acknowledged I tell my coworker that Im leaving if 30sec if no one comes over to us or greets us. Finally someone decided to walk over and I order two cupcakes.Since I work within walking distance I honestly dont need elaborate packaging and I wanted to dig in immediately so I requested a bag for a cupcake with least frosting. Such a big deal was made over this by the many employees I decide to speak up, give a reasoning...why waste a box when Im going right back to work to eat it...and continue to purchase my cupcakes. I understand presentation and the beautifully piped ring of frosting on the cupcake, but 2 mins later it will be consumed.I love the cupcakes and will go to the other more welcoming, nonjudgmental, inclusive locations. And will not suggest my work group come here to this location anymore. At least not with our diverse group on a late Friday afternoon.

I’ve seen this place changed so much! Not a fan of their cupcakes, I’ve tried so hard, I kept coming back just because it is aesthetically pleasing & satisfying, that is all! Seen this place grow from when it first opened across Neiman Marcus & line out the door, you can only for a couple handful people in there. From cupcakes to French macarons to champagne! Cupcakes are dry and hard:( They looked so awesome and for the price of a dozen I thought we where in for a real treat Every person that had one felt like they where dried out perhaps an old batch definitely not fresh. So very disappointed. Two star because the staff was very friendly when I picked up my order.

Hours post online and in window are not accurate. Online says 6pm, window hours says 5pm, was closed on Friday 11/6 at 4:30pm. It a real pain for people to park and pay then show up at your door to find it closed.

Nice cafe that offers an assortment of cupcakes, macaroons, desserts and lunch items. You can also find party favors and lastly minute birthday decorations here as well. The establishment is always immaculately clean and well kept. The cupcakes are great and the decorations are visually appealing. Love their chocolate cupcakes and strawberry lemonade. I am not a fan of their Creme brûlée dessert though.

Such a cute place with a welcoming atmosphere! The person who hoped me was named Lilly, and had some of the best customer service I have ever encountered! A true servant in the food and beverage industry! The Macaroons are amazing I had the raspberry one, and my friend loved the triple chocolate cupcake! Highly recommend for a quick sweet fix!

Just had a great experience at the Bellevue location. I went in to purchase 21 cupcakes and needed them individually packed for holiday gifts for the office. The staff was super friendly and super accommodating. Will definitely be back! :)

You should be able to call a location directly. I dont want to leave a message about something I need that day. I tried calling multi times in one day just kept getting voicemail saying whoops sorry we missed your call or shoot we are on the other line, no you arent answering your calls.Ended up going to another bakery that would answer. And got a way better cake.

The cupcakes are exemplary, the service abysmal. After making a purchase of cupcakes and a small selection fro. The shelves, I was charged for items NOT purchased, bringing the ENTIRE total into question. I was redunded an obvious error and assured the rest was correct. Ill never know. In future, I will focus on the purchase of individual cupcakes in an effort to ensure accuracy. My biggest regret was leaving a tip (on the electronic register) which I had no opportunity to cancel.

They do not have Gluten free and vegan anything. They have Gluten free and they have vegan but not both in one item. They would not answer their phone or emails so we had to go into the store to ask. When we walked in, the two workers were so into their work that they didnt to greet us until we walked over and stood in front of one and starred at them. Since we didnt buy anything we couldnt get our parking validated so we had to pay for parking. Also they are more expensive before transportation then it is to have the Gem make and deliver a gluten free/dairy free cake and cupcakes from Portland oregon. Trophy cupcakes made it very easy for us to cross them off our list of possible wedding dessert providers.Response to owners response.You emailed me back a generic email that didnt address the only question I asked which was do you have dairy free and gluten free cupcakes. I sent in the request via your online form on Nov 22nd. On the 26th I recieved the the generic email back and I responded that day with the question I had sent in when I submited the form and have not gotten anything back even yet. Someone had time to respond to this review but still havent even tried to respond to my emails. Someone found time to respond to this review but didnt have anyone at any location available to answer a phone, on more than one day. Someone also has time to send out 5 different advertisements emails to me since between Nov 22nd and Dec 2nd but not respond to my email about wedding catering options.I changed my stars from 2 stars to 1 because someone took the time to dispute my claim without trying to repair what they had done to cause this issue first.

Stopped by after shopping at The Bravern. This location is more of a bakery/cafe rather than just a cupcake store they every serve wine and champagne and sell it by the bottle too. We enjoyed the sour cherry oatmeal cookies, petite cheesecake tarts, and twice baked chocolate almond croissants.

Diet goes out the window. Such wonderful goodies.

Hate giving bad reviews but... this is mostly for service. I raised it from initially 1 star because my wife really likes the cupcakes. I come in and theyre busy and helping customers near the cupcake display at the entrance. We queue up behind the group and wait (its a big group of 10 or more mostly kids) they finish helping the kids and were waiting expecting them to come help us where they were just assisting the last party... then 2 couples come in about 10 seconds apart and walk right by us to the register. I wait expecting them to come to us and then watch them help them both and ignoring us and the 2 groups now behind us in line we now go to the register and I say something... no apology, nothing. He then proceeds to forget to add our drinks to the bill ( my fault I didnt notice the total is wrong) was another 15 mins before I got someone to actually make our coffees. To her credit, she did only charge us for 1 of 2. But to little too late. Not coming back

Best cupcakes Ive ever had! We frequently go to Trophy for special occasions & have never been disappointed. These cupcakes could never be compared to grocery store type cupcakes. On their worst day Trophy would still be 5x better than a grocery store cupcake.

Fantastic cupcakes on the east side! The frosting is not overly sweet but just perfect. They have creative flavors on top of the standard ones. They seem a little pricey, however, they do Groupons often on the classic flavors. So using that it makes them both delicious and not pricey:) parking is validated if you park in the underground garage at the Bravern.

Over priced for a simple cupcake. Tried 6 of there selection. Buttercream frosting has too much butter, cream creese ones are better but still just ok. Cake are nice and moist but have little flavor. Overall not worth the price and effort to park and get there. Over hyped and over rated. $4.50 for a OK cupcake is too much for me, I will not be returning.

Great variety of super moist, and well portioned cupcakes. Love coming here for a hot chocolate with their homemade made marshmallows. Seasonal faves include the Guinness, Margarita, and Pineapple Upside Down.

Quiche a little eggy, very difficult to scrape off the base, maybe add more broccoli and spices to balence out the flavor.Cupcake is excellent, very sweet, could have perhaps used a little less sugar or more dark chocolate to valence out. Each individual component is fantastic by itself but when put together much too sweet in combo.The cupcake itself is excellent with a medium light texture, and goes well with the cookie dough buttercream. I think it would be perfect like this and the cream is an unnecessary addition.Mimosa - excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice and champagne not too sweetMacarons - phenomenal, absolutely fresh (no crunchiness like those left out a few days) and the flavor profile is exceptional, people making macarons have a tendency to overwhelm on the cream filling flavors, no such problem exists here. My only gripe is the colours are slightly too dark which can be a little offputting.Champagne - fine, nothing amazing, tastes more like a sparkling wine than that ‘traditional’ paled champagne taste, and a little sweetOverall presentation - phenomenal the shop is full of interesting and quirky things to buy, the cafe is immaculately decorated, and the staff extremely friendly.

Food was amazing, each course complemented the others while still having new tastes and experiences. The service was impeccable, very attentive while remaining friendly and conversational.

This Trophy Cupcakes location is hidden on the top floor of the Bravern, past Eye Society, so your first task is to find it. Its not a spot for sitting at, either - there are tables outside, but none in the shop. The cupcakes are as awesome as every TC place in the area, with more frosting than you could possibly want and moist cakes. Grab a dozen and make someones day, or just grab one for yourself. (Im a sucker for their carrot cake, with walnuts and thick cream cheese frosting.)

I went here recently, and I just have to say it was an overall disappointing visit. The people behind the counter acted as though they were in a huge rush, if I asked about the flavors of a cupcake they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them. I got a coffee and a vanilla cupcake, and surprisingly enough, both were burnt! The cupcake was literally burnt on the bottom, and the bottom 1/4 inch of the cupcake was dark brown and stuck in the cupcake wrapper. It tasted more like cornbread than a vanilla cupcake? The coffee had a burnt flavor, and awful after taste. Needless to say, I dont think that for the price I paid, that it was worth a visit.
