I had ordered an Unicorn ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. It was so beautiful and price is very reasonable. Birthday girl got to choose cake and ice cream favor. The 6 cake has 12 slides. Friendly staffs.Recommended!

After all these years, Baskin-Robbins is still my favorite ice cream, nothing tastes quite like it. This review is for the location at Crossroads, the shop has been up there I think since the 70s. Love their chocolate and also grape ice, if you can find it. Some of the other shops have a flavor called triple grape ice, which is the closest youre going to find today. Plenty of parking, good service, no problems just good ice cream.

Great selection of various flavors of ice cream. I always go there for Banana split which taste fantastic.

My favorite ice cream place of anywhere! Its always quiet and never crowded, the ice cream isnt heavy and soupy like Coldstone, or too rich like Ben and Jerrys, or tasteless and bland like Dreyers. They have tons of flavors and good service always. I ordered a custom cake for my graduation party and they did a fantastic job- it looked just like the picture in their catalogue, and its a pretty detailed cake! the only difference was that the pink that was a soft pink in the picture was more of a bright sickly sweet pink on the cake, but thats ok. I requested the cat as brown to match my own cat, and the cake tasted fabulous. The guy at the counter took the time with me to hear what I wanted for the cake which Im very happy about! Will definitely be back!

Trash service, dude took forever to get to us. Waited in line over 1 hr for service and got yelled at for standing to close to the glass observing the ice creams available (employee was beyond 10 ft away)

Went to go get ice cream tonight with my husband at 9:50 knowing they close at 10 but I already knew what I wanted so I know it wouldn’t take long and so we drove all the way over there got there at 9:50 and the door was locked and no one was in sight! Definitely lost a sale!

This baskin robbins is terrible I asked them to do a shake and they didnt give me the Leftovers, plus the customer service was terrible and the shake was not even well made. This location sucks. !

Generic ice cream. Relatively unclean location. Just go buy Tillamook or Umpqua at the store, you will enjoy it more and spend less money while still ending up with more ice cream.Edit: I talked with Tod Standing, he agreed I should reduce it to 1 star.

Its 90 degrees outside today and this B&R has no A/C. Its roasting inside. The 2 guys working have all of the personality of rocks. You can tell they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else but there. And the place was filthy. Ice cream dripping down the glass and the counter where you pay was sticky and just plain disgusting.

Why is it almost every Baskin Robins has the same indescribable smell to it? Its not just one thing like the waffle cones, or some ice cream flavor... Its just... this distinct subtle scent. It takes me back to my childhood visiting the one on State Street in Redlands, CA every time.

Quick services and good ice cream that hit my daughters desire for a decent mint chocolate chip.1.50/scoop on the 31st of each month is always a nice plus

The sign on the door said they closed at 10 PM but they turned out the lights at 9:25 just as we came to the door. Very disappointed.

Wow! The ice cream is very delicious and they have huge flavors to select for.The shop is well maintained and they have very friendly staff.I liked their ice cream cake customising options too.considering the other brands product of ice cream probably this is cheaper and great in quality!

Just tried to get ice cream at 9:30pm which is 30 minutes before they close and the lady wouldn’t let us in and pretended to not see us. 🙄😑

Baskin robbins are all about the same, but the employee here was very helpful and patient even with a large group of young kids to contend with.

Yummy! One complaint, the BR straws arent long enough for their large drink cups. That missing inch is a bit annoying.
