Arnaud is one of the most genuine and friendly pharmacists Ive ever met. Kind to both his customers and colleagues. Clear and helpful information about my prescription. Staff are helpful and responsive on the phone. Would highly recommend this pharmacy
One of the worst pharmacies I had ever visited, I have to struggle for my prescription for almost a week as a patient in a pain. Pharmacists working here wasted lots of my time. They said they will communicate to me about my medications and I didn’t received any calls from them which ended me doing multiple visits with no luck but just wasting time.Finally I asked them to transfer my medications prescription to Bartells and for that they took almost 2 days, when I call them to transfer the medications they didn’t do it. Very bad customer service. They don’t have any respect for the patients in pain. Finally at Bartell the same medications I got it in few hours. I would never use this bad pharmacy in the near future. Pharmacy staff at this center is very bad except Ghazallee who took sometime in guiding but the head pharmacist and the assistant is just wasting time of the customers sitting idle doing nothing. Very bad experience.
This pharmacy has exceptional people who provide amazing service. It is out of my way and there are several places closer but I would not think of going anywhere else. The pharmacists and those working with them are appreciated so much! Thank each of you.

I was recommended by another DR, for the johnson vaccine. He gave me the name Dan- I appreciate the recoomendation. Dan was awesome. I received the Johnson vaccine and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The pharmacist was Dr. Dan. Dr. OConnell at Serenity refereed me. Great service! 5 stars. I am in the front line so to speak - yet the ease of this was awesome! 2 days in - mild fatigue but nithing even worth mentioning. 5 star for Dr Dan for 5 star service.
This pharmacy set itself above all the rest. Main guy Dan is just super. My stuff is always ready and I’ve never had a problem when he is there.The grocery part however is trash and really poorly run. Get new management please and fix the place.
Im enrolled in the Walmart text system, so I know when my Rx is ready & the copay amount.Dan, Arnaud, Edmond, Steve, et al,Good, hardworking people.So glad I switched from the big club warehouse.
Steve was very helpful regarding a problem I had with one of my prescriptions. He made sure he kept in close contact with me regarding this issue and in the end it was resolved in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

I wanted to fill a prescription over the phone. I called and told them my doctors name in Washington. Instead they fax my old doctor in another state to get a prescription filled that was almost a year old!!! I then tried to cancel and they would not. What idiots! And I gave them my doctors name in Bellevue Washington. I am not picking up that prescription! I am going to my doctor and going to another place. You really do not care about the people. Also...this pharmacy does not deserve a one star...0.

I dont usually waste my energy leaving bad reviews BUT after my constant dissatisfaction with this location and todays encounter with Asst. Mgr. Chad, I definitely feel the need. I recently relocated here two months. I thought Id be able to continue ordering grocery delivery like Id been doing before coming to Redmond. UNFORTUNATELY, this seemingly simple thing has proven to be complicated for this store. EVERY delivery (minus one) has had some complication which has lead me to check my orders and get in to get ahead of the craziness before my scheduled delivery. Todays dilemma, they didnt have water or coffee. 🤔Really? I called and asked Wal-Mart Grocery customer Service to get in touch with them and they did. After going back and forth between us two we had settled on the fact that it was ok to send me the 32 count water since they didnt have the 40 count (this would have been a no brainer for my Texas store). Then we talked about coffee...they wanted to know if a certain kind was ok...my response Yes, as long as it is instant and has caffeine. We got off the phone with both me and the customer service rep sure that the grocery picker was on top of everything. Imagine my disappointment when the delivery person showed up to my door with a HUGE container of coffee grounds (not instant coffee)!Fast forward to me going in to get coffee and hopefully speaking to someone. I see a man picking groceries...his name is Chad and according to his badge, hes an asst. mgr I ask him if there is a manager in grocery delivery I can speak to, to which he replies (in a rude manner)...I dont know what you are talking about, what are you asking?? I repeated myself. He asked if I was talking about OGP? I told him that I had no idea what an OGP was. After I let him know EXACTLY what I was talking about and asking for another Mgr. he went into victim mode stating I was giving him attitude. I asked for someone else. Thankfully Asst. Mgr. Ayeshs (sp?)was in the vicinity. She got me the answers I needed and apologized for my inconvenience.As it turns out Chad was working in a role today that isnt his...the sad part is that I as a customer knew that he was not thrilled to be doing the work. This was my last time 6placing an order with Wal-Mart. Ill risk spending more MONEY at Fred Myers to get better service!!Please focus on:Staying stockedBetter customer service
I have had nothing but great service from all of the pharmacists and staff. They are all very professional and friendly. On several occasions they have assisted me in resolving problems I had with my scripts.They are a great group!
Worst experience ever. I cant believe it would take over an hour to fill an Rx for an inhaler. Way to lie about how long it takes your slow asses to get anything done. And how dare you all profile anyone. Im livid with these people. seriously take your business else where. These people care nothing for customers service, Or about their customers lives.
Rude and not too bright. I drop off an rx on Monday with 90 tabs, the rx costs $300 so I told them I will pick up 30 now and the rest on Friday. I am told yeah yeah no problem, mind you the last time this happened they entered it in the system as 3 different refills for 30 each and it was a huge problem. I call today to make sure its ready and low and behold they entered it wrong again. After explaining the situation to them I am told theres nothing they can or will do for me. I was asking him why after warning them of the error last time how can this happen again? I am telling him to look up the paper rx to see that they made a mistake again, they guy tells me no and hangs up on me! Seriously? This is pretty simple yet they mess up every time even with warning, how can you trust them to fill meds correctly??
