Great customer service, had a typo on the engraving when I came to pick it up and was able to get it fixed within 15 minutes. Couldnt speak higher of this place.

American Trophies is awesome. Their turnaround time is very quick. Mary was great with customer service and made corrections (due to my mistake) on plaques without any complaints. For any sports events I will surely go back to them for my trophy needs and will recommend to anyone who has the need.

Tom did a special project for me for my boyfriends birthday, there were other trophy shops that wouldnt touch what I wanted, and Tom got the job done! It was not easy and he did excellent work. I had a great experience with American Trophies and Engraving. I went in with a crystal piece to have a plaque installed on. The owner not only advised me on what would look the best on this particular piece as far as color and type, but offered to cut the plaque to fit the irregular shape it was being installed on. He did it all in just one day. Great turn around. It looks fantastic. They really did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this customer focused business.

I just picked up my very small project today (engraved metal name plate that I am using to personalize a wedding gift) and it looks Perfect!! During Covid I have emailed Thomas several times to get all the info I needed- dimensions, font, color, etc as I am very particular. He was patient with me and emailed a mock-up sample of what it would look like and adjusted font sizes. I am so pleased with how it turned out, how quickly he was able to do it, and at a reasonable price. I couldnt be happier.

Best engraver on the Eastside. As always, Tom did exactly what I asked. He communicated thoroughly and the product was on time and as promised. I went in for a nameplate for a custom-framed jersey. I was told, We do those all the time, and I was shown what they normally do. It was ugly, cheap plastic. I told them I did not want cheap plastic. I want metal/brass. He said, Sure, I can do that. When I picked up my order, he had used the cheap, ugly plastic, as well as the wrong color. It looks horrible.
