I am very disappointed with glass lenses quality. After 3 month of wearing, lenses are all scratched up and can not be recovered. All my previous glasses I used to wear for at least 5 years, and I never had such a bad state of the glass. There is no warranty and they dont want to do anything even though they advertised them to me as best lenses with special coatings. Now they are saying it is all my fault, what else can they say. I am wearing a glasses for couple decades and this is first time I am seeing such bad coating. I encourage you to write a review if you had the same experience. To compare you can take a look on my old glasses from another place, that are 4 or 5 years old, the frame is all beat up but lenses are in better condition then lens crafters after 3 month.

Andrew (assistance manager) was awesome for my visit today. Had answers for all my questions and provided top notch customer service. Helped me order lenses for frames i had purchased and order contacts. Extremely detail oriented and willing to help. Great experience and will be back! Definitely recommend coming here for your glasses and/or contacts.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the initial hello to the final goodbye. Andrew and Hafiz helped us immensely by answering all of our questions patiently and thoughtfully. I needed a vision appointment right away because frames of my spectacles broke last night and LensCrafters at this location had the earliest available appointment listed on their website which made the whole process of scheduling an appointment smooth and extremely seamless. This is definitely going to be my place to go for all my familys vision needs. Dr.Charlie explained the meaning of the tests, and answered our medical inquisitive inquiries wonderfully. He walked me through my contact lens fitting, gave me tips and advice on what would make it easier to wear and use. Cannot emphasize enough, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE EXPERIENCE here.

Hafiz is amazing! I got a new prescription recently and after getting my new glasses elsewhere I had such a hard time with it and was having terrible headache for a few days. I came back for a re-check and Hafiz did analysis between three new glasses and the old glasses and I dont know what he did but everything feels great now! My glasses were broke by my hot tub lid and I walked in to LensCrafters and was greeted by HAFIZ the license optician. He was very kind to me took my glasses in the back and fixed them very quickly …and no charge to me …it was awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses or help with broken glasses.

It was our second or maybe third time to purchase from this store. Anthony was great as always. He helped us patiently with figuring out what features were the best for us and he helped us also figure out all combinations of features and how much our insurance would cover for each.In addition, I noticed that while we were in the other Lens Crafters (at Macys) store for eye exam, it was Anthony who had helped them figure out how to enter my insurance info (apparently they had called him to get help). I have often had problem to pull out my insurance (I dont know why) and again it was Anthony who could resolve it. So, thank you so much.

Have been here for over 12 years now and Tony is hands down the best employee to communicate with anything you need. Over the years of getting to know him he really is genuine and loves the craft that he works for. He will go as far as to offer to clean your glasses for free if they look dirty, so make sure you clean them ! Cause he can see if they are dirty! Haha

This location has been my go-to location for a little over 4 years now, when I first went in I was greeted by an amazingly friendly staff (Tony and Hafiz and Dr.Yeh) which still work at this location and have continued to be a friendly face every time I go in for checkups or glasses. I went in to get my eyes tested for potential astigmatism and as I already knew yup that was the case.. I was immediately taken cared of and was told that at my current level glasses werent a must but would be a good idea.. and thats how the journey started, I decided it was in my best interest to get a pair of glasses and it was the best decision I could make!The workers at LensCrafters basically became like a family, treated me with patience and were attentive to all my questions and needs and let me tell you as an adult getting glasses for the first time in my life my questions were plentiful! One thing I enjoyed was I never felt like I was being oversold or that I was being pushed to make a decision, buy something or to leave.. which for a busy that gets rather busy and requires their staff to interact with multiple people throughout the day was actually very nice..Id recommend this store to anyone looking for a pair of new glasses or getting your first pair and I have recommended this particular lens crafters to many people.Theyve recently gotten some new to the store staff and as a whole I think lens crafters just does customer service amazinglyI actually look forward to coming in and having my eyes checked as well as getting new glasses when the time comes!Thanks for being awesome keep it up!

I bought eyeglasses online and they did not fit my face correctly. So I called lens crafters to see if they would be willing to adjust my glasses. I spoke with Andrew and he was very friendly and said he could do it free of charge. He did an amazing job with my adjustments and my glasses pit perfect! Will be back!!

The staff and service here is the best. I walked into this place randomly to see if someone can help adjust my glasses. They took the glasses to the backroom and came back good as new! Didnt require a payment. Just happy to help. Lots of glasses selection too.

Unfortunately the frame he chose didnt accommodate the prescription but Hafiz recommended a different pair that resolved the issue and worked for golfing and general outdoor use.
