Management is terrible here for many reasons:1. Will overwork employees to the point of them passing out but dont care2. Will schedule new employees by themselves with little training, making them work 6+hrs with no breaks (WHICH IS ILLEGAL BTW)3. Will underpay employees of color4. Actively make it a hostile environment for non-straight people, making it very hard for employees to feel comfortable being open about their identities.5. Dont pay attention to resumes and promote people with very little experience and no bar training over people who actually have experience.I hope these managers either get replaced or get worked to the bone like they work their employees. Im never coming here again and Ill be making sure none of my friends ever come here.

Terrible management. Coffee was meh but when I went to pay for my items there was manager ringing me out, something about the cashier going on break, and they were terribly rude the whole time. I almost walked out without even paying because I was so furious. You can get this kind of coffee anywhere but you can only get terrible service from one place

I love the decoration. The coffee was good but I wasnt impressed with the pretzel twist. They just lack flavor to me but maybe it is good for someone who enjoy the flavor. The texture was great though.

It was so hot outside I was sweating, I asked the girl to recommend me a cold beverage. By the time I was done with it i was shivering cold. Would recommend, and I will be back to try other stuff.

Avalanche and Mud Slide were super super sugary. Was our first visit, totally dissapointed!

Great location and service. Very friendly folks even when the line is long and a wait is more possible. Despite occasional long lines, the drinks are well made so its all worth it.

The coffee here is good but very expensive. The 12oz only comes with one shot so you have to pay extra to make it a normal latte that you’d get at most other coffee shops.

It’s a charming place, with friendly service, but they really are not very good at making lattes. As that is all I drink, you can imagine I am left disappointed when, after multiple visits, I am left never having gotten a properly prepared latte.Starbucks really does outdo them for lattes and flat whites, and I have absolutely no loyalty to Starbucks. I always prefer small boutique coffee places anytime I can. But this place just has never impressed me.They need better training on how to use the machine or if the training IS adequate, they need a way to incentivize their employees to actually absorb the training and learn the difference between a scalded (WAY too hot to drink, 3rd visit in a row), no-microfoam, barely-better-than-a-convenience-store-machine latte, and a latte that is expected of their boutique store status and high-end mall location. This place has a lot of potential, and perhaps I’ve just been unlucky a half dozen times in a row, but I’m starting to get the feeling they just have no idea what they are doing. Frustrating.

The atmosphere is absolutely to die for homey, warm, staff is also amazing but I just cant get past the taste of their coffee Ive tried to love it but its difficult my recommendation would be to change your coffee bean if you took a poll more than half of your customers would probably say the same just my two cents

I ordered a iced coffee and then realized hadnt got my wallet. They didnt have any kind of digital pay. But the staff was extremely kind and gave me the coffee for free. Such a nice gesture. Thanks so much

Literally the management here is so poor. Cashiers don’t even wear masks or mandate customers to wear masks. Terrible terrible service.

My best coffee, latte😍

Not a very pleasant experience. My concern is with the quantity of coffee served.I ordered a cold brew 16oz with no ice. They asked me to pay extra if I wanted a cup full of coffee. I was served about 12oz without ice.

The cafe is in the middle of a busy mall, and it posts a 10-person capacity during this phase of lockdown. The employees must constantly remind waiting customers to stay outside of the (rather open) boundaries of the cafe. Theres currently only one two-person table open for service, but I saw customers just move a closed sign off of another table to sit until an employee asked them to leave. The table was also next to the line of customers waiting to order, again often not following distancing guidelines. The cafe itself is quite fine, but its popularity can lead to overcrowding, which must be tiresome for the employees as well.

Single origin Guatemalan pour over coffee is the best i have had. I continue to go back for it. Happy they adhered to my requests for social distancing. With its popularity growing a public announcement system for orders would be a worthwhile investment.

The coffee here is much smoother than most coffee chains that are around. The staff are always friendly and efficient. My only thing to note for improvement is that I need to ask them to put one less pump of flavoring into my drink. A bit too sweet to my taste, but they always make it right.

Very friendly atmosphere

This is very much a Starbucks experience for me. Change their color scheme from brown to green and it would be hard for me to tell them apart. Not that thats horrible, its just that you get that chain store coffee feel, nothing special or eccentric like a local place. So, if you want an alternative to Starbucks but want to be sure of a consistently same experience, this is a good choice.

I stumbled across this shop while making a quick stop in the mall. I have hopes to open my own coffee shop one day so a) I always try to support local and b) I always am curious how these smaller shops do things. I really loved the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and quick. My coffee was good (I got an iced coffee). I would go back for sure! My only complaint was just the size of the space was kind of tight for the popularity.

They have Covid guidelines but they don’t enforce it and nobody cleaned the tables. There were two guys sitting at closed off tables for 2 hours and the employees did nothing about it. One of the guys even asked about the closed off tables and just sat at it knowing it was closed off. And the employee that answered him didn’t stop him either.

This one was supposed to be a latte. Worst coffee i ever had. Tasted burned and milk was like just boiled. Aspected to see foam not this s***

BEST London Fog Ive ever had! Didnt know I would ever have a different one, because theyre pretty simple, but this place blows all the others Ive had OUT OF THE WATER! Incredible! Sweet ladies at the counter too!I asked about the blueberry smoothie and the lady told me she had one DAILY for quite a long time and recommends it.I will be trying that soon!

I enjoy Woods coffee. The staff is friendly and the coffee is reliably good. I have a consistent experience here and I think the atmosphere is nice as well. If you want to sit down and enjoy a cup while at the mall its a good place to go.

I have lived in the Seattle area all my life so I am no stranger to good coffee and coffee houses. Right now Im gonna say that woods is coming in to the game strong and homey! Keep it going and put one in Bothell!

My new favorite coffee mini-chain! Great service. The food is all made by them and there are delicious options for vegans (banana bread) and gluten-free (pumpkin scones) diets as well. Its a cool, relaxed vibe with mix of people working, friends and families. ☕💗

Honestly the best of the Northwest based coffee chains. We loved Woods up in Whatcom County, its like coming home having it in Bellevue Square. Looking forward to see them expanding world wide.

There is no better coffee than Woods Coffee, I recommend that all coffee lovers or people looking to have some breakfast and a coffee check this place out! It’s amazing! Staff is great aswell. Vanilla Iced Latte and a cheddar jalapeño bagel is my go-to order, I’ve tried everything on the menu, it’s all delicious.

They have the BEST latte on the planet, which tastes much more authentic and original than any other major brands out there! Keep it up.

I had a Mocha today and the barista left out the chocolate. When I remarked on the fact, she just dumped some chocolate in the coffee, I COULDNT BELIEVE SHE DIDNT REMAKE IT!!! Especially given what they charge, they are more than Starbucks, very disappointed.

I ordered a cappuccino yesterday and it tasted as it’s coming from a vending machine. It has more milk than a latte and the foam is the opposite of micro foam.

This was the first Woods to open in King county and I was so glad to see it. I have been going to woods for years in Bellingham and have always enjoyed their consistency, good coffee and great service. I have appreciated the atmosphere they create for guest and the furniture choices (natural wood). They have great WiFi and ample seating. Best place for coffee in the mall by a long shot!

Extremely convenient and amazing hours for me. First of all, the hours at this Woods Coffee location are fantastic because its in the mall. I tend to be a nightowl and drink coffee really late and this location is my go to since it closes later than all the other coffee shops or cafes around it.The atmosphere is welcoming and the seats are comfortable. The wifi is fast and you can also connect to the Bellevue Square wifi too if you have any issues.My favorite drink here is the steamed cold brew which I cannot find at any other coffee place. I really like to drink it when its cold out since I really love cold brew but I want to drink something hot. I have them steam in some cream with it and it just elevates the drink to another level. Would recommend!

The first time I ever had Woods coffee, I ordered a latte, and there was a ton of sweetener in it, so I gave a terrible review. Ive since been back and learned that the mistake of one barista is not reflective of the entire chain. The espresso is piping hot and flavorful, and they have an excellent grilled cheese, which is an instant win in my book.
