Ive been fascinated by how different parts of the world approach coffee, and I love how theres a cafe that shares that fascination. Third Culture Coffee is a great place to grab a coffee, and their global themed signature menu includes influences from Vietnam, Greece, Spain, and India to name a few.If youre looking for a place to sit and chat with friends, or get work done, their interior atmosphere is a great (when its safe to during the pandemic). There are big bright windows, indoor and outdoor seating, and even an indoor-swing.Even during the pandemic, I still recommend Third Culture Coffee. The cafe enforces social distancing and masks in the store. Also, the Downtown Bellevue Park is a short walk from the cafe, and a great place to enjoy your coffee. And I recently picked up a bag of their coffee beans that Ive been enjoying at home.Im fortunate enough to be able to walk to Third Culture. I can imagine it being a tad more difficult if youre driving. There is street parking available, but availability might vary depending on the time of day.I highly recommend a visit to Third Culture. Id much rather sit in their cafe while enjoying my coffee, but there is still plenty to enjoy on the go.

This place used to be decent BC19. I went today at 18:10 and asked for Assam tea for dine-in. I got it served on a paper cup. I reminded the guy behind the counter that I didn’t asked for to go. I also had to ask, for milk and sugar as there was none served with the tea. His reply was that they’re understaffed on a Friday night and don’t serve on china after 18:00. He wasn’t the only employee there. They only had three tables inside including me! The tea was OK. 20 minutes into drinking my tea a couple shows up, they order coffee, and they get it served in china + wooden tray, and another two customers show up and also got their drinks in china….go figure!

Its not as good as before the pandemic now. The interior is damaged and the vibe is disappointing.

I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, but they were experiencing an internet problem on their register so the guy just gave me a free coffee. Would recommend for an early morning study session or just a place to catch up with some friends.

Cute neighborhood coffee shop. Always packed with family’s or people just doing work. They have a great single origin pour over but your coffee really depends on the barista. I’ve had amazing drinks and other days with different baristas I end up with something very mediocre.

Exceedingly delightful with Mr Matt service, whenever I visit ‘Third Culture Coffee’, for sure will go with ‘Indian Filter Coffee’ extra hot. Mr Matt provides the service with attention, professionalism and commitment which is adorable.

Coffee is overpriced for what you get. I ordered cappuccino and received milky foam with slight taste of coffee. When I asked to redo my coffee stuff was rude and coffee that they gave me was even worse than the first one. DON’T GO there If you like quality coffee experience.

Excellent espresso flavor and traditional drink options. Great alternative brewing methods. You can tell the espresso shots are closely dialed in to the weather. The atmosphere is unlike any other shop and will leave you feeling creatively inspired. I will be back!

I loved the seating arrangement, its somewhere I can enjoy a good cup of coffee and and enjoy life. Its very relax and chill and I can see everybody else is enjoying the same thing. I adventurous so I ordered the Spanish and Vietnamese coffee haha but it was ok. The Vietnamese coffee didnt have that authentic taste, if you had Vietnamese coffee you know what I mean and the Spanish coffee was very sweet. I recommend adding ice to the coffee because it will soften the sweetness, which will make it more enjoyable. I will try their regular coffee next time for sure. I will say it again I think this place has the best seating arrangement.

Totally bizarre coffee place did not have equal or any sweetener and I ordered a mocha couldnt taste that either but the friend and I have had it to be the most bitter coffee weve ever had I asked if they were refills were told only that if you ordered a drip you know I ordered a Americano assumed they would do a drip refill but no go.Limited supply of pastry and maximum coffee size 12 oz dont know how long theyll be in business

Excellent third wave coffee. The espresso is balanced and is handed to you at the correct temperature. Not only that but the staff is friendly and they have a lot of interesting drink options!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received yesterday at Third Culture Coffee. Id ordered the Rosewater Lassi and specifically mentioned that Id like it without ice. Instead the order was made with a ton of ice in it. I get it, this happens. But when I pointed this out, the person took the cup, just removed the ice cubes from it in front of me and then gave me back a cup that was about 3/4th full. There were people in line behind me so I didnt want to create a scene, but this was extremely poor service.

Stumbled upon this gem when looking online for Vietnamese coffee after an early morning appointment down the street. Tried the Cafe Bombon ($4) and Indian Filter Coffee ($5), and loved both! Super high quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and delicious drinks. Totally worth the price, so dont be scared off!Reading a bit about the owners story added depth to the experience for me. We took ginger chai latte and cardamom chai latte both of them had zero flavor, was quite disappointed. Although courteous staff and nice ambiance.

My favorite place in downtown Bellevue, and I have tried just about all of them. They use high quality coffee and almond milk at the correct temperature. Cute decor and the barista Stephanie is so amazing!

I really like this place and their coffee! You really cannot go wrong with the variety, options and choices here. Theres something for everyone - coffees, teas, cold options or hot. Whenever I need a coffee fix and am in the area, I usually always get their mocha and have tried their different teas over the years. The coffee tastes exactly how I like it - strong, fresh and combined well with the chocolate (for the mocha). I have tried their eating options but am not really a fan - their avocado toast was an a semolina bread with balsamic drizzle which was not how I enjoy my avocado toast. So that was disappointing. But I have realized over my numerous visits that I should just stick to what they do best which is the coffee and tea!Also I love the place and neighborhood this coffee place is located at! The cafe is spacious, welcoming and very relaxing.

Nothing over 12oz. Nothing as basic as Carmel flavor. The coffee was bitter and burnt, and pretty expensive. The place was also kinda a mess. Coffee stains on the floor. Overall, not a great experience.

Very cool cold brew options including a nitrogen infused cold brew that looked and tasted a bit like a Guinness on tap. We also enjoyed the espresso shot with condensed milk that was served in an interesting cup design and insulated the drink without burning your hands. Highly recommend the raisin toast in all its buttery goodness!!

I came here to do work on a Sunday morning to afternoon. The coffeehouse vibes and music within this cafe made it a great workplace! There was also plenty of seating available.I ordered a Vietnamese Coffee and a slice of lemon & lavender coffee cake. Both were definitely good, but removing one star because of the cost/quantity. Im very sensitive to caffeine now, so the quantity of the coffee was enough for me, but for $4.50 I expect a bit more than a shot-glass of coffee.Overall, if Im in the area and need to get work done, Ill definitely come back here!

I loved this place... and I wanted to keep loving it until this one time, their coffee was painfully bad. I used to bring my guests here for coffee until this one time back in March. I brought my friends here for coffee and it was so so bad. Like why am I paying for this coffee bad. It was painfully bitter, tasted burnt, it was my worst coffee in good amount of time. I’m giving three stars for the good coffees I had at this place. I don’t think I’m going to go back for a while due to my latest experience and honestly I’m afraid if I’ll have to have that experience once more. I wanted to say something to the barista, but with COVID and everything, there were too many people waiting in line so I didn’t want to add more time on their wait.

Drove over 20 miles here because I was craving an Espresso milkshake and this is the only place close to me that had one and had great reviews on it. The guy that served me was checked out mentally or something after waiting a while for my drink wondering where it was, I walk up to the hand off and he looks at me and realizes he forgot about my milkshake in the blender. Whatever, I just wanted to taste this Espresso milkshake already that had some hyped reviews. Disappointed. Watery, bland flavor. Worse milkshake Ive ever drank. Maybe he just made it wrong, but I wont ever go back there again for one. Nope.

Overall I enjoy the vibe and the selection of teas and coffees. However the espresso milkshake was terrible. $8 for a small cup of lukewarm over whipped milk was the last thing I expected. Don’t waste your money, but I appreciate the fast wifi in the cafe.

Best Indian filter coffee. Right amount of sweetness. Loved the place. Lovely ambience. Great option of beverages. There was a passion fruit cake that I tried. It was good too. This is going to be my favorite coffee place in Bellevue.

Great cafe. Offers a variety of specialty coffees (I’m good with an Americano, so haven’t tried those) and teas. Good selection of pastries and dark chocolate bars. Close distance to the downtown park making it an ideal destination for a coffee break after a stroll in the park.

Overall really enjoyed the experience the problem was I was not able to get more hot water for my tea since I did not get the tea leaves. I had to repurchase which is unusual. Otherwise it would have been a five star. I do recommend the kaya toast and the Chai.

Very cool atmosphere with a bunch of different seating options and some outdoor tables! They had a solid selection of craft drinks along with all traditional espresso based drinks! I got a slice of lemon cake to go with my latte and everything was perfect! The shop was busy the entire time I was there but the barista was on her A game! You can tell this is a local hot spot for a reason!

I love stopping into 3rd Culture Coffee with friends when out for a walk or for a business meeting over a cup of coffee. From the day they opened in 2017 this coffee shop has been a place that clearly wishes to welcome Bellevues diverse community and be a place for people to gather. They say Welcome in the signs above their counter, in the many world of coffee options on their menu, in the local artists featured in rotating exhibitions and in the comfortable way they greet and serve. I have noticed through the years that the team at 3rd Culture have sought out new ways to make this a place for people to gather by extending their offerings and hours. Thanks!

Great little place. Coffee is not the best but still really good

Its a very nice place to hang around. We ordered Ginger latte tea, Indian filter coffee and Nutcracker(tea). Ginger latte is awesome if you are big fan of Indian version ginger tea then definitely you will like it. Nutcracker is awesome as well, it comes in a large quantity and their set up is so cute tea Kettle, small jug of honey and milk, the tray where they put all together thats cool. They also keep jaggery with sugar. Ambience is so elegant l, the place is really casual and perfect for tea and coffee. I would go here again and again :)

Hands down the best spot to get coffee in Bellevue. Their baristas are incredibly good at what they do. Always wish that their pasty case was higher quality (we usually grab food elsewhere), but it doesn’t seem to stop us from swinging by for coffee.

We were looking for a quick bite before heading to Hilton Head, and Goose Feathers hit the spot for sure. Great coffee, great food, and a lovely atmosphere. The service was wonderful - really friendly and welcoming. Dont pass this one by.

The coffee is a better than average and the swing is great.My wife wanted to go here because the swing is iconic and lots of people come here just to take pictures on it. Its a great way to advertise and it is pretty new for a cafe. The coffee shop is pretty unique I deffintly enjoyed the visit.

Coffee flight is interesting, avocado toast is good but a little pricey

I had a cold brew and a chocolate chip cookie. Im not one for spending time in Bellevue since it tends to be a more pretentious place but this little spot grabbed my attention. That and i needed coffee. The cold brew taste incredible enough for me to write a review for it. Its not too bitter but it will make you think yup, this is coffee as soon as it touches your lips. The chocolate chip is a standard cookie, it gets the job done. sadly, it is a bit loud in here because of the echo whenever someone speaks. Im with my headphones in and i can still hear the chatter of people and the busyness of the employees. Its conveniently nearby my favorite park in the city, so i definitely will be coming back to get the cold-brew.

Modern cafe with tall ceiling, inviting decor and very friendly staff. There is selection of coffee and teas plus small selection of pastries. New cafes generally lack the ‘cosy’ atmosphere. Even though Third Culture Coffee lacks the rustic cosy-ness, it makes up for being a nice place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. When I am in old town Bellevue again, I will be there for my caffeine fix.
