I looked around couldnt find what I wanted. I was offered help to do a price check and order online by a store rep. As I was waiting I looked for her it had been awhile, she was now assisting someone else so I left and wont be returning.

This is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had at Bellevue MK. And I use to manage a clothing store so I understand what good customer service is. First off the staff was extremely rude and seemed irritated to even acknowledge my presence. As I looked for a new watch and gift for my girlfriend the store manager Chris came out of the back office yelling at his employees and swearing in front of customers. I had enough and left. If I want to hear some angry puggy Down syndrome looking little man trying to prove that he is a big man. I will watch jersey shore.

The style speaks for itself. As for the pricing, timing is everything. Stop in often to catch the sales and clearances. I am not the target audience, but this is the first stop on every expedition with my better half, who is both fashionista and astute bargain hunter.

Have to agree with other bad reviews - I was NOT impressed by the way this store manager treated me as a customer. Stormie (salesperson) was great but her manager’s attitude has made me decided to never return to this location in the future...

Okay, so I was frustrated at first, because I had an issue with a bag I had purchased; but then one of the young gentlemen that worked there, completely turned it around for me. He spent so much time with me, listening to what I did and didnt like, giving my his suggestions, and offering his honest opinion. He ended up going above and beyond to fix the issue that I had too, and to make it right. I am so grateful for his time, and for his kindness to me.

Im not one to write reviews, however, I had a stellar expierence saturday. I came in to size three watches I bought online, the sales associate was friendly and diligent. She made sure every watch fit to my liking, and even offered my mother and I water while we waited. I didnt catch her name but she was petite and maybe persian. I hope she sees this and knows I appreicate how welcoming and helpful she was!

Bought a bag at Lynwood MK and went to this store for a return. Staff told me I can’t return it because I’m a bulk buyer in the system. (Which I’m not) Believed his BS and went back to Lynwood for a easy return. Staff at Lynwood told me similar situation have happened many time especially on Asian customers and many complaints had been filed to the Bellevue store. I can’t prove what she told me, but I did feel unwelcome when I visit the Bellevue MK.The fact is the bag can be returned and I’m not a bulk buyer. The guy at Bellevue store was unethical.

I have purchased a gift for my mother at this store. The piece of clothing that I have bought didnt work for her and so I gave her an original receipt so that she could get the money back. When my mother came back to the store the manager of the store, Esteban, told her that he could not process the return because the person who bought it originally has to be there to receive the cash back. This was a gift, wasnt it? He told my mom. Keep in mind that the product was bought with cash and my mom had an original receipt with her. When I called back to talk to Esteban, he has told me that this was a mis communication. The only reason he has used this excuse is because my mom has an accent and English is her second language. However, her English is great! He has told me over the phone that the reason for no return was because he had not enough cash in his drawer. The merchandise was under $100 value. Its hard for me to believe that he did not have that much cash in there. Even if this was true, he has not mentioned anything about not having enough cash in his drawer, but told her to come back for an exchange next week because apparently they have a sale going on. Really??? Michael Kors, since when are you not refunding money to customers who are returning unworn product with tags with an original receipt, and it being a CASH purchase?????  So much for professionalism, customer service, and most important, integrity. Very upset with how Esteban, who is a store manager, mind you, has dealt with the whole situation and most importantly how he treated my mother because she is an immigrant. When I have mentioned to Esteban about complaining to the corporate office, he has told me Well, I will tell my manager that this was a mis-communication and this will be resolved. When I came back to return the merchandise, (just how Esteban suggested - the original purchaser) another manger, Mike, processed my return. He knew of the whole ordeal and didnt make it a point to apologize for this ugly situation. And Esteban was at lunch, of course. Thats apparently how Michael Kors covers up for their store managers lies. They resolve things between each other. But this will never be resolved with me!u2028 NEVER coming back here again!

Terrible service. On MK website it clearly states that returns can be made in store at any MK location. When I carried heavy bags to this store, the sales person told me MK does not process SALE return in store. And I had to carry them back again. Excuse me ?
