Ordering online was super-easy and convenient. The bouquet arrived on time and it was both fresh and delicious. The fruit and chocolate were much-appreciated by my brother and his wife who just had a baby!

I love the variety of gifts available and the customer service was excellent. The recipients were not at home on the first delivery attempt. I was notified by email of this and then received a phone call. I was impressed that they were willing to make multiple attempts to get the delivery directly to the recipients. It was an anniversary gift and they loved it. Apparently the mini cheesecakes are amazing. I will definitely use them again!

My family loves Edible Arrangements! We have a family member with a nut allergy, and ordering fruit is a safe and healthy option. Excellent service.

I have no issue with the product, it was quite nice. My issue was the snippy man who responded to me when I had a question about delivery. The tracking on my arrangement showed it out for delivery all day. After 7 hours of this tracking, I called the store before they closed to double check. The man who answered was snide, dismissive. I asked simply if the tracking was correct, since it had been up for hours and still no delivery. He asked why I was calling...I said to double check if it was truly out for delivery. A huge SIGH and then a reluctant, yes, its out for delivery. The delivery was made about 2 and a half hours after this call. Again, the product was good and the recipient was happy. I wouldnt be writing this review except an email was sent to me last week to write a review on Google, or if I had a problem with the store to contact them. I contacted them as they suggested. No response. So today, when another email came through to review them, well, I decided to review the rude costumer service. There are other Edible Arrangements in the area, Id suggest using them instead of this one.

They were sold out of many items we ordered and just delivered what they had in stock however did not refund us or even tell us half the stuff we ordered would bot be delivered and charged for them still. I had to call to get them to refund otherwise they would have not !they are absolute scammers. Go to a more professional place who knows how to communicate! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very poor customer service at this Bellevue, Was store. They do not answer their phone. Receipt confirm has 2 items and prepaid for with credit card. I had two items in my order for today, & got only 1 item! They did not call me back and need by 5 pm today. The website for Edible Arrangements is also very challenging to use as well. Looking for another company or other dessert and gift options in future.

Sheltering in place this last 1.5 years has not been easy with my team at work. Edible arrangements was a great partner in getting snacks to my team all over the United States with deliveries straight to their door. Placed a $200 CAD order a few weeks ago for my sister’s first birthday since I’m in Canada. The arrangement arrived late (that seems to be a pattern for this place) was missing 2 balloons, the teddy bear, special fruit letters, and cookies. If you didn’t have the products, TELL ME BEFOREHAND. Now I need to call and waste time getting a refund because they couldn’t be bothered to let me know. Or, they thought they could get away with not including stuff I paid for because I’m ordering from Canada. Save your precious time and money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Sent arrangement to daughter and new husband as a Christmas surprise. Got to them a little later than intended. But arrived Christmas eve..they loved it. It was my first time using them..taking in accord holiday and snow..no biggy. Would use again..but have now moved to Oregon..well see how that goes

Overall Im satisfied with the product and delivery. But what bothers me the most is that I had questions about my order and the never answer the phone or returned my email. And also the cookies had wierd green stuff on them almost like grass I wanna say. My boyfriend joked and said its probably bud. But who knows. Now I have a box of cookies we havent touched but paid $10 for.

There was a fail attempt on a delivery on the date that I requested for where I spent $73.67No one has contacted me to solve or figure out a way to re-deliver this or give me a refund.I’ve called several times to this location that was meant to do this delivery yet no one has called me back.I also submitted a ticket to get support. It’s been more than 48 hours and I’m still waiting.*Don’t get anything from this company unless you want your surprise to be ruined.*I want my money back in full.

My husband ordered me a bouquet for my birthday and it was a disaster. First, the delivery never showed up during the day - my husband tried calling them to see what happened/where it was, but they were already closed. So we figured it would come the next day. But then, around 9:45pm, already in bed going to sleep, we hear a knock on the door and lo and behold it was the fruit arrangement. My birthday was on a Wednesday, and not around any major holidays, so it was not clear why it would come so late. Although frustrating, we were just happy it finally arrived.Then it got worse. First, it looked udderly horrible (see photo), fruit fell off down the sides into the plastic, and it was very wet and messy inside the packaging. Still trying to be optimistic, we went to actually try some of the fruit and it tasted bad as well, really low quality and just not good. THEN, I come across a moldy strawberry. After that, we decided to not even try and eat anymore, because who knows what else is moldy and what other fruit it might have touched.Feeling defeated, we tried giving them a call to get a refund, because it did not meet their Certified Happiness claim, and these things arent cheap. Unfortunately, we are now struggling to get a refund. They asked if we had pictures of the mold and asked it was still in tact and wanted to come pick it up?! Like what are you going to do with it/why would you want it back? To provide proof, we dug the moldy strawberry out of the garbage to snap a picture and send to them (photo below). But we have yet to hear back or receive a refund. :(We will continue reaching out to try and get our money back, but would not recommend these guys to anyone.

My experience with Edible Arrangements have always been positive ones, both giving and recieving. Delivery is always on time and the quality of the items have always been fresh. The presentation of the arrangements have always been very appealing.

My daughter lives in Seattle and I’m in Illinois and I wanted to give her a Mother’s Day gift from her boys. I ordered online at the last minute; edible came through, making a gorgeous chocolate tray with cheese cake, and balloons. Everything was fresh and delivered on time as promised. My daughter enjoyed it!

I ordered a cornucopia of sweets arranged as a gigantic bouquet for my grandsons 8th Grade graduation. It was expensive, but he was able to bring it to the Class party that evening and share the candy with his classmates and their families. I think he may have kept the chocolates for himself.

These are pretty expensive with delivery and all but everyone Ive sent them to is always soooo excited and its a healthy sweet treat!

The one star is literally because I couldn’t leave a review without it. However this is just ridiculous, I ordered on the 23rd for same day delivery and paid & waited. Wasn’t until 5 minutes from close that I’m called and told they wouldn’t be able to deliver due to no driver’s available. So she said they would be delivered first thing the next day . Here I am 2 hours after closing and no call nor update from the Bellevue location and no chocolate strawberries. Makes it so much worse being 6 months pregnant and have been craving this ! Like I just feel played and not respected as a customer. The voicemail says happiness lives there, I STAND TO CORRECT THAT IF THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS OFFERED, THERE ISNT ANY HAPPINESS!If I’d known I would be “ possibly “ getting my order till Saturday, I would have ordered Sharis in the first place, instead of paying a 10$ delivery fee !!!- signed a very sad and upset mama

They were good with 2 I sent in the US, and even when I caught I was sending the arrangement to the wrong address, it was a long time on hold but the arrangement delivery was stopped and sent to the correct address. But they would not take an order from London to the US. They said they wouldnt take a foreign credit card. But first they said they would when the order was placed which caused a lot of confusion. Nothing on the website said they would take a foreign order to be delivered to the US. And they dont deliver to London.

A box with 6 strawberry is $13.99. A box with 12 strawberry is $39.99. Totally zero logic.

Small arrangements for big prices. Quality is mediocre.

I have sent 8-10 arrangements to sisters, daughters and friends. They live in California, Alabama, Connecticut and Boston. I have ALWAYS had fabulous delight among all recipients. I have also been a happy recipient of an arrangement or two myself. Just excellent!I have ordered small, medium and large arrangements depending on the occasion and people involved. The fruit has always been beautifully carved, and deliciously fresh.

Store deliver only fruit basket. When I called, first they cant found my order, after manager Syed finally found, when I asked him why not all items delivered, all what he said Everybody can make mistakes. No apology, sorry, nothing. I ask to return money for flowers and balloon, they did minus my $10,even I get money for fruits basket. I called, email..no responded from anyone. Very very disappointed. Never again used this store.

I have really enjoyed getting boxes and arrangements from this company. The food is always fresh and everyone who has received their products has loved it. Somewhat sadly, I’ve had occasions the last two years where I have sent an arrangement to people who have lost a loved one, and the recipients are always grateful to have snacks on hand for their families as well as guests. It’s more practical than flowers and often brings a smile to their faces. Highly recommend this place for the good customer service, great products and ability to order online!

I placed an order online for mothers day for my 86 yr old grandmother. I paid more to have it delivered that Saturday before, needless to say she never received her order. I tried for weeks on end to get in contact with someone from the store via phone and email- never received a response. And most of all never received a refund. Never again will I order from them! Thanks for ruining my grandmothers mothers day gift.

The fruit arrangement and balloons that I ordered online as a birthday gift were enjoyed immensely by the recipient. She said that all of the fruit was fresh, ripe and delicious and the balloons stayed inflated for a long time. Delivery was on the date expected and they called first as requested.

Would always recommend this place. Unlimited occasions that you can choose from. A dozen strawberries is good if not better than a dozen roses.

After ordering an arrangement for delivery to my daughter across the country, I found out that she was going to be out of town on the date I requested for delivery. I had no problems with changing that date with a quick call. They were very accommodating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother was kind to send me chocolate covered berries and caramel apples for Mother’s Day. They arrived dirty, soggy bottoms and liquid at bottom of box, and the apples didn’t have any caramel on them. My mother has called numerous times and spoke to the store manager Allen and he assured a replacement would be sent. No replacement has been sent for a week now. I tried to call Allen and no one picks up the phone so I left a voicemail which he is intentionally not returning. I have called corporate and I will be calling to file a complaint and have filed a claim with my moms bank. Horrible customer service and store manager! Don’t except them or the manger to make it right when they give you gross food.

If I could give zero reviews I would. Shocked they emailed me asking for a google review after I gave them negative feedback in their emailed survey. Ordered a delivery to a workplace and it never showed up. The delivery guy called at close to 8 o’clock at night to make the delivery.... to an office!! We ended up having to go pick it up from the location. I don’t recommend this place and will not be ordering again.

Gift ordered for a Birthday surprise on Friday to be delivered the following Monday.Friend mentioned nothing came during the day.Then someone knocks on her door at 12AM.I mean MONDAY midnight? My in laws had this delivered to me today. It cost them $95 (ship was expensive and they added chocolate strawberries) this is how it came. Tiny!!! And not even close as described. Fruit was rotten (watermelon) and no chocolate strawberries. The arrangement was super messy and fruit falling apart. YIKES. I use edible arrangements and send to clients all over US. I spend 1000s a year as I have had a great experience from my mill creek store and never thought THIS is what my clients receive. 😳

The gift I received was excellent, a dip your own package which made it more fun, and I could have fruit both with and without the chocolate. The strawberries and pineapples were perfectly ripe and super sweet.

Edible Arrangements is wonderful. Their artfully shaped fruit dipped in chocolate is beautifully arranged. The cost is worth it. Their service is impeccable.

Never delivered the order to the recipient, just left a perishable basket outside their gate without calling me or them or bringing it back to their store. Wouldnt refund either, and left the order as in progress on the website probably to exploit a loophole in their corporate policy. Customer service was poor as well. Would not use again, do not recommend them.

My boyfriend bought me the chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary and when they arrived they looked like they had been sitting out for a while. They were mushy and watery. I tried one and it tasted off so I placed them back in the fridge. The next day I went to get them and they had completely separated and got even more mushy and watery. I had to throw them out because they were that bad. Very disappointed. Plus they forgot part of his order and that never even showed up.

Not bad, the gift was very nice, the cupcakes and strawberries were yummy! Im thinking it was a little too pricey for what i got.

I have used Edible Arrangements several times sending gift baskets to my niece in Seattle, and my Sister in Colorado Springs. I have never been disappointed. The baskets arrive on the day requested and both my niece and sister have said how beautiful they are and best of all how good they are. I would highly recommend them for people you have who may be out of town, or hard to buy for.
