Rude customer service. Waited for 10 minutes at the register and they took someone who walked up before me. Better off going to another Williams Sonoma store in the area.

Absolutely stunning kitchen items from the inexpensive gift pricing all the way up to the hundreds when you get in to Le Creuset and a lot of the knives. This store was ridiculously busy and had a line of about 20 people waiting to be rung up. Like I said, they have beautiful quality items, but put on your patience hat for this one. I dont actually have a patience hat, -they never seem to fit my head- so I couldnt handle the line.

We purchased food items - hot chocolate (19.95), smores (29.95), and peppermint bark (29.95) on Nov. 28 and decided on Dec. 1 to return them. I walk in with receipt, they were sealed and in tin containers as purchased. . Live and learn, first check price and second know they will not take return food produces.

Decent selection of items. They routinely stop carrying food products we love though, prices are definitely high, and the one cooking class we took there (pre-COVID) was pretty forgettable. Will be sad if they have to fold their retail stores though during the pandemic.

During holidays this is a very popular place. The line moves fast and the floor associates are friendly + helpful. We found the inventory was bit constrained, may be specific to the holidays when it’s hard to estimated the demand of a specific item. I would have preferred to get my gift items wrapped but due to long wait preferred to get the gift wrapping material and do it ourselves.

Undoubtedly best place for kitchen appliances and gadgets however, some of the staff and management has a way of making you feel unwelcome. I picked up an online order from this store last Friday only to get home and find the wooden ladle with a chip on the edge(quality control 1)I go back in on Monday to return the ladle and pick up my last minute thanksgiving stuff I had ordered again online only to be given an olive oil canister with the lid detached. At this point I’m like surely, you guys are doing this deliberately thinking customers wouldnt notice or you just want me to feel that unwelcome so I don’t come back🤷🏾‍♀️. You can do better!

Great store, I love kitchen cookware and gadgets, and its neat to see all the cool things that are available. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that its extremely expensive. I just dont see how us normal folk can afford the prices. But, get me a gift certificate as a present and Id go to town!

I popped in here to pick up a few supplies for my Chemex and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for right next to the door!

They have a great customer service. They replaced a defective pot until I was satisfied.

My husband and I were shopping here and we bought a lot of stuff for our kitchen. The woman who rang us up was super unprofessional. She was cranky and had to start over our transaction because we were tax exempt and didn’t listen to us when we told her we were from out of state. She had to call in her manager, because she didn’t know how to do her job. Then she just stood there rambling about the weather and “driving in the snow.” What a moron.

The iptimy of yuppers home kitchen decor. Lavish table accessories and completely over priced small luxury brand appliances with snooty names weve never heard of. Fanciful dishes and a huge wall of gadgets. Jump in the assembly line checkout queue. Do people really decorate this way?

I feel weird giving William Sonoma one star. Id rather give them no stars because the only experience I have to judge from is walking around their store for ten minutes, listening to every other customer get a Hi or How are you? except me. But, no stars would be me ignoring this situation. Maybe they are very nice and helpful, but no one approached me, so that I could personally experience this. I decided to leave and spend my money at Crate and Barrel. It sucks when this sort of thing happens because I cannot help but think its because I am a person of color. Who knows!

I returned a gift I had received and did not have a receipt but the labels attached to the item and packaging were clearly from William Sonoma. The manager was called and it seemed as though they were questioning if it was their product. The manager never looked in my eyes or spoke to me but talked directly to the clerk helping me. I asked if I could have a gift card knowing that I didnt have a receipt. I was told that the transaction could not be put on a gift card and I had to spend the credit immediately. Although I had an appointment I needed to get to I made a run through the entire store and randomly picked out something that equaled my credit. Now when I look at that item I get a negative feeling of the experience received at William Sonoma. I will never shop here or consider buying anything on a wedding registry. The charge enough for their product to afford those that provide good service. Maybe the rent is too high?

Kitchen gadgets up the wazoo! And on Sundays they have techniques classes. Sure, they push their own wares, but the recipes are good and you get free samples!

Excellent selection for your cooking needs. You can find chef knives, cooking ware and all the gadgets. They will serve food samples throughout various times of the day as well.

Went there and got a expensive Japanese kitchen knife, and after I was done with the purchase, I saw another knife that I had interest in, and asked to see it, but a young lady that works there got so frustrated by that, and give the rolling eyes with a massive attitude!! I felt treated so low!

Bought an artisan s’mores kit during Christmas 2018 for a present for my boyfriend and come to find out it was expired in JULY 2018!
