Lindsay and Bethany plus young man working with them very helpful and really easy to work with!! Enjoyed the experience of purchasing phones. All very knowledgeable.
Bethany explained everything to me step to step. She is always pleasant when I go in there and always a big help. She knows what shes talking about. Between her and Lindsey they are the best to deal with.
This really is a great location! I saw Lindsey on Thursday and she was super helpful even though my situation was complicated! she didn’t seem bothered at all and was willing to help me work through it. also came in late felt super bad since they were close to closing time, but she assured me several times she didn’t mind staying to help me! had to come back the next day, so different employee there but he was equally awesome! even though several people came in during my phone getting transferred to the new one he never lost his place with where he was at helping anyone!
Bought some arlo go cameras there went to charge them for the first time wont charge and they wont replace them. I got 0 help from them very sad we have only done business with this store until now. Sadly I recommend going elsewhere....

Bethany was beyond amazing. Even though she was the only associate in a very busy store that day she did a very good job of getting me helped out and into an upgraded phone.
Extremely unprofessional employee. Looked at us like we were crazy when we asked about a specific phone in a color that we had just seen on the website. Seemed almost offended when we showed it to him on the website. Told us he could call to see if it was available and if it wasnt he could backorder it for us. Asked us to write down an address to send the backordered phone to (Never said we were considering backordering it) and when we asked him to check you would have thought we asked him to run 6 miles in 100 degree heat with the eyeroll he gave us. Will not be returning to this location and likely will be canceling our service altogether the service was THAT bad.

USCellular is the only cell phone provider Ive ever had. Over 10 years now so I cant compare them to others. But their customer service, cell service, and billing in my opinion are the best. I dont think Ill ever change providers. Great service anytime I visit a store or speak with customer service.
The customer service is great, very informed and helpful. I just got an upgrade and was able to transfer all my documents flawlessly. Overall good experience.
Denisha was the best experience that we have ever had from a cellular company. A day later she remembers everything that my wife told her I wanted and still gave us options without pressure. She was very, very friendly. We had not gone to this particular store before but now we wont go anywhere else. Customer service jobs are very under appreciated and under valued sometimes but we are thankful to her for making this such a wonderful experience.

There is mostly only 1 person at this store. Today we went and waited 30min. We left. The whole time we where there we where not acknowledge. No hi I will be right with you no nothing. Didnt even say by when we where leaving.

They are always so good and patient with all my inadequacies with my phone. Was there 3x just today. Someone tried to hack my phone and caused several problems. Nothing including phone worked. She fixed the phone and I came home. Then found out that my messaging and my Facebook were both locked due to hacking. I called and had to go back in. She was able to fix messaging but required password to fix Facebook and I didnt have with me. So had to return a third time.!!!!

Ive stopped in 4 times in the last 3 days trying to get my dad set up with a new phone service & all 4 stops weve had long waits, twice had to leave because of over an hour or more to get service, sitting here now AGAIN waiting. Service seems great IF we could ever get help. Poorly UNDERSTAFFED. Ive been with US Cellular for 2 years & like the service but this is rediculous. My time is worth something too.

Called this store today to ask about whether they had the new iPhones in stock so I could come buy one if they did. I was told we dont give out inventory over the phone. So lets get this straight... a customer wants to give you 1k and you dont care to tell them if you have the product they want in exchange for it?? Stupid
I was having problems with my new HTC and Andrew and other staff and this store were so responsive on helping me troubleshoot my issues and ultimately getting it replaced.Fantastic and useful service!!
The sales reps at the Bellevue store are very customer oriented. They are all very personable and great each customer. They listen to your needs then work to get customer satisfaction. Kerry and Nick both went above and beyond in solving my problem. I would, and have recommended U.S. Cellular and especially this store many times over. We have been satisifed USC customers for the past 13 years!
Brandon greeted us at the door as soon as we walked in and was eager to help my husband and I. We had a question about our bill and he wasn’t 100% sure what the answer was so he called customer service for us and got us an answe. I also upgraded my phone that day and it was a smooth, quick process. He seemed to be very knowledable about the service US Celluar offers and about the phone I upgraded to. We live in council bluffs so normally we go to the council bluffs store, but i work in bellevhe and we stopped in the Bellevue store over my lunch hour and I am glad we did! We will most def stop at this store from now on. Thanks Brandon!

I went to activate my new phone today and the lady there puts my phone on the desk, then she starts playing with it and she start moving it forward and backwards. She might not have realized it but she was scratching the living pickles out of it! I came home and just saw it . 1 inch scratch on the back of my phone. Thanks a lot lady, maybe I shouldve bought that phone case you wanted to sell me.
