She answered all my questions as they trickled into my brain and she was not at all pushy. It seemed like she really wanted to help me find something good for me. I bought a Mazda CX9 from them. We had a 3 month warranty. I came back the same week to let them know there was something wrong with the transmission and they checked it out and said they could not find anything. Then we took it to Mazda and it needed a new torque converter. 5000 for that. Then they got in there and said some of the teeth were broken. So that is another 5000. 10,000 total. I dont even know what to do!!!!

I love getting my oil changes here, the price is competitive and you get your car washed and vacuumed. What more can I ask for? No one pushes service items and yet they check the car for issues so that you know what needs to be addressed.

I made an appointment at Infiniti of Bellevue for new tires a week in advance. I arrived at my appointment only to be told they did not have the tires in stock. Checking stock before scheduling the appointment would have saved me a trip and reschedule. Once rescheduled service was completed using valet service they would not release my car unless I paid via text message using a third party payment system that stored my credit card number, or provide my credit card information over the phone to them. I was not comfortable with the security of either method. When I told them I would like to pay in person, they responded that I need to come to the dealership immediately, and It is our policy that a vehicle will not be released until payment is received. Thank you for that unprompted reminder of how a basic business transaction works, even though I gave no allusion that my car be returned to me without payment. Eventually I received a ride to the dealership and paid for the service in person. Service advisor Alyssa was helpful, but overall execution by other staff was poor.

Fantastic customer service and dealership. Would recommend anyone to check them out before buying elsewhere. Sean my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I wanted, but was not pushy and just truly wanted to help get me what I wanted and explain my options. He and Brooke in finance were very helpful and efficient in getting me a better finance rate than I expected. They are the best.

Extremely rude sales person, who ran a hard credit inquiry against me without my permission.I went here in 2019 when I was looking for a new car. I was clear about stating that I’m here to just test drive and not make any purchase as that was the my first time buying a car. When I got back, the sales person was pushing me to buy a car. When I said no, he blamed me for wasting his time even though I had already made it clear that I might not be purchasing.After 2 years, I finally got that hard inquiry removed from my credit history. Its illegal to make hard inquiry online and I believe what they did would constitute an auto fraud.

Don’t come here for service. They misdiagnosed a code, charged me $1600 for a fix and the same code came back after 3 days. On the second diagnosis, they told me my transmission was shot ($9K) and that the original code I came in with would now cost $3K to replace. All of this would have been great to know before paying for them to fix the non-existent problem the first time around. When I asked for a partial refund, I just got the run around from my service manager and no follow-up from the dealer. Terrible experience, don’t come here if you value your money or quality service.

Looking for a high end SUV, Infinity of Bellevue was my third stop and ended up being the last! I walked away with a QX50 - a nice car with the right features for me. Kudos to their salesperson for making sure I understood all these features. Driving the car alone - willingness to entertain a well documented comparison with the other cars I was looking at - good hospitality where all elements which made Infinity of Bellevue stand out for me.

This dealerships service department is hands down the worst and unethical service department I have ever dealt with. They will blatantly lie to your face about about additional services that are required and recommended for your car.When I brought in my 2014 Q50s for an oil change they tried to upcharge for me these recommended services -Perform fuel injection service - $269Perform decarbonizing service - $269Replace engine air filter - $33Replace cabin air filter - $82.50Perform rear differential service $82.50Perform brake fluid exchange service - $229(required) New Rear Brakes - ~$550For a grand total of $1,500+!!!!I thought it was extremely odd that they recommended I get a new Cabin and Engine air filter when THAT SAME DEALERSHIP had replaced it not even 6 months ago (less than 3k miles). I called my service advisor (Jeff), and asked him what the deal was and he said Oh yeah, it definitely needed to be replaced, it was really dirty, you may have ran through something. Which I rarely ever drive any more because of WFH and turned out to be a blatant lie. I popped out the cabin air filter myself to check it and it was brand new!I called Jeff back and asked to speak to a manager, and when I spoke to Aaron, I asked him, why they would recommend these services when it was just done. **His response was There was no way for their service department to actually check for those things, and was just based off the number of miles on the car, which is a major red flag and shows they do not care for their customers.** He offered to make it right by taking a discount off the other services or brake pad change, but I had lost trust in them at this point and would never trust them with my car, I am so thankful I made that decision.Forward 3 weeks, decided to pull the trigger on those new brakes, took it to a shop in Seattle that had helped me out and did a great job when I had a flat, Ace Auto Repair (ask for Trevor). They also did a 52 point inspection, and everything was perfect, even the brakes! The brakes were brand new at 10M in front and 7M in the back.TL;DR, do not trust this service department, they are extremely unethical and will rip you off if you dont know a lot about cars.

We have had an unimaginable amount of issue with our 2018 QX30, at first the service team treated us well and did all they could to fix the issues with the vehicle.Until now. We got our car back for the (no joke) tenth time and had tried to get the vehicle lemon lawed, so this time they said the issue was our fault (same issue we’ve brought it in for five times now) and cherry on top, didn’t clean the car once they gave it back to us and treated my wife like a nuisance for even being there.Honestly can’t explain how excited I am to get ride of this car and never have to deal with this service team again. Truly a horrible team.

My wife and i drove 60 miles away to check out the 2018 q50 that was posted on there site. We were working with Zane he was patient and very nice and helpful. He let us take it for a test drive and we really liked the car and was very serious on buying it. Then when we came back from the test drive his sales manager Allen came out and took over the sale. he was loud and very rude he made us feel rushed and  Pressured. then when I pointing out scratches In the back bumper and front bumper he looked very  Irritated with us.Then he agreed to have it painted so we continued to still want to go forward with the sale all we wanted him to do is to work with us. after a couple tries he literally snatched the paper from in front of us and told us he cant do anything for us.and walked away from us as if he really didnt want our busines. He made us feel like we got kicked out of the dealership. I dont recommend working with Allen he was loud rude and disrespectful. So we took our business to infiniti of fife.

The best customer service and buying a car experience was with my Sales Person Todd Fee and the Finance Manager Sally Fremmerlid. These two people are a class act and they both know Customer Service! I was so impressed with the two of them, that I knew I had to buy from Bellevue Infiniti. The car was a Christmas Present and they helped me keep it under wraps.Todd Fee even delivered the car to me after it was purchased. He took time out of his day and drove it south 2 hours to make the delivery. He graciously took a train ride back to Seattle. Awesome job and the wife loves the car!

We had the greatest experience when purchasing our Infiniti QX60. They were absolutely classy, informative and genuinely felt like they wanted to help us get what was best for us. We drove an hour and half to visit them but will gladly do this every time to get the service we received. I highly recommend Todd Fee who is super professional, helpful, responsive and patient! Such a wonderful experience buying a perfect car through him.He is honest and straightforward and he earned my business — I was also at another Infiniti dealership in the north, and the experience was MUCH worse! There were many mysterious items on the quote, and so many terms in their explanation that I don’t understand. The general manager there was impatient and kicked me out when hearing me not buying it that day.The experience with Todd Fee was just refreshing. Yesterday, I received an update stating that the wrong part was ordered, and it was denied coverage through the warranty Dept., The service dept had to reorder, the part . I called the warranty division of Infiniti and was informed of the details. The service department ordered a rebuilt- generic axel - instead of the original model that was designed for my car, which includes the make and model year. This was extremely disturbing for many reasons. I began to wonder if this was customary practice at this location. I was never informed of this decision.It is imperative, that a customer is informed if they are being given off market parts or rebuilt parts, to arbitrarily order rebuilt parts, without the customer’s / consumer knowledge is unethical.I brought my concern to Aaron, the service manager,. Aaron’s response was dismissive and defensive, evident of poor service and unethical practices. Aaron expressed no interest in regaining my trust or reassurance as customer. He reprimanded the service personnel, but said to me “ what do you want me to do, we corrected the mistake.’ When I added and said I can’t help to wonder if this only “some” customers are treated in this manner- Aaron’s rebuttal was “ that’s speculation.”As a person of color Aaron’s response was not only disrespectful but confirming all the inequitable interactions that I have witnessed at this location.Unfortunately, this was a missed opportunity for this dealership to correct a wrong .

Infinity Bellevue employees are some of the most petty people Ive ever encountered, they are more concerned with a parking spot than providing service. I went there recently to view SUVs and parked in ground level of the parking deck, NOT the higher levels where it specifically state at the entrance Infinity Parking Only. After parking I noticed, there were empty parking spots next to the one I parked in, and there were other non-Infinity cars in other parking spots near mine. However, when I came back out after looking at the SUVs, there was an Infinity Courtesy van purposely blocking my car, preventing me from backing out, even though there was still an empty spot right next to mine. I called the number for the service department and said theres a van blocking mine, then I was questioned several times why were you parking there? to which I said to view some cars. After wasting 15minutes on the phone, I had to wait 30minutes for someone with the key to finally move the van. Is this what you people do instead of servicing vehicles? Heres a thought, if you dont want people to park there, maybe put up a sign and dont assume everyone is a telepath? Also, congratulation, you have lost a sale!

I was told my oil change would be free since I bought the car from them but the guy I spoke to wasn’t there so another guy told me I had to pay.. long story short I didn’t have to but I wish that note was writ the n down with my appointment time so I didn’t have to deal with that. Professional staff made the car buying experience smooth. Price for certified used car was as advertised and they did not negotiate. We had a few bait and switch experiences at other dealers, so this was a welcomed change of pace. Accommodated concerns about buying a car during pandemic and I felt my safety and health were their priority. I had the pleasure of buying a, new to me, car recently. The manager I spoke with on the phone had the car sanitized prior to my test drive. When I arrived I was greeted by the most courteous salesman named Yung. Yung really made me feel catered to. I can say that shopping at this dealership felt completely different than any other I had been at. Allen the used car manager knows how to talk shop about cars. I too am a car person so that was nice to be in good company. Yung got me a cherry BMW at a reasonable price. He really made my family feel welcome. Driving an hour each way in rush hour traffic twice to close the deal, was most definitely worth the adventure. Even through financing there was no pressure sales tactics. This is was very refreshing for me. When I need another car, which will not be for many years, I will come back to Infiniti of Bellevue.

After reviewing the web site and locating a vehicle I was interested in, I emailed the dealer for additional photos. I didnt want to make the long drive down with out more details. By morning Jasyln had replied with photos, a car fax and any other details I could possibly want. I made an appointment and went to take a look. Infinity of Bellevue was well priced and professional. Our sales woman, Jaslyn was amazing. We felt no pressure and had a great buying experience. Exceptional service! At 84, I don’t drive much—and with the pandemic even less. So I was not surprised the other day when my 2015 Infiniti Q50 would not start. I made an appointment to have the battery checked, expecting to be sold a new one if I needed it or not. The duty service manager knew my name when I arrived, offered my wife and me cookies and something to drink. Thirty minutes later he told me the battery was just fine, advised me what to do to keep it charged and sent us on our way in a shiny car that had been washed and vacuumed. The cost: nothing! That’s five star service!

Todd Fee and the team at Infiniti Bellevue went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me the truck of my dreams! Todd didn’t give up until he got me the best price, deal and terms possible. This process can be a bit daunting, but I feel well informed, respected and cared for. Sales manager Eric Biro was great to work with... still owes me some song and dance though 😆. Please understand this is being written on a freezing, snowy, and rainy day here in the Bellevue area. Most of the city is shut down because it doesnt know what to do in these conditions. The smart ones are on their way to the ski slopes!My husband woke me this morning and told me he’s was going to the office because he had meetings. My first inclination was, “Take a Lyft.” But he wanted to drive my perfect three-year-old Ford Explorer 4WD. He caught me before I’d even had a cup of coffee, so the Southern woman, use to driving a 4WD, was not engaged enough to stop and question this decision.He went to his meetings and left to do some grocery shopping. When he went back to my SUV, it would not start for him. I still believe it was a car tantrum, it missed me.At 2:12pm he calls me so I can figure out the problem. He was reading the digital displays, but they kept giving him different messages, and there was a clicking noise. I knew what the problem was. Why he kept pressing the Start button, is beyond me!It became a matter of either me taking a Lyft with my portable charger or calling a service. When he told me he was at Uwajimaya in Bellevue, I had to remind myself to remain calm, because all I wanted to do was smack him!I told him to walk the less than 300 feet to the Infiniti of Bellevue dealership and ask for help. I explained he didn’t need to go to the actual dealership, just to the Service Department. For the record, my husband is the type that hates returning items to a store or complaining when hes served the wrong thing. He’s just that kind of man.After his third reiteration of, “They won’t help because we didn’t buy the car there,” and me telling him to GO to the dealership, he decided, facing the guys in the service department and them saying “No,” was better because then he could say, “I told you so,” and let me work the problem.At 2:39pm my husband called me back. James B. from the Infiniti of Bellevue service department, without hesitation, had stopped his work and came out to help. Initially, he probably stopped so quickly because of the sheer look of horror on my husband’s face, from the experience of having to ask for help.Understanding the situation James grabbed a portable charger. The one he brought out wasnt powerful enough – my husband did not think to mention it was a 4WD. He told my husband to stay in the car, while he trudged back through the bad weather, the entire 300 feet, and got another charger. Upon his return, my poor mishandled Explorer started on the first try.Thank you, James B. for taking care of my beautiful Ford Explorer! The Husband will probably buy an Infiniti from your dealership for his next car purchase out of his continued gratitude!Oh, wait… I negotiate the car deals in this household, and I only buy Ford. I’ll still leave this five star review for your service department and James!For the women: 27 minutes!I married him for his good looks and Stanford education not his ability with cars!

My sister had found the car of her dreams and Brandon in sales and chris in finance were on it. We barely took a test drive because she had driven several elsewhere and a block down the road she stated this is it, lets get back and getter done. Seamless transition from Brandon who before my sister showed up walked me thru the vehicle. Even though it wasnt an Infiniti the man knew everything about the vehicle. Extremely charming, yet upfront and honest thru the process. Chris in finance was great! Though several sales in process, he didnt rush us when we had questions and honestly looked up what warranty would be left on a used car from a different manufacturer. He rocks! Oh and it doesnt hurt that the kitchen is pandemic safe currently with individually wrapped goodies. Time in test drive and out was 1.5hr. Thank you for a great experience.

Worst dealer Ive visited. I had an INFINITI G35 to repair and I was charged ~$3000 for braking pad issue and $1000 for just a right side view mirror. They didnt even provide me a loaner car, instead, they asked me to go to enterprise by myself to pay for the rental car by myself. I guess this is probably because my INFINITI is too old? Interestingly, I consistently receive message from them to sell my car to them for $3000, which is even much cheaper than the repair cost.

Arturo greeted me by name upon my arrival at the servuce department. He quickly went over what I was there for and my appiontment was underway. My vehicle was serviced, washed and vacuumed within the hour. Arturo then pulled my car right up in front, made sure any questions were answered, and I was back on the road. Well done!

I highly recommend asking for Mr.Russ if you are planning to buy a car from here.He was so kind and patient with me when I came to look at the same car 3 times in one week. He laid out and explained everything to me and even went through all the pros and cons that I could come up with.He also worked really hard to find me a great deal on a used Mercedes with the banks and even came in on his day off to close out the deal because my rental car was due that day. Which I truly appreciated.When I came in to sign the papers he had everything set up and I was in and out in about 30 mins. Quick and painless.Such a great guy and at the end of it I practically felt like he was family. Infiniti of Bellevue is lucky to have someone on their team with such charisma and a great attitude even though I gave him a hard time.Thank you Mr.Russ! You sir are a true gem in a sea of rocks.

Car buying is the farthest thing from my specialty but everything about my experience with Infinity of Bellevue was nothing short of amazing, especially for a rookie like myself! Todd and Eric took great care of me from the get-go and were fully supportive of making sure I was happy and walked out with a great car! Very misleading about claims that you will get a large interest check back in the mail later. Also be sure and check your contract for extra monies added on in section H. Make sure the sale price is accurate on the contract as well. They quoted me a Mothers day special of $18491 yet charged me $18628. Its dishonest. And watch when youre signing the contract. They will chat you up so much you dont have time to notice youre being robbed!

Always the best service. Their current offerings of pick up and drop off and also loaner cars meant I never left my house during covid to get my service done and also the complimentary sanitizing and interior vacuum etc is always appreciated. The service manager was communicative about what would be needed down the line ... in my case brake pads. But he was not pushy about forcing me to do them. This truly makes me feel like they are making sure I have the right information. The prices for my oil change are on par with any of the other places- no dealership up charges. Always a great experience at this infiniti! Great job guys

I went to Infinity of Bellevue for regular servicing. I requested 15K mile servicing of my car. My car also had oil change indicator. It was Friday morning. I went to pick up my car in the Friday evening and found out that service agent want to keep the car for the weekend. They did not bother to communicate that with me. I was told that on Monday, i will get an update. Next Monday, no communication. On Tuesday, I send an email to check the status and here is the reply i got I am going to do the best that I can to kick it in gear with my technician that is working on your vehicle however, the shops dispatcher has stacked him with a ton of work.For the whole week, I did not get any update unless I send email or call the service agent. After 11 days, I had enough and went to the dealership to pick my car. I found that oil change indicator is still there. They have not changed the engine oil. They only changed the cabin filter. I could not believe the level of incompetence from the service team.
